We had a wonderful time. The house was fantastic! It was exactly as described. Great proximity to the beach. Loved all the porches and huge rooms.

The house is spacious and well appointed. It was very comfortable for us. We liked that we could walk across the street and be on the beach path just that quick. The fenced backyard and the outdoor shower was a nice bonus too.

Second time staying at this property. Great location for beach access and great area for pets. Communication with owner is quick and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The place was perfect for our family. It was well stocked beyond our expectations with everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway. I highly recommend. The house was clean with a nice layout and a great location. The outdoor shower was a major bonus for us.

The house was great place for us to stay for my daughter's wedding. The beds were comfortable, plenty of spaces for the six of us to spread out, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative thing i could say is the frying pans were not the best.

Very nice home that was perfect for our group of adults and younger children. House was fully equipped with beach gear and is literally across the street from a beach access. Check in was smooth and we did not have any issues whatsoever.

We had some of our wedding party stay here during our wedding weekend. The house was incredible and we'd really love to stay here again in the future. Some of the things we liked were: - The open and airy feeling of the great room when you first walk in - All of the balconies - Being right across from the beach access path - The fun decor - Great response time from the host during any communication - Cleanliness and availability of storage and things like utensils was great. We were a small group…3-4 adults and 1 toddler plus a dog. The back yard worked out really well for letting our dog in and out. He didn’t spend a lot of time outside, but the convenience of not always having to walk him was great! We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space to spread out in and do any last minute preparations for the big day. We did not do any entertaining at the property, but a few friends dropped in here and there to visit and it was so pleasant to sit on the porches and catch up w a glass of wine. Great property all around. Plenty of seating areas in and out. Comfortable, clean and just a lovely home to hang out in! We were on the run a lot during our stay so didn’t get to spend as much time at the property as we would have liked. The beach was an easy walk right across the street and is beautiful! The owner is very responsive to any questions or concern's.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this house. Spacious, clean, comfortable and easy access to beach path directly across the street . Fully stocked kitchen and the open floor plan made it perfect for our extended family in town for our niece’s wedding . Will definitely stay here again when in Charleston .

We enjoyed our stay on Isle of Palms. The house was very comfortable and the location was fantastic. The fenced backyard was great for our two little dogs. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Great location just steps from the beach. The house has so much space and several porches. We were able to bring our dog. The fenced in backyard made that incredibly easy.

Our stay was wonderful. Great convenience to the beach and access but far enough away from town center to enjoy space on the beach and quiet nights on the screened in porch. Patti was very responsive to any needs. We’ll be back next year!

Ah! The location of this property with beach access was a wonderful surprise. Then, Patti was so quick to help and answer us with anything we needed! All trust in Patti the owner! The house was perfect for us for 2 weeks! Lots of extras that we didn’t know we needed that were there as well- multiple wagons, chairs, toys, etc. It was just meX my husband, toddler and dog. It was perfect. Love the high ceilings! It’s honestly great for kids. The furniture is perfect- not much they can get to! Anyways, all was wonderful and great experience all around! We’ll be back if we aren’t growing the family around that time ;)

Great location, great open spaces. We recently had a family reunion in SC and although unable to all sleep in one location, this house had ample seating and eating areas that we could get together and enjoy. The wagons and chairs to go to the beach was an added bonus and a great location, so that even the 2 and 4 yr old could walk to the beach. The screened porch and swing was also a favorite spot of ours to hang out on. Also so glad we could bring our dogs, although the back yard could use some grass. Overall a great stay!

Owners were quick to respond to needs. Great house and great location. Property did not seem cleaned when we arrived but owners were very responsive. Bath towels and linens need to be updated. Kitchen needs to be reorganized. Behind the Bar needs to be cleaned out as well. Random items left in closets that need to be cleaned out as well.

We had such a great stay as a family of 6 adults after our daughter's wedding. The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the Jack and Jill shared shower with separate half baths upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and we had all breakfast and lunches at the house and cooked our last meal on the grill. The beach chairs were great to have and we had our own NESO tent that came in handy for the HOT beach days we had. If we ever go back to IOP, we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Patti's place for a much needed getaway! The location is fantastic right across from the beach access, and in the quieter part of IOP. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We loved the screened in porch and swing and the fenced in yard was great for our pup. Thank you to Patti as well for being such a great host.

We wanted to include our dogs on this vacation. This property provided a very secure fenced backyard for them to play and access to a great stretch of beach to walk them. Great family vacation.

Great location! Just across the street from the beach. The home was clean and the perfect size. Fenced in yard.....ideal for fur babies. Bathroom situation was a little odd but doable. My only complaint was noise from construction next door and across the street. Of course this is temporary. We will be back.

Really enjoyed the property setup, the location and the pet-friendly nature of the house. It was clean, fully stocked and overall, very comfortable. I also appreciated the quick response from our host, Patty, on any relevant questions.

This was the first time my friends and I have ever been to SC. This house is absolutely stunning and is the perfect beach house for friends and family. Patti is very nice and always keeps the line for communication open. I would definitely come back and rent this house again!

This is a lovely property located directly across from the beach walkway. The property was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well appointed and the technology was fine. Our dogs loved the fenced yard, the off leash beach times. The owner was super responsive. Would definitely come again.

Super easy beach access and a relaxing but not glamorous beach pad. Just what we were looking for - our dog couldn’t have been happier and we were pleased as well. Probably time for a new coffee machine. We will be back!
