Great place, very peaceful surroundings. Staff helpful and courteous. Chef personally looks after your requirements and prepares delicious recipes. Chicken stew and idiappam my personal favourites.

Hotel location and outside environment- with the guidance of the owner it is easy to reach the location and it is quite a peaceful area located in the interior. It also has a beautiful well-maintained garden, with a car parking space. Room- Spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Staff- very warm and cordial, always ready to help. Food- simple and home-made, tasty as well. Payment- card system- all cards accepted. My mom and I went for a staycation to this heritage resort recently and had a great time- both staying and interacting with the guests and the staff. It felt like a home away from home. The owner was also very warm and humble. I recommend this place as a must-try!!!

The staff was very friendly and they always offer us a good experience. The host gave us a little tour of the property which has an interesting historical background.

This hotel is quite new and still has things to improve. The room we initially booked was not as good as it appeared on the photos. It was small, had almost no natural light, and was right next to the kitchen (separated by a closed door). We ended up paying extra to stay in another, much better room. The breakfast had Indian options only, they were tasty, but not abundant and the choice was limited.

This is a beautiful resort, completely within the pristine nature of Kumarakom. A lovely heritage resort this one. The staffs are so good. Anil l, the caretaker took every means to make us comfortable. The owner, Binu is also a very nice person. They took anazing care of us. And most importantly, the food. The food is very tasty and completely homely. Overall, the stay was amazing

The property was absolutely fantastic - a perfect combination of quaint, comfortable, homely yet close to the backwaters. The property in itself was over a 100 years old, but has been renovated and maintained in amazing manner. I was able to visit some of the agricultural storage rooms, and it felt like it was built only a few days ago. The view in the morning from my room specifically was fantastic. A special call out to the the team was the most welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Not only did they extend their hospitality and friendship, but they went over and beyond to provide their support for arranging transportation, providing additional facilities. The breakfast was custom made to my liking and was delicious. I only wish I could have visited at a time with more pleasant weather and that I could have stayed longer.
