Nice, well-maintained townhome with great view. Stayed with my wife and my two adult daughters who live in CO and was perfect size for us. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is up to date and in great shape. Easy to check in. The walk to the ski shuttle is not bad, but may not be for everybody and does not run as often during the week.

This was our first trip to Winter Park, and we will be back! This unit is in the perfect location and is accurately depicted on VRBO. The views are stunning.You can see the activity on the mountain during the day, and the snow cats working hard to groom the slopes at night. It is an easy walk to the shuttle stop or even to and from the village! And the bonus is that there is a delicious restaurant across the street from the shuttle stop for an apres ski cocktail! The property manager is accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Old Town Winter Park condo has an amazing view of the slopes. Condo is well appointed with ample room. Bus stop is a short walk, but the 1/2 mile to the base is walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has everything you need for a perfect getaway to winter park, colorado! Hot tub was the perfect end to the day after a long day on the mountain! Place is super nice and clean!

Condo floor plan is ideal with 3 baths. Floor to ceiling windows are awesome for the awesome views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Winter Park. It was perfect for our family of 5. The views were amazing and we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balcony. The place was very clean as well.

The river is right outside the door. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Ground floor unit, so no carrying groceries and luggage up any stairs. The unit is in great shape and works out very well for our family. We highly recommend this rental!

We loved the roomy floor plan with the kids bedroom downstairs with space for them to lounge and read or watch tv plus a full bathroom across the hall with our own bedroom, bathroom and living space upstairs. We enjoyed watching two moose directly behind the unit one morning. Sitting out on the balcony with the sound of the creek was so relaxing! My only criticism would be the uncomfortable plastic covering over the mattress. The bed is otherwise comfortable but I would suggest a better mattress protector made of a softer more breathable material. (We have mattress protectors made of bamboo that are machine washable).

Great place to stay.

We had never been to Colorado. When we saw our first glimpse of the Rocky Mountains, I literally cried because the beauty was overwhelming. I never imagined the effect it would have on my husband and I. Winter Park is a beautiful place and this condo was above and beyond what we expected. The views from the living room were breathtaking. The balcony overlooks a river and the sound was so relaxing. A train runs through several times a day, which my husband loved. The condo kitchen was well stocked. The Master Br was on the ground floor and other bedroom was underneath in a daylight basement area. 3 full baths. It was perfection. Covered parking, friendly people, lots to see and do. Charlotte and Nick were very helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

This property was AMAZING! As everyone said the location & view are the best parts & being right near the River is just the best - the sound of it lulled me to sleep every night. Walkable to resort & few mins drive from Main Street/downtown - and Fraser River paved trail entrance right by property. Can’t wait to book it again:)

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The location is perfect - a 2 min. drive to the mountain. The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony after a long day of skiing and looking at the view of the running brook and the mountain. The kitchen is well equipt with every appliance you could possibly need. We enjoy cooking and would've appreciated some cooking staples like oil and tin foil, but that certainly isn't a deal breaker. The host was quick to respond on email when we had questions. We would love to come back and stay here again. Great experience.

We stayed at Winter Park during our ski trip. The condo is very modern, has floor heating, beautiful view of the mountains and ski lifts, very spacious and thee bathrooms. Kids loved their downstairs area and bathtub!! Out of 5 nights, we were greeted with fox, and snowing days which gave perfect winter experience. The only negative part is that walk to park is about 15 min. Bus drives every 30 min so if you miss it you can walk or wait. Old town route operates only weekends and holidays which was best bus to take.

Listing is accurate as described, great location with a short stop to the free shuttle which ran frequently. The place was clean except for an issue with the sofa bed but they responded quickly and were able to fix for future stays. Overall I’d recommend staying here!

Great process

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. Great view of the mountain while enjoying the fire. Plenty of room for our family of five. Big open area on the main floor with everything you need in the kitchen. Convenient to the bus stop to get to the base. Whenever we go back to Winter Park we will rent this property again!

We loved the property. It was spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Winter Park. Management staff was quick to respond and answered all our questions and inquiries.

Had a great trip to Colorado. Nick was responsive with the couple questions we had. Place has a great view. Close to resort but is driving distance by only .5 miles. Just not something you'd walk with gear on. We had a rental car so this wasn't an issue and knew that going in. Would definately stay here again!

Property is as advertised. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for my husband, myself and our son. Locker storage for skis. Shuttle available or walk to Winter Park. Great views!

Very nice location.

Great location with views of the mountain that the pics don’t do justice. Kitchen so well appointed to prepare nearly any meal. New Lift stop just around the corner & down the hill (one could actually ski there from the driveway if so inclined 😛) was so convenient to get to base. We were told by a neighbor there’s a way to get almost all the way back on skis as well, but we never investigated. That said, some Lift shuttle drivers offered to drop us right at the condo…awesome! Our older kids loved the hot tub that is just across the street. The two-level layout allowed for the older kids to have their own space too, very nice. We also learned at the end of the stay there’s a small restaurant near the shuttle stop too, though never ate there. Owners are quick in responding to all questions. We so enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

A nice cozy place to stay in Winter Park, with an amazing view of the slopes! Only downside was it was a bit of a trek to the shuttle stop. Overall would definitely stay again!

The accommodations were immaculate and the views spectacular. Loved this place and management was wonderful providing information when requested.

The location and townhouse were perfect for our family of four. A nice little pub/restaurant just opened around the corner for just a short walk. We especially loved the views of the ski slopes and seeing foxes and moose right out the window when we would wake up each morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding areas. Very nicely appointed condo, with a comfortable bed, and very close proximity to the river. Unfortunately, there was a construction project very close to the backside of the property. The noise started every morning at 7:30. To clarify, we had the windows open, to enjoy the sound of the River, and the cool temperatures. In addition, there was a train that passed every morning around 3am…whistle blowing. Please know that I only mention these issues for those who may be sensitive to noise, not to take away from the many positives of the property.
