We stayed because we are doing short projects nearby. We've chosen to come back to stay at her home because she's very hospitable, easy to work with. We'll definitely stay again.

When my wife and I arrived at the location, we were shortly met by Amy. She gave us a brief tour of the unit (half of a two unit building), showed us where everything was, including the outdoor shade structure that had a grille, fireplace/kiva, various pieces of furniture, outdoor TV and our own parking area. The unit had everything you could think of that you'd need away from home. . It was a few blocks from Silver City's tourist shopping area, so we walked to most places. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and we highly reccommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at Bennet Street. The host, Amy, was beyond awesome. She went above and beyond for sure. The location is across the main street from Historic Downtown. Silver City is so cute. Great place to escape the heat of Phoenix--didn't turn the A/C on once!

Beautiful grounds, very well appointed home. A hidden gem in Silver City. The host, Amy, checked on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

This property is equipped with everything you could possibly want. It is 4 blocks from old town Main Street. The owner is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. You won’t be sorry.

We had a lovely time at Amy's Bennett street house. She made a special trip to start the heat for us. The house was attractive and well equipped. The WiFi was great. We didn't turn on the Dish TV. Nor did we get to enjoy the outdoor area which looked divine but weather was chilly and our stay was short. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the stay here very much. It was the perfect walking distance to all our events in the historic district of Silver City. All was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch during a late summer shower was wonderful.

Very clean, spacious condo, huge space for two people. Nice furnishings with very comfortable furniture with wonderful outside portico with grill and comfy sofas for happy hour. Also kitchen with all necessary cookware and spices and other goodies (condiments, etc---). And a most generous Host AMY. A very special stay and we will be back.

A really pleasant place to stay with plenty of places to hang out both inside and outside. The historic downtown is an easy walk, with lots of shops and restaurants and places of interest.

What a great place to unwind and relax after hiking, walking around downtown, or taking a scenic drive. We really loved the outdoor space and we got to enjoy fireworks from the porch. Didn't have to deal with any traffic or crowds and the weather was perfect.

The backyard patio with grill and fireplace is an excellent extra. It is obvious the owners take pride in their properties and maintain them to a very high standard. I was fortunate to meet the owners during my stay. They are very friendly and offered a wealth of knowledge regarding attractions in the area. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone interested in this area.

Amy is a fantastic host with great communication and flexibility. The property is well-stocked so you don't need to bring things like spices, oil, etc if you do not want to. The property is walking distance from the cute downtown as well. The outdoor space is very inviting even though I was unable to use it due to very cold temps! I will be back for sure!

Great little getaway in Silver City. Amy was great host and was very helpful. The accommodations was very adequate and clean for our stay. Hopefully we get to hang out some more with Amy in the future after this pandemic is over.

Definitely would stay with Amy again. House was the perfect setup for getting out around Silver City and the Gila. Short walk to historic downtown. Property made it difficult to want to leave.

We loved the location of Amy’s place! It is a beautiful, green property that is so close to downtown! The house is very cute too. Amy is a very communicative, nice host, and she has stalked the place with everything you will need. The best part, though, is the outdoor patio. It is really relaxing to sit outside, BBQ, have a fire, and listen to tunes. We will be back!

The Bennett Place is a hidden Gem in Southwest New MexicoWhen you first pull into the neighborhood you might think this cant be the right place, but don’t worry you will be delighted when you arrive at the house. This is a cozy little place, perfect for a little rest and relaxation.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need if you enjoy cooking, and the BBQ in the back is perfect if you enjoy grilling.The covered living area in the backyard is incredible. It has three couches, a table for enjoying meals outdoors, a nice fireplace, and an outdoors TV and sound system. It is the perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring the many activities to be found in the surrounding area.Plan to spend a day exploring historic Silver City and all of the local shops, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and historic sites. You will also find countless local day trip activities to keep you busy.Just over an hour’s drive will take you to the Gila Catwalk Recreation area, this is an incredible piece of engineering, well worth a visit, a nice hike, and a wonderful place for a picnic. An hour and a half drive thru the beautiful Gila Wilderness will take you to the Gila Cliff Dwellings, an incredible experience. You will also find countless areas in the Gila for beautiful hiking.  45 Minutes away you will find The City Of Rocks State Park, this place is a natural wonder and is so beautiful, a must-see experience. Just down the road from the City Of Rocks you will find The Faywood Hot Springs where you can enjoy a nice soak after a long day of hiking, we enjoyed it so much we went two nights in a row.And best of all is Amy! She was wonderful to deal with and was full of helpful ideas for things to do in the area, suggestions for restaurants in town if you’re not in the mood cook or BBQ at the house, and she had the house beautifully cleaned before our arrival.
