Perfect spot for a large family get together

Incredible property! Even better than the pictures. Perfect for a group getaway. Huge house, huge back yard, beautiful views, and private beach access. Everything is as described in the listing and the property manager was a pleasure to work with. We hope to be back soon!

To start this off, this house was beyond our expectations. From the first steps of walking in, you felt like you were in an oasis. The house smelled clean, TVs were playing music, and all the lights were on and it was truly just magical. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Each bedroom was extremely spacious. This house was used for our wedding and it couldn’t have been a better house/location for the type of intimate wedding that we desired. If you’re looking for a small, intimate wedding house/ location, look no further because this is the one. We will hopefully be back in years to come!!

Besides being a stunning, spacious, open layout, ocean views, gorgeously decorated, in a great location, this home is dreamy and truly is the most perfect escape. The important things-yes clean, in an area super easy to get around (easy to relax or island explore), the reservation co very responsive, house comes stocked, and more. The property management, Karen and Sandy, do a great job telling you what the house comes with and they also provide a suggestion list. They also have great referrals to these items-we rented corn hole from Beach and Games To Go in Isle of Palms (the owners are amazing), golf carts from Just Beachy (so easy to reserve online), bikes from Carolina Bike and Beach (Rick and Angela amazing) and a oyster and blue crab with seafood boil with the guys from The Smoking Pot. Listen, the house is an easy drive to other places, but it is a stunning experience in itself. We could not have enjoyed it more. And the fact that it was clean, things were not broken or half worked, had supplies and excellent communication made it a dream from start to finish. We all were living our best life!

Port of call was everything we had hoped for. Plenty of space for our large group. Weather was perfect which was an added bonus. Would definitely rent again:)

One word--Amazing!! The house was immaculate, the area is so much fun. The views are just out of the world. Best time ever. We were there during Hurricane Ian, the property manager was hands down the best I have EVER worked with! We will be back!!!!

Beautiful spacious house! Perfect for our large group of 6 families.

What a beautiful property! The pool was exceptional! Easy to get to the beach! Amenities covered everything we needed. And any issues we had were attended to immediately! I would definitely stay there again. :)

This was a perfect getaway for my wife's 40th birthday. We had a total of 20 people at the house (ages ranged from 1 through 75), and the house+location had something for everyone. We expected to travel a few times into Charleston during our stay, but ended up only going in once because there was so many options for things to do when staying at the house (enjoy the house, pool, and/or beach). The management company was very responsive to any questions we had, and we would recommend this house to anyone in a heartbeat.

This house was even better than the pictures! Clearly recently updated, carpets looked brand new. Spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it perfect for our group with 9 couples + babies (+ nanny). Made for a luxury beach weekend reunion with friends.

Staying at Port of Call was the best family get away for the 16 of us. We ranged in age from five to seventy five and a magnificent time was had by all! The home is gorgeous and spacious with every amenity a person could want. Having the heated pool, the putting green, the huge lawn expanse and being right on the ocean all made for a perfect vacation. There were plenty of places to play or simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the property. The sunrises and sunsets and shell collecting were amazing. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for a long postponed family get away. The management property was helpful with suggestions as well as incredibly responsive if we needed anything done or taken care of. We highly recommend Port of Call!!!

This was the perfect home for our family get away. There were 16 of us, ranging in age from 5 to 75 and the house was big enough so that everyone could spread out and have some privacy when needed, but be together in the large common living spaces. Everything was clean and luxurious. The heated pool provided hours of fun and being right on the ocean for walks, swimming, shell collecting and watching the sunrises and sunsets was amazing. The management company was very responsive to all of our needs and requests. They were also so helpful in giving referrals for private chefs and things to do. As a family, we created beautiful memories and all the younger kids are already asking to return!

House is spacious, plenty of room to share with large families, we had 19 family members attend. Kitchen is well equipped to support large meal prep and cleanup. We heated the pool and that was a big hit with the kids. Large backyard for corn hole, Frisbee, throwing football and baseball. Outdoor fire pit was used nightly and a great way to wind down the day. Board walk to beach was great and the spacious decks provided outstanding views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Golf, fishing and outstanding shopping and food was all readily available. With all the splendor the home offered, we would have liked to have move comfortable seating area in the main floor living room. We would stay at Port A Call again and recommend the property to all those looking for a luxurious family get a way on Isle of Palms!

Kids, parents and grandparents all had a great time hanging out together. We enjoyed the house, the pool, the beach and the company.

The property is spectacular! Eleven spacious bedrooms all with a private bathroom. The Oceanside backyard was incredible. The yard was large with a nice pool, large grassy play area, and a private walkway to the beach complete with a gazebo half way from the house to the beach. We did have beginning of the season type issues such as the TV in the game room did not work, two bedroom doors would not close and required repair, and the elevator was not working for almost 3 days of our rental week. The good thing was the management company was responsive for us! All in all a great house for a large group and I don’t think there is a better lot on the Isle of Palms!!

The house was beautiful- decor is up to date and very well done. The location is perfect with ocean views from the master suites. It’s close to golf and not far from downtown Charleston. The people at the rental office are incredibly nice and helpful. We would rent this again in a heartbeat.

The home was perfect, well designed for large groups and families. The kitchen was well stocked. Twelve ladies on a golf trip really enjoyed all that it had to offer. We had problems with both ice makers while we were there and they never were fixed. The one issue we had which appears to be an ongoing issue is the next door neighbors. While we understood that there was a noise ban after ten pm and we honored that, we received a text and a call around 7pm alleging loud noise. As mentioned we were on a golf trip and twelve mature women were awarding team prizes on the deck while our personal chef was cooking inside. If a home sleeps 28, by definition, there is going to be noise and we only had 12. The prizes were awarded at 6pm. In no way were we overly loud, but likely 12 cackling women. To receive a text alleging noise issues at 7pm really annoyed us. Bottom line---if you have a loud group, beware as you may be hassled by next door neighbors and the rental company which makes a very expensive rental annoying. The other issue I have is with check-in times and check-out times. 5pm/9am You essentially give back/pay for a full day that you don't get to enjoy. Permitting incoming guests to sit around the pool or use the beach would be recommended.

Great fun and a beautiful home, a beautiful yard and incredible beach. Only negative was there being no ice maker functioning in main refrigerator. Manager was called and someone was there the next day. Only problem was it was never repaired to function. It seemed the problem was being frozen at the point where it should’ve been dispensing. This necessitated to buying bags of ice from the grocery. The other issue that he addressed when he came that day was the fans on the main floor deck not functioning. He was able to start them manually but told us not to turn them off or they would freeze up again. Not an issue except one of the blades flew offAnd into the bushes in the yard. We then left the fans off for the rest of the trip. Management was notified. Overall an incredible experience and we would book this house again. I will say that the only complaint Was from families being required to strip the beds at the end of the visit.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Spacious and accommodating for ages 11 to 75. Linens and towels were comfortable and plentiful. The views of the beach and shoreline was absolutely captivating. Our younger kids and teens spend most hours in the pool which was well worth the cost of heating it because the weather was perfect. We started our days off with relaxing walks or runs on the beach and collected a nice collage of shells. We enjoyed island favorites for dinner and the spaciousness of the home into the night. It was a perfect getaway for us. Finally but most importantly, the staff with Exclusive Properties were awesome from start to finish. Karen, Megan and Sandy made planning and our stay easy. As a person who is in the marketing business, am use to trying to find the right words. But when it comes to describing this property, truly think that words cannot describe what an awesome place this is for large families and groups. Had 21 people stay here and we all had accommodations that go over the top. Plenty of room for everybody and first class in every way. One amazing thing about this house is despite everything being luxurious, the house still has some of those touches that make it feel warm and welcoming. And the folks are Exclusive Properties are really friendly folks who balance good customer service with genuine caring about their guests. Thank you so much Exclusive Properties for making this one of the most memorable incredible get togethers ever for our family!!

Everything we'd hoped it to be. Beautiful accommodations and experience for our family, my daughter and her bridesmaids for her weeding week. You won't find better.

The Port of Call was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had plenty of space for 20 adults and three children. Pool was well maintained and our own access to the beach was fabulous.

This was a perfect trip for 26 adults/kids!!! So much to offer at the house and in and around isle of palms, Sullivan island and Charleston!! We will be back

We loved staying at Port of Call - the house was breathtakingly beautiful and had everything we could have wanted for our approximately week long stay. The rooms were beautiful and many had doors that opened onto verandas with a view of the beach.

This house is amazing and working with Exclusive Properties was easy and a wonderful experience. If you are looking for the perfect place to gather this is it!

The total property was beautiful, the house, grounds, view, and pool were wonderful. There were 10 of us with bedrooms to spare. Large house but very cozy and comfortable to gathering, We were fortunate to have beautiful weather to enjoy the porches and pool and take walks on the beach. Exclusive Properties was outstanding and met all our needs from the minute we booked to the day we left. Many thanks to the awesome team!

This was our second stay at 3400 Palm Blvd and it was amazing last time, but thanks to some barely-needed renovations, the house is officially beyond measure. The layout and pictures are accurate (though the bunk rooms have newer and nicer furniture). The house is clean and perfectly maintained. The layout is perfect for a large group. We have rented from other agencies in the Charleston and Kiawah area and decided after this trip that we will only rent through Exclusive Properties (who manages the VRBO link). They bend over backwards to accommodate special requests, and even when a request can't be fulfilled (in our case, a late check out due to another group's arrival), they are so kind and reasonable that you feel like you're dealing with an old friend. We had no issues with the property, and the only activities that took part in took place on the grounds of the house: cooking big meals in the kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, holding a father/son golf tournament on the one hole golf course in the back, playing full football games on the green, and enjoying the beach. We will be back! In fact, we've already booked the same house for our next gathering a mere 6 hours after departure.

We rented this incredible home for our wedding party and a group of our wedding guests, and it made for an unforgettable weekend that we will treasure forever. To echo many of the previous reviews, Port of Call is even more beautiful in person, which we didn't think was possible -- The house is absolutely immaculate, and the entire property is like something out of The Great Gatsby, with gorgeous porches, a crystal blue pool, and unbelievable views of the ocean. It was the perfect space for our group, as people could either relax in the privacy of their own bedrooms, or mingle together in any of the common spaces (main living area, patios, pool, yard, boardwalk, beach). It was also great because whenever the wedding party had wedding-related obligations to attend to, we never felt like we were neglecting our guests since they could chill out at the pool or beach, explore Isle of Palms, or take a short drive into downtown Charleston. The kitchen was very well equipped for large group dinners, and we used the grill to make burgers and hotdogs for everybody one night. The staff at Exclusive Properties was very friendly, attentive, and responsive to all communication, which made the whole experience even better. All in all, it was an amazing weekend that we will never forget!
