House had everything we needed. Very clean and a great location. Easy trip to the dock.

We had rain the entire week but made ways to make it fun! There were moments of no rain and we were able to sneak out for a quick boat ride out for fun. The dock is perfect for my granddaughters to go out for some swimming and fun too, quiet and secluded. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our group. The walk to the dock was not bad at all. Mike was very easy to deal with. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house. Everyone enjoyed themselves. One of the best stays we’ve had at Norris!!!! Thanks again to the Murray’s for sharing their house with us. Can’t wait to rent again next season. And the striper fishing was on fire!!

House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy walk to dock. Plenty of seating on decks/dock. Kayaks provided. Upper deck was very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Great house with great access to the lake. The kids enjoyed swimming from the dock and fishing from the kayaks! We will be back.

The owners are more than accommodating and seems like when we returned they have updated or added more to make our stay comfortable. They are located on a very pretty part of the lake close to many fun activities and not to far from a main highway. They are tucked away in a protected cove which is great for floating and playing at the dock. We have rented a pontoon boat for a full week from Norris Lake Marina both times that we have visited the property. We are close to many marinas, rope swings, the Norris goat cave, and cliff jumping. There are very steps to the water and everything outside is well lit. We look forward to rebooking at this property soon.

Perfect place for my small family of 3 to spend time together ..... thank you Murray’s for sharing this awesome lake house!

We stayed a week at the Murray’s in early May and it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had. Owner Mike was amazing to work with, extremely accommodating, generous and available for all our questions. The lakefront home is stocked with everything you’ll need from the kitchen to the living areas to lake access and dock. Upon arrival, everything was extremely clean and organized— our family felt at home instantly. The access to lake is unmatched— very low grade compared to others and the floating dock fit our boat perfectly. After a day on the water, we were very comfortable coming back to cook dinner for the kids and relax. An hour to Knoxville and about 2 h to the Smokeys. This place has it all- 5 stars!!

This was the best lake front rental my family has ever stayed in! The home was spotless and everything we needed was there. The owners were in contact with us whenever we needed them and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The dock was just the right size for our boat and both of our jet ski's. Loved the view from the large, covered porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and very clean. The wifi was strong enough for all 4 of us, we could receive and make phone calls/texts on our cell phones and still respond/check our emails. The floor plan is perfect for a large gathering or even a small one. We will be returning in the near future. From our experience, the owners will make every effort to make your stay perfect and you will not want to leave, it feels like home and not just a vacation rental.

This is our second year renting this property and we absolutely love it. We can sit on the porch and see the water, and we are close to marinas. My husband loves to go out fishing at night, and the dock is very well lighted. The house has everything we need, and we would definitely recommend this property. Mike always makes sure we have everything we need.

This property was more than we could have hoped for. Snuggled in off in a cove for safe swimming and little to no waves for kids to swim with life jackets on. We rented a pontoon boat from Norris Dam Marina to use for the week. The dock was very easy to use with the Pontoon. VERY little stairs from the house to the dock. We had two families totaling 7 people we have more than enough space. Owners just recently updated parts of the house that we enjoyed! The beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house is spacious. The owners were super easy to communicate with and gave us allot of great information prior to us arriving. We received step by step directions to their property, a list of restaurants to visit and some hidden gems of things to do while we were in town. Their property is very close to a rope swing and several cliffs for jumping. We enjoyed all family meals and our morning coffee on their beautiful deck that gave us some protection from a few rain drops.. We love this lake and the family memories that have been made this weekend we will cherish forever. **if you have never been to Norris Lake this property is a MUST. Thank you to the home owners. This was our first trip as a family and we could not have been happier with our stay! The pictures do not do justice to the comfortable, clean, well organized, beautiful home. The location is perfect for a fun swim around the dock and close enough to hop on the main lake to tube and ski. The entire group agrees they would recommend this place to everyone.
