We enjoyed our stay! The dishwasher was broken but otherwise everything was in working order and clean. The pool is small but was perfect for our young kids. Easy walk to the beach. We’d love to come back!

The house was nice but we rented it for the pool which did not work and was nasty.The maintenance company came to fix the pool right as we were checking out. Saw a fire pit I thought maybe we could use that and sit out by the pool but it didn’t work either. Then we thought maybe we would watch the World Series but That didn’t work out either.

Great house with an easy walk to a quiet beach. Nice pool and outdoor space for relaxing. Good coffee and pizza in walking distance. Would definitely rent again.

The reason we rented this particular house was because of the pool. We arrived to a pool that looked like brown sludge. Called Tybee vacation rentals and they sent a co-worker out to see what the issue was. He was rude and made excuses. Had to call the manager the second day. Needless to say, the pool was never fixed. The house was okay. An underwhelming stay. Will never rent from this group again.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. We were a very close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool and enclosed area under the house. We really enjoy the quiet north side of Tybee. The only negative is the house is very close to Highway 80 and Byers is also a very busy street. We will be back.

The home is beautiful! Very clean and decorated beautifully. Outdoor and pool area were great! Great location near the beach. Wonderful stay and vacation. Will definitely be back.

Fun vacation

Access to North Beach awesome! Pool was cared for and access to shops on Hwy 80 was so convenient! We were very comfortable with kitchen, grill and even the commercial waffle maker in this home with the Covid guidelines!

Our first trip to Tybee and it didn’t disappoint! House was great for our group of 6, the screened in porch was our hangout for morning coffee and evening dinners. Great entertainment space with ping pong, corn hole and a small pool to cool off. Short distance to a very quiet beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Beds were comfortable, good open floor plan of kitchen/living room and plenty of kitchen items

We really love the house and private pool! Comfy furniture in the living room and porch and very comfy beds. Only advice we have is to bring your bug spray because the no-see-ums are vicious and can get through the screens!

Would rent again

We so enjoyed our stay in Tybee! Rental was just as advertised and check in was a breeze. We were just a short walk to the beach, where we saw dolphins playing and ships sailing upriver. We rented a golf cart and tooled around the island. Lighthouse Beach was just a short ride away. Pool was small, but we were happy to have one. Overall, was a great vacation!

Um. This is a MUST stay. I needed a quiet place for me and my pups for a few nights. As I hopped out of the car, I was thrilled to find that the owners have built a fenced-in dog park / yard area under-house parking area -adjacent to the pool! While the furry ones safely chilled out, I was able to decompress and swim in the uber-private under house deck + pool area. I could have camped out! The well-appointed kitchen allowed me to cook all of my meals w/ ease. A private screened wraparound patio allowed for fresh salty air all day. My only regret is renting this alone, I would for sure secure this gem for a girls’ beach trip + bring the kiddos and pals.

Beautiful, very homey and comfortable home-away-from-home! Loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and Bible reading and for evening games. Short walk to the beach and so many dolphins!😊 Lots of room for our group of 7. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best family vacation!!! We had all of our kids and had so much fun!! House was clean and beautiful!! We loved it!! Loved the almost private beach!! Great location!! My husband and I renewed our vows on the beach!! The screened porch and pool area were great!! The extra fridge by the pool came in handy!! Ping pong table was fun too!!!! Great house!!!!!

We love Tybee. This is our 3rd time here and we choose Tybee over Charleston even with a longer drive from Asheville. Perfect end of year getaway. Now I find myself pulling for the Georgia Bulldogs! Go Dawgs!

Great Experience!! The house was fabulous!!

This was a very cute place and found it as the pictures advertised. I will say that the pool looks much bigger in photos that it is in reality. We also had requested it be heated and while it hadn't been when we arrived, management responded to our request to turn the heat on and refunded us for that day. The house was 59 degrees when we entered and it was a chilly day so that wasn't necessarily "welcoming". The close walk to the North Beach was wonderful and also the close walk to a cute coffee shop was enjoyed every day, especially since it is paid parking everywhere in Tybee so it was nice to be able to walk to a couple things. Only down side on location is it is only one house off the main, busy road. Since it wasn't necessarily overly warm most days while we were in Tybee, the recommendation from everyone in my family was wishing there were a few blankets available, even just light ones to use when sitting on the sofa watching TV or whatever. There were basically sheets and a quilt/bedspread (kids didn't like) on nearly all beds (we much preferred the comforter on the "master bedroom"), but no blankets. We did find one throw blanket in the master bedroom. We ended up buying a couple at Target in Savannah and left them in the house when we left. Also found empty beer cans out by the pool, i'm assuming left by the last rental. Overall, this was a very quaint home. It was maybe a bit tight for our family in the common space (we were 2 parents, 4 teenage kids and an 11 year old) to try and watch a movie together...really only comfortable seating was the sofa and one chair so we ended up splitting up in the evening unless playing games at the nice, large table.
