Very spacious, clean, well-equipped chalet with lots of amenities. Spread out over three levels, so plenty of privacy for two couples with children sharing the bunk room. Would have given the chalet 5 stars except for the distance from the LIFT shuttle pickup.

We had an awesome time at this property. They really thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable!

The property was as described! Plenty of space. The only issues we had were there were several bathrooms and the kitchen with no hand soap. Maybe at our other vacations we were spoiled but there were missing staples in the kitchen. I think it would benefit the property owners to think of adding a few more staples that would have made our stay a little more easy.

Great mountain location!

Loved the condo!! Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of supplies, great wi-fi, good parking. The garage is a huge help for bikes, tools, toys, etc. Bedding was very comfortable, and the location is perfect.

We loved everything about this property and it’s location. It was the perfect space for our family of 6. The house is beautiful and well decorated. The kids loved the layout and sleeping arrangements. I loved the kitchen area. And it was SO nice to have a garage to store our skis and boots!! The only minor complaint was that there were things left out near the hot tub from the previous renters (wet towel that was frozen to the ground, empty beer can, used face mask also frozen to the ground, grill uncovered and pretty dirty). These did not effect our stay at all but maybe the cleaning of the outside space was overlooked? Again only minor. Thank you for making our stay in winter park so perfect! I recommend this property to any family!

We had a wonderful time in this villa. Close to the mountain, great amenities, and the hot tub was clutch! Will definitely stay here again!

Long day of travel delays, we reached the condo at 9:30 pm MT and walked in to a completely messy condo with linens off beds, etc. The place hadn’t been cleaned at all between the previous renters and us. I called the help line and it took 15 minutes for an operator to answer the phone. She was nice enough but couldn’t really help. She just said she had left messages with the manager and someone would call us back within 15 min. 45 mins later, I called again. Waited another 15 mins to reach the same operator. She put us on hold again. It’s not 10:30 pm (12:30 eastern time) and we are all exhausted and just need to know where we can sleep. She tells me the managers are with other customers and call me right away and that I should be patient for them to finish. A manger does call me about 15 mins later and is very apologetic. He says he fell asleep and that this thing never happens. He said the cleaners cleaned the wrong condo and actually cleaned next door instead. So I asked if we could sleep there for the night. They agreed thank goodness. It was a pain to move everything over and then back over again the next day but it is what it is. The did offer us free tubing for the 4 of us. After declining, they offered half my cleaning fee. I asked him to seek approval to refund us at least one night stay since we technically didn’t even have a chance to sleep there, had to move twice and ended up staying at a place that wasn’t as nice. Again, he was apologetic and said it never happens. After we were in the condo, it was great. The stairs were a bit much but everything worked great. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The drive to winter park and restaurants was convenient. Overall, a great condo with comfortable beds, nice furniture and lots of privacy. We’d go back, but I’d call to make sure it had been inspected prior to our arrival.

Our family had a great weekend in Winter Park. The rental property was clean, comfortable beds and an easy drive to the mountain and downtown. Would recommend!

It is a perfect place, especially for families.

This was a great place to stay, not too far from the slopes, and very conveniently located to both Winter Park and Frazier. The accommodations were perfect for four of us, and since it was during coronavirus, the beautifully appointed kitchen was put to good use! Beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was great and we very much enjoyed it.

Very clean property with a modern touch. The space was amazing for our family of six. The property included all things needed including family games. Highly recommended!!

I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband and this place was perfect. It was nice to have three rooms for three couples on separate floors. It worked out perfectly. The house is conveniently located to get to several activities. It was a wonderful weekend getaway with family and friends.

We had a wonderful experience renting the Rendezvous Luxury Chalet #139 from Winter Park Escapes. The communication from the management company was terrific, the house was gorgeous, well stocked, had lovely amenities and the location worked perfectly for our group. Such a wonderful week spent in Winter Park!!! Thanks so much!

We wanted to love this unit, however the property was not clean upon our arrival (beer cans by hot tub, dirt and crumbs over the floors and furniture on all levels, a used bandaid in the middle of a bedroom floor, dirty towels from the last guest, just to name just a few of the issues). We immediately contacted Winter Park Escapes with the issue, after being put on hold multiple times, they were eventually able to get the cleaning crew back over. The main contact number was not able to get ahold of one of the four property manager to discuss our concerns, or able to confirm we would hear back from someone. (We later determined they use a non-local call center for primary communications). The property manager was not prompt in responding to our escalation of the issue. All subsequent communication / responses to the issue by management / the company owner were not very prompt either. Based on the initial lack of cleanliness, we were not comfortable that the property would actually be clean after their touch ups and we ended up using another company to find alternative lodging. As the property renter, we did not feel this company was at all customer service focused. As far as the unit itself, since we didn't end up staying there so can't comment on the functionality of the unit. However the living room furniture was visibly dirty, which added to our concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality. In summary, we have rented through many different property management companies over the years, as well as home owner rental sites, and this was by far the worst experience we have had. We understand that things happen on occassion, but as a service company we expected a higher level of service to address the issues, particularly from a company that advertises as a luxury property management company.

This property is amazing. Perfect for two couples with kids. Everything is nice and new. Beds were comfortable with plenty of space in bedrooms. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great location too. Would definitely recommend.

This place was beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay! The decor is a fantastic blend of modern and mountain. All the linens and towels are top notch comfort and quality. We barely had to go out to eat at all because the kitchen had everything we needed to get groceries and cook for ourselves. One thing to note- lots of construction outside but I know that is temporary and out of the owners control so I still recommend and give a 5 star rating!!! We would love to come back again!

This was a new build that was perfect for my little family of 4. What i really love about it is the owner had everything little thing we needed during our 4 day 3 night stay. The layout was perfect for us to enjoy some family time/ dinner together and then the kids could retire to the bottom floor where there were four bunk beds. The location is perfect because you are so close to the grocery store, liquor store, bars/restaurants and of course Winter Park ski resort. After a hard day of skiing coming back and relaxing next to the fire before dinner is what it is all about. Post dinner having the ability to use the hot tub made this place a 5 star stay for us. We have been coming to WP and doing rentals for the last 4 years or so and this was by far the most accommodating place we have stayed. For me this will be the new gold standard up there i cant wait to get back. The property company was extremely responsive and the place was in immaculate condition
