This was our third stay at 5th and D, location is easy walking distance from the park, shops, and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Property was great for our group of 4. Good location and cute style. Had all of the amenities we needed, lots of kitchen utensils and towels. Property was nicer than photos looked. I would stay again, simple and easy check in!

Very nicely appointed end unit 1/2 mile from downtown & Riverfront Park. Occasional local street noise (vehicles passing by) but otherwise quiet & comfortable. Nice kitchen, utensils, & spice rack, which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. Loved walking around town looking at all the quaint homes.

Great location near downtown. We were able to walk to the bakery and coffee shop every morning of our stay. Located around a couple of older church buildings so it was a beautiful and peaceful stroll. The park is also about a block away and it is a very relaxing area away from the busier local shops but close enough to walk to them. The interior was cozy and well appointed with all the necessary things. Downtown Salida did not disappoint.

We came to celebrate her 70th birthday and attend the fine arts fair in Salida. Had a wonderful time and the VRBO was perfect.

Super charming, perfectly located place in downtown Salida. We cooked multiple meals and never had to use our car to visit the town. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Amazing! The rental was absolutely perfect! It’s charm and coziness made it feel like home. The location was within walking distance to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This row house is great! The location can’t be beat easy walking distance to downtown and the river. It was exactly as described and clean, such a great place to set up home base while you enjoy Salida and surrounding area. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

The rental is lovely. It was very clean and well decorated. It has a nice dining area. It is a short distance to restaurants and shops.
We had some problems with channels on the television set. I’m assuming this has been addressed.

Great little house.
We stayed here one year ago to attend our grandson's high school graduation and returned this year for his sister's graduation. My son lives on D St., and the high school is located next to his house, so this house is very convenient - we walked everywhere. Clean and well-equipped.
