The property was with in walking distance to surfing and amazing food opptions.

While the building itself is a but shabby on the exterior, the condo interior looks recently renovated with new fixtures and appliances, and was very clean. There were ample cutting boards, glasses, utensils, etc., large fridge, with useful ice and water dispenser. The two bedrooms and living rooms and independently controlled AC heads on a mini-split system that keep the apartment nice a cool. We found the master bedroom was a little warmer, but if we set the thermostat at a lower temperature than the others, the room stayed perfectly cool. We heeded the host's suggestion to keep the west-facing shades closed in the afternoon to help keep the heat out. There are at least four beach chairs, several coolers, and other beach toys that were extremely helpful to have on hand. These were clean and in good shape. Other reviews mentioned cockroaches. We just saw two small ones which were easy to dispatch. The location is great. Near to many great beaches, and in walking distance or a short drive to countless restaurants and grocery stores. A true gem is located on the other side of the parking lot from the apartment building: a kind of food court garden that is situated in the expanse of a tropical nursery. We had absolutely no complaints.

We were 4 adults and a teenager. The location is great! We love island surf! The master bed was super comfy! Really liked the water in the fridge door. (Sometimes it’s the little things :) ) We enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back to Maui soon!

Love the location, walking distance to restaurants, beach, park and supper market. The flat was big enough for 3 adults and 2 4 year olds. We had everything we needed to cook, not enough utensils, but no biggie we just wash them right away. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely would stay here again, can’t wait to come back.

The room was great. Nice size patio/lanai. Great location. Very walkable. Perfect for kids. There is a park across the stree and the beaches nice. My daughter did a surfing lesson which was right next store. Shops and eating close by. Also some bars and karaoke. The only issue was the a/c in the master bedroom. It works just fine but it has a mind of its own sometimes so just push the buttons a couple extra times and you will be fine. Lol. Also if you stay there just remember if you have the sliding doors open the front door will slam shut and scare you so just prop open or hold it to close.

Spacious living area and perfect location for the beach, shops, and food!

We stayed here for 7 nights. A group of 6 people including one child and one baby. Check in process was easy. Location is great with walkable distance to beach, restaurants, Kihei Caffe, groceries and shaved ice!! Fully equipped kitchen, bath and beach toys/tools. Very good host with quick and prompt response time. Very helpful with our needs. Would recommend this place for anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The unit was very large and has everything needed. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions. We would stay here again.

Great condo! Very clean and had all the kitchen gadgets and tools needed to do our cooking when we did not go out. In walking distance to beach, playground, volleyball courts, food trucks, restaurants, market and grocery store. The pool was warm and fun to play in. We utilized the pool area and grill almost every day. Lanai faces the main road so we got to watch the fun night life every morning with breakfast. 13yo took surf lessons across the road while the baby napped. Elderly parents enjoyed morning and evening strolls in the park. Will go Again and try to book here!

My family and I loved our stay in Kihei! The manager was friendly and maintained good communication during our stay. Our only complaint is of the roaches around the home when we arrived. As states in the title, we are overall pleased with our stay

Short walk to the beach and great park with playground for kids just across the road. Restaurants, cafes, shopping, markets, food trucks, surf lessons all steps away and very walkable.

Hands down the best economical value on the island. The free use of beach gear and drink cooler was a HUGE bonus. More than spacious enough for our Family of 2 adults and 3 small children. Comfortable beds throughout. The full size fridge was another big plus. Location is near plenty of locale fare and across the street from a big park. The pool and BBQ area was kept really clean and it was located only two doors down from the unit. Michelle (the property manager) was polite and responsive. When we return to Maui, I will check the availability of this property first.

We will definitely stay here again. We have friends on the island and this property is in close proximity to them. Check-in/out is a breeze and contact with the owner is a call/text away. Would definitely recommend this property!

WE ENDED UP CHECKING OUT AFTER BEING IN THE UNIT FOR 20 mins. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY. Location great but I would not ask my family to stay there in the filth. We ended up leaving and not staying the 5 days and having to self lodge after paying for 5 days here. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

It was close to Wailea beach, which was our favorite! Our only complaint is that it’s located right off of S Kihei Road, so there is significant road noise day and night. We found it worth it for both the view you get and everything else in the condo. Mahalo for a great trip!

The location is directly across the street from a massive park (Kalama Park) and 2 blocks from a the best beach (Charley Young Beach). The unit was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8,10,14 and 15), had a wonderful pool and grill area and was nearby to shopping and restaurants. The host was easy and fast in communicating and made the whole experience that much better. Overall it was just wonderful.

It's my second time in Maui renting but this one was not what I expect unfortunately. We were looking for a place for 7 people, 4 adults and 3 teenagers but the second room only had two beds but were smaller than a twin and they didn't fit well. Also make sure if you want to use the rollaway bed they are going to charge you for each day. Supposedly when I rented they said it fits 8 people in this place but this information is inaccurate. The place need make some update because the door to go to the porch doesn't work well and was not too clean in general. Also the second night we found in the kitchen cockroaches so we have to be really careful with our food. We reported to Michel who is the host and she said she going to contact the building manager and they said they just did a pest spray in august. We had good communication with her but she didn't know why VRBO had this place listed for 8 adults was not comfortable for us and we are 7, she said they going to change this information. So make sure to have just kids for the extra room and the sofa bed also is not good. Also they ask you to wash all the towels and folded and put all the sheets to wash and take all the trash out. I thought we were paying for the cleaning. We are not going to stay again, this did not work for our family:(
