Beautiful home and location. Chose this over others due to having a hot tub. Arrived and it was empty...they apologized and we were able to use it the last night we were there. I had even confirmed hot tub was up and running- not.

Dads and daughters stayed and enjoyed the place. It was clean and quiet. Exceeded our expectations!!!

Plenty of room for our group. Only complain is the bed was NOT cleaned from the people before. Every bed had hair and you could see that people had slept in them....gross!!!

Great location for downtown Nampa or Boise. Close to the Ford Idaho Center and Horse Park. Check in process was amazing and we will be hoping this place is available every time we come to town.

Enjoyed staying in this house, great location, just what we needed. Could have had a few more amenities (only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 4 nights, no wine opener, and no soap in showers) other than that we loved it and that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again just would have been more prepared.

I am not sure if the property owner hires someone to clean or does the cleaning themselves, but when we arrived the house was dirty. We had to clean all of the bed sheets as they had someone elses body hair on the sheets (as if they were not washed from the last persons stay). So that was (4) beddings that we washed on our first night before we could go to bed. The dishes/silverware in the cabinets and drawers were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The bathrooms were dirty and we had to clean them before use. The cleaniness was so bad that our 9 year old Autistic son had several breakdowns due to this issue. I was up with him throughout the nights because he could not sleep. I normally leave great reviews, and like I said, I am not sure if the property owners are even aware of this issue as we dealt with a property management company, but I really hope this issue gets resolved so other renters do not experience the same issues we did. My husband was very upset we paid over $300.00/night for a home that was not clean at all. Unfortunately, we will not be renting this home again when we visit our family this summer.
