Relaxing stay with a beautiful view.

Our time was to short as always we didn’t want to leave our happy place can’t wait till next time

This is a great area and condo was ok. Bit disappointed in the quality of couch and chair. Extremely dirty and worn out! The recliner won’t stay recliner. It’s pretty dirty too. Lots of things could be updated. Love location and condo was ok. But not what I was expecting. The condo owner was very nice and responsive. Which I could rate higher but not being able to relax and watch television comfortably was disappointing. Beds were ok.

Wonderful place to stay in Ft. Walton Beach! Excellent host, great communication, very responsive. Condo had everything we needed, plus extras. Convenient, very comfortable and incredible views.

Absolutely beautiful location, view and beach. Penn House was fantastic, comfortable beds and everything you need. Emerald green waters, breeze blowing and sun on your face.... is there anything better!

We loved this condo. It had plenty of room for our group of 6. In total, there were 3 balcony areas. Being on the top floor was very nice too! We saw dolphins from our balcony everyday!

Very nice condo with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Great views from all the balconies. Loved having covered parking!! My only negative is that housekeeping could be a little better. When I went to spray off the shower door, mold and grime came loose…a lot of it. I let the property owner know and he said he would would let housekeeping know

Our grown kids flew from CA to be with us for Father's Day. We had a few good weather days. The water was rough and colder than I remember. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Our chair guy was awesome and took great care of us. Met some new friends and saw a lot of dolphins. Love Love Love our time here

Everything was nice, clean and enjoyable. Amazing views and great parking. We hope to be back next year!

Everything about our stay was great -- the property was clean, exactly as listed and beautiful! We could see dolphins from the balcony every morning. The beach wasn't over crowded and everyone was friendly. We went to some of the local restaurants, which were good, but did opt to drive to Destin a couple of times to try a few new places, but it wasn't a far drive. Steve was great, very responsive at messaging back and helpful. Loved everything about our stay and 100% would stay again. Highly recommend!

Great property and a great host.

Property is in a great location! Had fun at the Gulfarium, restaurants, and beach. Nice to have the 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up each day.

We are 100% pleased with every aspect of our stay at this beautiful, clean, and quiet property. The wraparound balcony is wonderful, enabling unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset! The condo is well-stocked and nicely furnished, enabling a comfortable "home away from home" feeling. The owner is great. When we contacted him with a question, he responded right away and was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful! We would love to stay here again someday!

This was a great location with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and nicely decorated and maintained. The corner with wraparound balcony makes for the best view on the beach. The only possible negative is the master bathroom's shower door design. I thought I was going to fall getting in and out each time. It's got a wide lip with a metal track. It was very cumbersome. But a few years ago we stayed downstairs with the same tub with a shower curtain and water went everywhere during each shower, so I get the necessity of the door.

The” PENN HOUSE “ was amazing. The view of the ocean was amazing, the place was very clean and spacious. Mr. Penn the host/owner was very friendly and if we needed to talk to him he would quickly message us back. We would highly recommend that if your looking for a great place to stay on vacation that the”PENN HOUSE” will not disappoint.

The stay was almost perfect. The location, condo, and thoughtfulness of the host was the best we’ve had in the few year’s we’ve been fortunate enough to take an annual vacation. Would definitely stay there again.

GORGEOUS property and they thought of every detail! The unit was perfection! The bunk beds in the hall nook were a wonderful “third bedroom.” The unit was on the end and SO quiet! Wonderful balcony and kitchen had everything including a blender and crockpot. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Overall, condo was nice. Locking thermostat (at 71 degrees) was a no bueno especially in the bedroom closest to the entrance. Appliances could be updated. Covered parking was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Would’ve given 5 stars if not for the locking thermostat and dated appliances.

I was in town working My family came down on two different occasions I was at the condo for a month Everything you could possibly need was available It is a beautiful condo and right on the beach Steve is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our every need. The information on this Condo was spot on. It was very clean, and spacious. Stocked with a little nicer quality cookware than some. The views are amazing. Would highly recommend.

This top floor corner condo was attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. Plenty of windows and light. Everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was provided. Bed was very comfortable (there are two nice bedrooms, we only used one). Great view of the Gulf beach from the balcony, which had table and four chairs. Everything worked well and our stay was very comfortable. The location is on a quiet stretch of the beach a short drive west of the pier and restaurants. About 10 minute drive to Destin. Beach umbrella and lounge chairs are provided in the summer season until Oct 31. The condo building was well-maintained, parking is convenient and elevators right at the front entrance. The owner Steve was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a great stay here, I would highly recommend it.

This was our second stay in this Great Pennhouse Condo. We totaly love it here and the views from the condo are the best. The entire unit, the staff and the owners we have meet are all so friendly. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy some beach time.

Love the location. Fantastic view. Covered parking was a nice bonus. Very clean and well appointed condo. King beds were comfortable. My only issue, hence the four star review, is the mattresses on the bunk beds are probably needing replacement. My kids complained of a metal spring in their back. I got on it and felt it immediately. One child had to sleep on the couch most of our stay. Other than that we had a great stay!

Very clean and spacious. Beach was wonderful. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Great honeymoon week, we will be back. Steve was very prompt and courteous in any issues we had, which were few. I will recommended this to anyone who's planning a trip to the gulf.

This property was better than anticipated. The condo is in a perfect location with 6th story beachfront ocean view. The wrap around balcony and the balcony for the bedrooms provided views of both the gulf and the bay. The water was emerald green and clear and the sand was white and soft. Everything we needed was there and the space was clean, smelled great and was well decorated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly. We will definitely try to stay at this location again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
