As always with anything on Ocean Blvd, the location was terrific. This most recent stay was at 906 Ocean.The home was not in great repair, especially the plumbing fixtures and drains in the kitchen and the master bath. Loose fixtures and poor draining (master bath) was terrible. Fixture were loose, and I am not sure how your cleaning crew can supposedly release a house for the next guest if they did not notice this while preparing the property.The hose bib in the basement leaked when turned on and the AC unit drain line was clogged, causing the AC to not function properly.For close to $15,000. a week I just expected a nicer place with functioning fixtures and appliances.I believe I have renter from you at b0th Belle Vista (712 Ocean) and recently Pelican Watch at 906. I have never had a drain in the master bath that drains in either place. That is simply something that the cleaning crew should notice and report!!!!

We rented this house with a bunch of friends. Lay out was great. Master is huge! Right on beach. Great location! Could walk to all restaurants. Parking was easy. Great communication with property manager. Easy check and check out. Would definitely stay again, and recommend!

First, East Island Rentals is great to deal with. Jill is great and any maintenance issues are dealt with immediately. The house is great for our families needs. The master is fantastic, away from the other family members. They added a fifth bedroom, which is great for kids. There is nothing more calming than looking out over the ocean. I would highly recommend this home.

Location is perfection. House needs some better planning. There are three bedrooms with one bathroom. The one bedroom was just added without an additional bathroom. The bathroom is already small to add more people. A new fireplace structure was added to have a spot for a tv but it closes off the openness and makes the dining cramped with a table for 8. Should have placed the tv on the bedroom wall and reversed the seating direction that way and added an actual dining room table big enough for more seating. Also, not enough seating in living room space. Brought in outdoor furniture so people would have a place to sit down. This house would be fine for 8 people. Will not be renting again. But spectacular view and location!

Location, views, and staff were awesome! Highly recommend. Walking distance to food and bars. Only issue we had is they were working on a room, so we were short a room and beds. Staff was eager to get resolve and address it. Already looking to go back.

Great location, nice beach chairsthe beds/mattresses were awful, the floor registers were filthy, much of the furniture was in rough shape and the air conditioning in the master suite did not work well so I had to sleep downstairs

Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our week at 906 Ocean. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The management company was very kind and allowed us to check in early. It is in a great location centrally located to the restaurants and shops. One small warning to future visitors - the steps to the beach from the house are very steep, almost ladder-like and could present a challenge to someone with mobility issues. Also, would recommend adding mirrors to 2 of the bedrooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a fabulous location and the layout was great for our family of 5+baby. The view is beautiful. That being said the furniture is very dated. Noticed a big stain on the mattress when we were required to strip sheets. The rocking chairs on the porch are dangerous. If those were replaced we would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

There were rats under the house (property mgmt did respond quickly) and one came very close to sons head. Staircases in this house are scary, especially the steep back stair to the beach. No way to close off access to a small child and could be difficult for an older person to navigate. Fireplace hearths were shin knockers and poor use of space. House not very clean either. Looked forward to the rockers on back porch but even those were disappointing due to the view blocking rail height. Overall, thumbs up to Eastern Rentals, thumbs down to this particular house.

A normal house (other than beachfront) with a large owner's suite and covered garages. Contains all the items one might expect, except baby gear must be rented (so we brought our own). Check-in requires you to visit a nearby realty office -- and there are keys as opposed to key codes which is a minor hassle when wrangling a few families. Had one issue with power out in one bathroom, for which they promptly brought battery-power lamps, but otherwise an easy experience.

A wonderful week with kids and grandkids, playing in tidal pools, flying kites, riding the waves. Great fun. The house has a great location as you can walk to restaurants/bars and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. And for a beach front house, it had the shortest walk to the beach I have ever had with it's own private boardwalk to the dunes. The view of the ocean and the beach from the covered porch on the back of house can't be beat. The house/kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The only significant negative was that the outdoor shower wasn't usable. Overall though, a great experience.

Review of house : 906 ocean Boulevard
Amazing view but overall house was just ok. There were ants, dirty walls, dirty floors, broken blinds and very stained mattress in master. When sun came up guests in master had to wake up because ALL blinds were broken . Very disappointed. Mattress in master is stained and gross. The location was only real good thing . Very outdated needs cleaning and maintenance.

My husband and I, our two kids and three young grandkids had a great week at 906 Ocean Boulevard (our third year). Roomie house with a bathroom for each bedroom. Wonderful covered porch and a gas grill provided. Convenient to town but also heard loud concert music a couple of nights until 10pm. The beach was really nice for walking, especially at low tide. Property management company was very quick and professional when we had an electrical issue. Fixed it within an hour!

The property is very nice with a wonderful beachfront location. Very clean and we really only had one minor maintenance issue which was addressed immediately. Do wish that it had a pool considering each house beside us did so did make us a little envious. Overall a great two weeks stay and had a wonderful time.

Overall the property was very nice and the location was very good. Some very small items would’ve made it better like the beds Downstairs seem to sag in the middle and the walkway to the beach was difficult where the walkway ended to get over the dune. But other than that it was a great place
