We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome. There was lots of room for everyone. Our grandchildren loved the pool table, the mini golf and of course the pool! Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

A group of guys stayed here for a bachelor party. Place was clean, had plenty of bedrooms. Nathan was extremely responsive. Would stay again

Communication with host and check in process were great. The house is very large with many bedrooms and comfortable beds. It is typical of a 1970's ranch style house with a huge full basement. It was nice and clean with a clean and heated pool. The kitchen was adequately outfitted. A TV in the great room upstairs would be a huge plus if it had one. The pool cues needed some love and were too long for the small room. It is obviously an older home, but well maintained and worked well for our group of 8 friends that needed a gathering place. Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of shopping a block down the street. A great place to sleep if you have things to do and places to go in Las Vegas. Carpe Diem.

We came to Vegas to get married and wanted an actual house to stay in since we had kids. This house was perfect! It had so many rooms for our friends and family which were all spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool and playground just made the property so much better. Overall it was the perfect place for our getaway.

The house is very comfortable big enough for big groups, the bedrooms are good size ,lots of space and the pool and hot tub great ! Very nice location and neighborhood. As a suggestion you can provide a little bigger bath towels and extra ones. your property is beautiful and I'll recommend it to my friends and family. thank you so much.

The house was very spacious, except for the pool table room. The outdoor pool area was nice and the house was located near most of our planned activities.

The property met all of our needs. Plenty of space, comfortable beds! Kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

The house has many bedrooms to accommodate many people. The room with the pool table was small which made it tough to really play pool.

This property was amazing and completely met our needs. It’s well maintained in a quiet neighborhood close to conveniences like restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was wonderful to have during one of the hottest weekends and the entertainment room was perfect for viewing the online conference we had planned. Bedrooms were good size and well appointed. Communication with the owners was great and timely. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is super convenient and close to the strip. The indoor, outdoor and parking spaces accommodate 16 adults comfortably! There are huge spaces to practice our dance routines indoor or outdoors. Nathan was quick to response. We will come back again to this place. Highly recommend it.

The home was really clean and neat. Updates in the kitchen with the cabinets would make this a special place. My guest really liked that all the bedrooms were similar in size. Master bedroom only had TV capability for Apple TV which I do not have an account so was unable to watch TV which was a bit disappointing. Another good upgrade we noted was no TV in the living area. So we had to watch TV in the poker room or media room which was not convenient. Overall we enjoyed the property.

My friends and I stayed here for our Vegas vacation. There were 11 of us in total and the property was a perfect fit for us. The check-in process was smooth and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property especially if you have a larger group!

This home left us feeling underwhelmed. We have paid similar costs for VRBO & gotten so much more. Positives: Quick response from property manager. Large home with lots of bedrooms & kitchen counters. 2 fridges & tons of storage. Theater room is very comfy. Negatives: Small farm next door so lots of flies, no rugs in bathroom, pool table room too small so you can’t really play, beds too firm, old furniture & trash on side of house, motel soap & shampoo, confusing tv operation, only staples are oil & salt/pepper, only a couple games & puzzles. Hard to get out of spa so don’t get in if you have mobility issues, No shade in backyard; sun hits there all day. No cushions on pool furniture & only 4 loungers. we had to move dryer to plug in & use. Ironing board looks like it’s from the 70’s.

The property was perfect, enough space to accommodate a large family gathering and setup to allow for hanging out in the entertainment room or pool area or dining/family room. Our host was great, allowing us an early check in and late checkout as we had family coming from all over the country. Close to the Strip and all of Vegas, even enjoyed hearing the rooster in the yard behind us! I would highly recommend staying here!

House was just as described no issues while we were there

This was our second year staying at the home. It is just lovely -- very spacious, great kitchen and the beds are all comfortable. Would highly recommend the house!

14 adults and two three year olds had a great time at this location. Hot tub, pool and playground were put to good use. Everything was as advertised with only hiccups being a smoke alarm battery needing replacement and fire ants near the playground and putting green. Management had a handyman out the next morning, whom took care of all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome communication and responsiveness. Great space and enough bedrooms for 3 families with children. Lots to do at the house and kept the children entertained for the entire stay. Convenient location because close to the strip- about a 10 minute car ride.

Overall we had a great stay, in part due to the location. It is a 10 minute drive to the strip. This is a great place for a large group. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area and the pool and hot tub! The listing says there are 4 chairs and a bistro table - we found the chairs by the pool old, broken and unsafe. It also says there are 6 lounge chairs. There were only 4, and 1 of them was broken. Certainly a poor first impression, and disappointing as the group of us had no where to sit. In addition, the pillows all need replacing - they were lumpy, uncomfortable, and some very flat. The extra blankets in the closet were terrible - old, scratchy, and rough. Given the hosts quick response to some minor issues i.e. replaced smoke detector right away when it started beeping and addressed dirty floors upon our arrival, the lack of quality control is missing when it comes to replacing household items and furniture that are screaming "Replace me!" FYI- there is no safe (for passports), and while there is an alarm system for the house, it is not for guest use. There are windows throughout the main floor and all the entrance doors have clear glass panes above the dead bolt - it would be very easy to break the glass and turn the dead bolt to access the house. Certainly a bit unsettling especially if you are a tourist.

The entire process was great! From initial reservation to communications during our stay. We request earlier Checkin, not a problem. Ran into a some small snag (our fault) with the jacuzzi heater, they fixed remotely. Great hosts!!! The location isn’t the best in Vegas, but no need to leave the property. The house itself is a bit old and needs a bit of TLC, however for the price not all that bad. Do recommend renting and do recommend a bit or TLC for property.

This house was perfect for us! Had a group of 6 co-workers staying here during a show at the Convention Center. It was just far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing from the hustle of the show and the strip but convenient enough to still get to everything easily. In fact, coming from this direction allowed us to avoid a lot of the traffic of the show. The house was great. LOTS of space so you can get away but plenty of social activities to do also. Honestly, we did not use the pool, hot tub, or pool table. We used the poker room more for the TV as the beginning of the NCAA basketball tournament was going on and the same for the movie room TV. House was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It's an older home so you have to expect some of what comes with that but overall was well updated and in great shape. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and living area on the main floor. Working with the hosts was great. No issues at all and super easy, the way it should be. We liked it so much that we're planning to rent it again for the next show, if it is available.

Oven dirty - couldn't use without smoking out the house. Spa took along time to heat up. Needs a tv in the living room. It was clean and convenient for 8 guys golfing.

Property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and beds for our soccer team. Great communication with property manager and very easy arrival and check out process.

Property was easy to access and worked will for our group.
