Location and area are good. Driving to different parks is good. House needs some maintenance. Pest control.

We recently stayed at the property in late October to early November and found it to be an amazing place to stay. It was close to all parks with other destinations such as Kennedy Space Centre or Clearwater beach only a 90 minute drive away. Situated approx 35 to 40 mins from the Airport the property is close enough to all shops, restaurants and attractions but is still a very quiet and peaceful location to get away from everything at the end of the day. Sylvaine is an amazing host and stayed in contact with us throughout our vacation to ensure everything was ok and was.always on hand if we needed any advice. All in all, our Family Holiday simply wouldn't have been the same had we stayed anywhere else! I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Orlando and very much hope to return ourselves very soon.

We have stayed in Fiesta Keys at different properties. We love the area. It is close to everything but I love that it is away from the noise of the main streets. Walmart is close and easy to get to. Love the pool, never too busy and well kept. The property had everything we needed and we felt safe. Everything was clean and stocked enough for a few days. We will definitely book again!

Great and nice place to stay with your family! We had a memorable experience in this great townhouse with our family of 3, during 19 days in December 2018. Clean and spacious this house has everything you need to have a comfortable staying. The condo is beautiful and secure. Sylvaine, the Owner, is a prompt person and has a good communication. So we would definitely stay in this house again.

Very nice had a great time. Clean and roomy tv was great got all our shows. Quiet can't beat it for the room wife and I get own TVs and bedroom no hearing snoring. Lol. Thank you. Leon

It was very clean, close to the Disney parks and exactly what we needed.

The townhouse was absolutely amazing! Our 3 kids had a blast with having so much room. Having a separate dining area made supper easy for all 5 of us. There was a little pantry to store our food for the week long stay. The owner’s directions for going through the gate, getting in to the house and use of the clubhouse made a smooth vacation for us. We cannot wait to book next year’s vacation with them!

This place was perfect for our family of 5! Close to the parks, quiet and has everything you should need to feel at home while away from home! Will definitely come back!

Condo is beautiful. Plenty of room. Has everything you need and more. We were able to cook breakfast every morning prior to leaving for Walt Disney. There is a Wal mart about 5 minutes away for all your shopping. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome affordable clean condo.

We stayed at this property in March 2018. This was a great place! Clean, spacious, and had everything you needed! The owner was great to communicate with! Timely on questions and gave specific instructions on check in, codes needed, and places of interest nearby that we may need during our stay. I would definitely stay here again! The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with items and plenty of linens and towels. Sylvaine, the owner, was very nice. We would definitely return to this home again

Comfortable and great communication with the owner.

Everything was clean and comfortable and ready for us on arrival, even though we came in earlier than expected. The condo was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Close enough to the theme parks to be convenient, but out of the hustle and bustle of the hotel area. The surrounding area is lovely and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was excellent with logistical communication. Great location and a good value. Several small issues...ants around the front door, kitchen sink. The guest bathroom tub didn't drain well. Overall...very pleased.

We were impressed with the community and the condo! Very well maintained and it had everything we needed. Owner was so friendly and helpful with providing all info we would need! I will definitely look into staying here agin when we need an off-property location for our Disney trips - and we go to Disney a lot!!! :)
