The unit was listed as "Penthouse". It was a basic unit with outdated furniture. But the most important reason why you should avoid this rental is because the owner of the property listed will attempt to fraudulently charge you more money for damages that did not occur during you stay. This happened to us. We stayed there for three nights, and were charged an extra 996.12 (almost $1000 extra) for damage that did not occur during our stay there. Our advice to you is to videotape the whole unit upon entry, and to do the same before you depart. This will prevent Teresa Clark from scamming you and others.

Three 60+ yo on fishing trip. The sofa pullout was not good (especially for an old guy!) We were there “off time” (October), and drove up a full sized truck. If underground parking lot was full, it wouldn’t have worked.

The property and area are great. Unfortunately, the beds are not the best and we did not get a good night sleep for the past two days.

Great unit, very comfortable. Nice that both bedrooms have bathrooms. Parking is fab. Loved the pool and jacuzzi even in the rain.

Perfect place for a ski trip

Hi, the property has a very nice layout with two full beds / baths and a full bath in the living room. The unit has direct TV which was out the entire two days I was there which seemed strange to me. The areas under the beds and nightstand dresser were very dirty. There was actually a pacifier and some other long time items under there! There were numerous light bulbs out in all of the rooms. Lastly, the toilet runs in the bedroom to the left. All these items are quick fixes and would have made the stay a 5 star. Owner was responsive which was nice.

Great location for all ages for activities for those who ski/snowboard and fun for those who do not participate in ski/snowboarding.

We had a great time with our family! A ton of snow and some awesome skiing. The unit is fabulous and made for creating great memories!

Clean and large condo located steps from the village. Updated kitchen and space. Plenty of room for a family or group.

3-bathrooms with 2 luxurious tubs…Amazing location right in the heart of the village with heated pool and jacuzzi with heated pavers. Easily the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever had in Mammoth! The sun was out and the snow was awesome!!

Great location!

Great place to relax after long hikes and days. Near anything to eat. Pool and spa awesome nightly. Well kept place. Fully furnished kitchen huge plus for self cooking anything . Email instructions for arrival and getting in awesome. Asking questions to owner during stay and check out responsibilities was non responsive but we figured it out. I’d still rate it 9.5/10 and we would definitely do it again
