We could not have picked a more perfect place for our first time on AMI. Just a short walk to beach or bay. Place was super clean and well supplied. Definitely one of the best Vrbo rentals we have ever stayed in. Being 12 hours away dont know if we will ever make it back that way but if we are fortunate to get to come back to AMI we would definitely rent here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This unit was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Comfortable with adequate amenities and great location. Loved the comfortable bed and great shower water pressure. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

My best friend and I took her son, who turned 13 while at the beach, and his best friend for a birthday weekend. The place was great for a couple of kiddos to have quick access to the beach, all the beach toys they needed, and all the necessities to boot. Laura was very responsive. When our wagon wheels broke, she lined out a replacement in no time flat. Great stay. Highly recommend.

3-minutes' walk to a beautiful beach. Multiple restaurants and bars within about a mile. Unit had every amenity we needed, including a stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs, screened porches, and A/C. Would rent again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Reef! The king-sized bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the excellent communication from the property manager.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is super clean and cute! Had everything we needed and there’s a Circle K really close which made things convenient for quick little things that you might need. The trolley stops were close to. We will definitely come back. Also the property manager was accommodating and helpful on getting us in and allowing us to use the key to store our luggage since we had a late flight leaving out. Thanks again we will definitely return.

The condo is in a great location and well furnished. The kitchen is nice and the living room was comfortable. We appreciated the laundry in the unit. The only drawback for us was the screen porch only being accessible by going outside of the unit, and pretty dark being underneath.

My teenage daughter and I spent a few days here. Super clean, everything works as it should. short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this VRBO! Host was helpful and responsive, but never intrusive.

This home was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach, the trolly stop, and the bay side with beautiful sunrises and a playground for the little’s. The home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, chairs and floaties. Full kitchen if you’re looking for that. The screened in patio was a great space for the times you need a break from the sun. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I were extremely happy with Laura's place. It was clean, convenient to many dining options and a very short walk to the beach.

This is our second time staying in this property and it’s great, super close to the beach, cleaned and updated. The chairs and all the beach stuff are in great condition (updated since last year). The AC works great, it was super hot summer days, the only issue was waiting for it to cool down from the 78 F it was kept. Check in time is probably the hottest outside and carrying the bags multiple trips up the stairs we here super hot. I will plan to come back again but probably not in the peak of summer.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a clean, convenient place and an easy walk to the beach. One night, a chirping smoke detector kept us awake. The manager responded well by sending someone over the next day to fix it and the owner agreed to our requested partial refund as a courtesy.

This lovely condo was absolutely perfect for my getaway vacation! Very comfortable, clean and quiet and just a quick walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect in every way! Location to the beach (1 block walk) and being close to the middle have us easy walks to both ends of the island. Taking the free trolley when tired. Property was awesome! We lacked nothing. Screened in patio was huge for me to enjoy morning coffee on. Bugs feast on me, so that was a huge bonus. We didn’t use any of the beach supplies as we had our own, but a huge variety of things if you don’t. We will be back, for sure!

Anna Maria is a wonderful chill beach location! We loved the very short walk to the beach. Just over the walk bridge there is a bench. That bench turned into our morning coffee spot. What a beautiful way to start the day! Laura was very helpful! She answered questions promptly and helped me with the lock box code when my phone would not let me open the link. The place is very clean and just right for a home base. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking. Anna Maria is quiet and quaint and the beach cannot be beat. We had a great week

Yes we knew about the stairs but also got all my steps in the 4 days we stayed. Place is very clean every thing worked. Most of all we had ablast.

Perfect location for our girls trip celebrating our moms turning 70! Very short walk to the beach, the bay, and the trolley stop. Circle k is around the corner for a quick convience store and the publix grocery is a mile away. We loved hanging out on Bridge Street, live music everywhere, and the beautiful sandy beaches. The island offers many options for free or donation based transportation including the trolley, the monkey bus, and golf cart taxis. Uber is a bit sketchy so give yourself plenty of time if you plan to use as most of the drivers live off of the island. Our driver was 20 minutes late for our ride to the airport but luckily we made the flight. The place was comfortable, affordable, clean, and was in a great location. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were provided so all you need is your clothes a swim suit and some sunscreen. We will definitely be back!

Traveled with my husband and toddler and Laura's property was exactly what we needed. The location is great, literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our beach days was included. We would definitely stay here again.
