Our family of 11 consisting of high school, college , and adult kids enjoyed this home. It was clean. It’s spaces served everyone well. And the kitchen was awesome… so well stocked. Beautiful view. Location was great too.

This house was perfect for our young adult retreat. There are two good sized living spaces to spread out. The game room was fun! We enjoyed the indoor hot tub! It was nice not having to go out in the cold to hop in. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. And the checkout/cleanup process was easy.

Our large group just enjoyed a great weekend. The house had so many fun things to do. A fantastic game room with lots of options. Sauna, hot tub and perfect view of the golf course. It was also well stocked and had plenty of room for us all to comfortably relax. We’re already planning our next trip.

This home was amazing!! We had the very best trip and this house was just incredible. Highly recommend this property. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Perfect way to spend time with family and friends. Sitting fireside playing games or enjoying the hot and sauna.

Perfect location close to the village and bike trails. Fun being right on the golf course. Enjoyed hanging out on the decks and watching the kids ride bikes in the front. Only thing that was a bummer were the flies. There were so many flies in the house when we got there! Overall it was such a fun, clean and great family house!

The home was perfect for our group. It was really Smokey this week the indoor hot tub was a big hit since we couldn’t go to the sharc. We really enjoyed hanging out outside, the sitting area was perfect. Thank you for having us.

The space and location were great. Short walk to the village. Kitchen and game room were fantastic. The only challenge we had was with the hot tub. The heating element continually shorted out. It finally got warm to 90+ degrees by the third day but only for a few moments here and there. Just be aware it may not get very warm. Great space for two families.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights, with 2 families (4 adults and four kids). The house is located on the golf course, which was really fun for the kids when it was snowing. The game room kept everyone busy for the entire stay. The house was warm and clean, with all of the amenities you could ask for. When we arrived there were problems with the hot tub, but the owner was extremely responsive and helped us get it fixed right away. Strong internet in most of the house, but not every room. The 10 SHARC passes were gold... full access to all of the SHARC activities for the whole stay! We would book this house again, for sure.

Excellent home close to shopping, Sharc, Mt Bachelor. Home was very spacious perfect for our family of 10- we were able to spread out and enjoy the whole home- Game room was a huge hit with everyone! Lots of ping pong and pool tournaments were played!

Great house, great location, we all loved it, this was our third time, and we’re planning to keep coming back!

Property was clean and tidy. Lots of room, up to date appliances, no broken games or lost pieces.. Only 1 suggestion: could have used couple of plastic containers with lids to store leftovers in fridge.

Huge home, perfect for family and friends!

We had a great time in Sunriver. Joe was super helpful if we had any questions. The kids loved the game room! Tons of space for everyone to spread out yet also come together for games and visiting. Awesome time!

We booked out stay months in advanced and planned a big family get together. We arrived at 8:30pm after driving 2 hours with 2 toddlers and were greeted by a construction zone. The owner was at the property, doing updates, and told us we couldn’t stay there because it was unusable. He blamed us for not contacting him sooner to confirm the reservation. Everything was booked and confirmed on VRBO so we had no need to check in with him for any reason. We had to message everyone we could while sitting outside of his tore up house to see if anyone had any last minute openings. Thankfully we found someone and enjoyed the rest of our trip. When we returned home we requested our full refund. Joe again tried to make it out to be our fault that we couldn’t stay there and only returned out security deposit. VRBO doesn’t help with this so we had to file a dispute with our bank. After providing proof that we had to book another stay because his place was unusable, they found in our favor and we received all our funds back. My brother had the misfortune of staying at his place more recently while attending a friends weekend and the house is still a mess with many places completely unusable. Needless to say, I would not recommend renting from this guy. I can’t believe VRBO still lets him advertise his place on their website.

This is a fantastic home for a good-sized group. We had extended family that included grandparents as well as small kids (grandkids). The house was perfect for our group as it has two full living areas. Downstairs included 3 great bedrooms plus a big family room/recreation room so the kids could play and watch videos downstairs while the adults could enjoy a bit more quiet in the upstairs living/kitchen/dining combo. The location is ideal as its very close to the SHARC (swim club) for the younger kids, and also very close to the Village for the market, coffee shop, etc. Very nice views/setting along the golf course as well.

Our family traveled to Sun River over Memorial Day for a great weekend get-away. We had 17 people staying here and there was plenty of room for us. This house is a great location in Sun River, with a nice view of the golf course. The internet was not working when we arrived and Joe helped me to get it working. Made everyone in the party happy!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. The house is well equipped to meet all of the needs to make a vacation seem like being at home. It is well suited for both adults and children to have their own space and activities. The location is on the golf course and also located within walking distance to the mall. We had 8 adults and 4 children in our group. We recommend the property for all those who want to enjoy a wonderful time at Sunriver. Joe, the property owner was great to work with.

This is a great house, its very spacious with lots of great activities for the whole family. Location is the best! (Walking distance) to SHARC, VILLAGE, and at the same time is in quite spot with view over golf course. The best things about this house is SAUNA, INside! JACUZZI and 2 DECKS on different sides! And 3 fireplaces make this house so cozy! Also the owner was great working with, Joe made everything go smoothly from the beginning to end. This is a house id recommended for everyone. The best!

The house is very spacious with plenty of activities for the whole family. The house could use several cosmetic upgrades, but that's a minor complaint for a great rental!

2nd visit to this property, hope to return again with our kids and grand kids! The only thing was still the lack of appropriate air conditioning for upstairs- we were prepared and brought 6 fans but hit a high 90s week Dagnabit!! Love working with Joe the owner, you get the feeling he REALLY wants you to enjoy your stay!!

Very spacious and accommodating property perfect for relaxing.

This is a great place for a family stay in Sunriver. Our family holiday stay had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 8 months to 5 yrs). There is lots of space for everyone to relax and play. The house is right on the golf course so cross country skiing was right out the door! Everyone really enjoyed the indoor hot tub, particularly after daily trips to Bachelor for skiing. The house is well equipped including upstairs and downstairs family rooms with ample comfortable seating (and refrigerators available on both levels) and big screen TV's with DVD players. SHARC passes let the kids go inner tubing one day, very nice option for them. There was so much to do (hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, and foos ball) that we never did get around to taking advantage of them all. There were sleds in the garage that we had some fun with the kids right outside on the golf course. The owner, Joe, was very easy to work with and made everything go smoothly from beginning to end. If you need space and want a very comfortable place to stay at in Sunriver, then this is the place for you!

We had a large group for a family reunion in August 2016, so we rented this property for a week. Guests included some 18 people from ages 2.5yo to 75yo. Overall, people were happy to be there in Sunriver and the accommadations were adequate. Few bumps on the road, and owner would return calls in 12-24hrs. Pros: - close to the village, the SHARC, etc - SHARC passes included in rental - large home for bigger groups - large parking pad for multiple cars Cons: - a bit expensive rental vs other properties - electronic front door lock did not work from day one, and no repair was made (house was unlocked entire week); should at least have a dead bolt for such possibilities - jacuzzi did not work from day one; repairs finally made, but only able to use it last 1.5 days before we left - overall the home is (generally speaking) a bit tired/worn down: sink hose is frayed, may leak soon; old appliances; towels smell of mildew; living room gets very hot during day (advise putting up reflective film on south and west windows to keep heat down), dryer door spontaneously opens during a laundry cycle (needs to be held shut) by closet door; back upstairs deck railing is wobbly and felt unsafe Large capacity home rentals are in short supply in Sunriver. This home may be a consideration for those with large groups. We have rented in Sunriver before, and the cost we paid elsewhere has been less than this one for a bit more updated accommodations. This house is just fine, adequate (not horrible, please don't get me wrong). As I expected better for the cost, I left disappointed. To that end, I would not reccommend this particular property to friends/family, and I do not anticipate renting here again. I would give it two stars, but family was satisfied so I bumped it to three.
