Exactly what we wanted. Perfect size for two. Amazing view and perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo which is a short walk to a lovely beach and many restaurants. The bus is also free to people over 55. The bed was comfortable. You should be aware that it is basically one room, but we found it spacious and comfortable. My husband left some things and the owner had them shipped to us which was very kind.

Centrally located in South Kihei, beautiful sunsets and breakfasts on the lanai. Clean unit and communicative owners. We hope to be back!

This stay exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful, spacious and there were so many accommodations! I highly recommend staying here! When we come back, we will absolutely be staying at this property! Within walking distance to so many places! We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon!

Great location across the street from a nice beach. Studio layout, perfect for short trip for 2 people.

While our visit to Maui was just for 2 days we had a great time. This unit was as described. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and plenty of shops and food in walking distance. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and snorkeling gear was a nice bonus. Sunset was awesome from our balcony!

Beautiful views in lovely suite, perfect for two

The view from the 6th (top) lanai was amazing. The condo was small, but had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

We like this place so much that we decided to come back again. Ot was just as nice as before.

While small (but lovely bathroom and good kitchen), this condo is perfectly located in Kihei, right across from Kam II Beach and with the most amazing view! On the top floor, the balcony had a 230 degree view! Sitting there for breakfast or sunset was heavenly. It's equipped with kitchen equipment, beach and pool going and plenty of towels. The washer/dryer were also handy. The bed is very comfortable. A great stay for a single or a couple.

We stayed with Suzi at the front end of our Hawaii trip for 3 nights. After traveling from the East Coast, we were so relieved by how straightforward and accessible the Check-in process was. When we opened the door to the unit- it was clean and welcoming. The online listing was accurate, and amenities like A/C, washer, and dryer worked well. The view was exactly as advertised, nothing short of spectacular. Communication with Suzi leading up to our stay was easy and friendly. For those like us, never having been to Maui before, the Location and neighborhood are ideal. The unit is as close to the pool as you can get and near the front of the property, which sits on the main road in Kihei. This means shops and restaurants are walkable, and the beach is across 1 street with a crosswalk. Overall rating? We would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Really excellent experience.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular! We loved being able to walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs and coolers were a bonus! The location is central to everything.

Perfect spot for a quick relaxing stay. Clean, easy to find and check in with everything you need within walking distance. The beach is steps away and the view for sunrise and sunset was magical. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The condo was clean and comfortable; the grounds were pleasant for a stroll; pickleball court is a blast; we already re-booked for another stay!

Small but was clean & had everything I needed. On the top floor with a decent sized lanai & a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Overall great stay in an excellent location with great view. Had dryer and washer. Plenty of kitchen items. But prepare your own shampoos soaps, body wash, and cooking oils. They had nice beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and tennis rackets. But no beach toys or boogie boards. The only downside was the AC unit was very very loud and sounded like it was at its last leg. Overall a nice stay, excellent location walking location across from beach and clean safe condo grounds. Would stay here again as long as AC unit is replaced. Thank you!

Amazing! Looking forward to staying again

Condo was clean and nice! Great view!! We were a little warm throughout our stay, the A/C unit didn’t quite cool the place down enough and was very loud. But overall we had a wonderful stay and our host was very responsive and nice!!

Studio with great view across from beach. Nice to have a tennis/pickleball court as part of the complex. As mentioned in the listing, there is no dishwasher. Only minor negatives are the a/c is a bit loud and there is no beach umbrella. Otherwise everything is provided for a short term stay. Good value close to beach and restaurants.

The property was beautiful and very accurate in descriptions. Maui wildfire made the overall experience lass then positive. No fault of owners. Just wish we could have gotten more accurate information beforehand. But it seems communications on Maui were very confused and inaccurate.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this wonderful unit. As others have written, the view was amazing and the beach was close, right after crossing the street in front of the complex. However, we couldn’t get the track lighting above the dining room table nor the fan above the bed to work. They seem to be connected, so maybe it was a gfci issue or something we missed. Also, the floor seems like it needs to be mopped and bleached, rather than just vacuumed, as we still got dirt on our feet from walking around in the unit barefoot. In addition, the vents in the bathroom ceiling were very full of dust, and need to be cleaned. We appreciated all the amenities listed, the multiple towels in the bathroom and kitchen, along with a brand new clean sponge to wash dishes with. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quiet place, and would still definitely recommend this unit to others in spite of the issues mentioned in this review.

The view from the lanai was amazing! Restaurants and shops within walking distance were fantastic. The beach across the street was perfect, watch sunset almost every night. The snorkeling was amazing, swam next to a sea turtle and saw an eel and countless variety of fish. Great vacation and the host was very responsive.

Of course the views were the best! You could walk right on the patio and see the water. Air conditioner worked perfectly when sleeping at night! Would recommend this to anyone!

The place is located really well for the beach which is just across the street and for eating at some of the best restaurants on Maui. Views are perfect and there is now other balcony next to this one so it also has privacy. Great place and we will stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kihei! Perfect size for two and an amazing location with the best balcony in the area. The beach is right across the street and is very nice. There are also several restaurants and shops within just a few minutes walking distance from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Aloha. We love this place!! We didn’t want a hotel this trip. The property is well kept and friendly staff. It has the best view in the building, nice bathroom with full laundry and cute coffee mugs for a tea moment in the balcony. You would need anything but your personal belongings and some snacks for the full fridge. Beach is just across the property. Lovely moonlight views, sleeping was amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
