The stairs we was on the 3rd floor but other than that I don’t have any dislikes.

The 2 bed on the main floor was terrible no support it sagged in the middle ,i don't feel i should pay for the first night i was there because i could not get into the condo i had to make other arrangements to sleep

The view from the property was fantastic. Plenty of towels, nice kitchen plates and glasses. Outside grounds of this property was well maintained, outdoor pool clean, and plenty of parking.

The entire condo needs updating. Carpet and furniture are very worn. Bed sheets were stained. The wall paper is pealing off walls, window sills were dusty/dirty. The winding stair case in the kitchen/family room was was a hazard! Almost bumped into it several times! No elevator, would be hard for elderly to climb 3 stories.

The views were great! The property/condo was very clean. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Great value for the location we were staying. Parking and getting into the condo was very simple. Loft was really nice for our son. Kitchen was small but functionable. T.V.'s worked well. Good internet service. Balcony was small but really nice.

The road up to the property was very, very harrowing! The condo we stayed in was very dated, furniture was scarce and also very, very dated (but it was all clean). Bathrooms (two) were adequate and average at best. Inside pool and hot tubs were not operational.

Best deal on a 3 bedroom unit we found in Gatlinburg and we were happy with the stay.

Not the hosts fault, but we were looking forward to using the community spa and it was closed for structural repairs.

The view was amazing,it was quite and serene

Just a few minor updates to the apartment could be done,a few things didn't work and one bed was awakardly uncomfortable in the loft area. The 3 flight of stairs are difficult if you have any kind of disability,but you are told ahead of time.

The condo was dirty upon arrival , I have contacted the host about it and she was able to send new cleaning crew to the condo , condo needs updates

Nothing came as far as a meal..

I didn't like that we weren't told that we had to go up stairs to enter the room. I had asked was the facility wheelchair accessible, and was told yes because my son who's paralyzed and in a wheelchair would be traveling with us. Just so happen he decided not to take the trip with us the day before. Then the host sent me a msg after I left the property asking why was the window left open?... Seriously I forgot to close it. And then she goes to ask was someone smoking? Now that highly pissed me off... I'm a pastor and Nobody in my group smokes...and after us finding several items under the beds and behind couches that were not ours I questioned her back ..When In reality the floors were sticky and we found items in the couch etc. Letting us know that the property does not use a professional cleaning service.

The view was fantastic. The condo had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

The main bathroom needed a shower curtain liner.

I loved the host, the view, and the location.

The second bedroom bed was too soft for me, but that’s my personal opinion.

The property had great views and was comfortable and good for the price.

When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned, but they took care of it as quickly as they could. I think the cleaner had an issue getting there. The overall cleanliness was not great. I definitely wouldn’t cook here. Manager was not super apologetic about the situation when we arrived.

The facility provided the expected value. There was plenty of room for my family. There were young children with us, and they were able to play without disturbing other guests and residents.

I appreciated how communicative the condo owner was. We were snowed in for one day, and the condo was a great place to just hang out and relax. There was enough space for us to spread out when we needed to. And the beds were so comfortable!

The indoor pool wasn't open which would have been nice to go to on the day we were snowed in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time simply to reduce the expectation and the extra packing.
