I stay here on occasion and always a peaceful time. Love it here.

We enjoyed our stay, the beach is not far, the playground was great, the house was clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach was just a short drive away.

Sue's wonderful home is always extremely clean & welcoming as we walk through the door. We have stayed several times & love the house & location. The open LR, DR & kitchen is amazing, especially for large families. We've had a full Thanksgiving dinner there & had everything we needed & then some. Love the screened porch & the deck for coffee or drinks. Being on the canal is so very peaceful & it's an easy walk to the pool, tennis courts & lovely path to the water. We were there during TS Ophelia & it was extremely windy & we had pouring rain, but we felt very safe & were completely dry. This was a last minute trip & we were very fortunate that Sue was able to work with us & secure our stay. Very grateful. Sue is the best! We will definitely try to rent Sue's beautiful home in the future. Thank you SO much!

Our family enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easily accomodates pets. The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything needed for cooking. We did encounter a small problem with the lockbox, but this was easily resolved. Within a short drive to everything we needed to enjoy the vacation!

This was a great lay out for family. Open area with dining, living room, kitchen was very spacious. Had a very nice four seasons room. Very comfortable!

Our 6 adults and 3 year old Grandgirl really enjoyed our stay here! Sadly for us , we had ALOT of rain but the house was spacious and very well equipped with great appliances, clean counter space and any kitchen gadget , dishes, tableware etc that you could think of . Nice screened in porch as well. Beds were comfy , some ant action was going on but we put a few extra ant traps down and it was fine. We get them in our home when it gets damp and warm so certainly not any issue. You can see the owner keeps up the property maintenance, would stay again!

Love this house. We've stayed several times over the years. Beach-season, off-season, once during a hurricane warning... It's on the water, pool is a short walk away, beautiful sunsets and the house is stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Definitely will continue to return!

Well, it does need to be updated, but, great place for a family getaway. Home has a large open living area in the center with a bedroom (king bed and bunk beds) and full bath to the left and two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other with a king and bunk beds) and another full bath to the right. Sceened in outdoor space and gated front and back decks which was great for our dog. Loads of dogs in the area! There is so much to do in the OP community, great park for children, skateboard park, awesome farmers market on Saturdays, pool, golf, restaurants, and more. Ocean Pines is close to shops, restaurants, casino and racetrack, the beach, and loads of entertainment for the kids. We'll return!

Property was just ok. Was in a nice area, no complaints there. House seemed clean, but a few things need attention as house was sort of run down. The master bath was extremely dark, and the motion lite over tub was annoying as it kept going out. The tub was in extremely poor condition. The 2nd bath was brighter, but only 2 small knobs to hand towels. Towel hooks are definately needed in both bathrooms. Better lighting is needed in all the rooms. Description of house should be clear that tv is streaming only. If a vacationer doesn't stream, they are pretty much out of luck. The "live tv" is old reruns, even the evening news. Overall, it was simply ok for the 4 days I was there.

Have stayed here a number of times. Wonderful each time. Very relaxing. Will be booking again!

We took a trip to visit Berlin, and biking in Trap Pond State Park; the location was perfect. We rode on the OC boardwalk, and had snacks. Lots of space, good layout, and a large room that according to my kid "was like being outside without being outside" (sunny). We were able to cook a full Easter dinner with the kitchen supplies.

The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to cook with and more. Bed In the main bedroom was very comfortable. Most appealing of the property were the following: area in the back with view of water, amount of fully stocked kitchen accessories, large and open living space, convenience to beach. However, the condition of the bathroom tub closest to the main bedroom was completely and unacceptably worn, an incredible eyesore, and badly in need of replacing. It definitely was not easily to look at, and we did not use it. Not sure why the place was rented with the bathtub in that condition. What can easily be corrected is that we wanted to ride bikes, but one tire on each was flat, which subtracted from our experience. The lighting in the main living area was not good at all. Some people like bright lighting for working, and should be offered the choice of bright, or not bright. The lower oven also has burnt residue at the bottom, which made the place smell when we tried to use it. This can easily be corrected. The entire house was generally dirty and dusty. My dog was playing with a ball which rolled away. He retrieved the ball, but returned to me with hair and dust in his mouth along with the ball. Outside of property was unappealing with weeds for grass, as well as dead potted plants. All in all, other than sleeping comfortably, the items mentioned above deeply affected our stay, and made the experience quite unpleasant.

This was not my first visit to this property. Always clean, decorated great and a wonderful time.

Loved the location!

Was disappointed that we had to pay extra to use pools and was not allowed to use beach club or parking at the beach. The house and location was very nice and peaceful. Had some issues with ants in the kitchen.

The house has all the basic necessities that a house require. I would upgrade the mattress. But our experience was very positive.

The house is very nice. It rained most of our time there but we enjoyed the back deck and the comfortable living area. It is a little further from the beaches than we expected.

Everything was very good. One bedroom was small with no dresser. Overall , the vacation was relaxing. The screened porch was great. Ocean Pines has a lot to offer and we enjoyed the Yacht Club for dinner. I would recommend this place

Our stay was fine except for one thing.....ANTS!!!! There were ants in the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, even in the shower. We had to use what we found under the sink to kill them. I don't like bugs. Thank you Tracey Brown

The house is dated but a solid stay. All the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies one could need. The screened in porch is nice for lounging and looking out on everywhere. The cleanliness of the place was severely lacking upon check in. Hair all over the bathroom, clump in shower drain. Ants in same bathroom, made things fairly uncomfortable.

We have rented this property on numerous occasions until we find one of our own, Very clean and all the comforts of home. We always have a great stay.

A roomy house with plenty of beds for everyone. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. The neighborhood is awesome and has any amenity you could want. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool during our stay.

We had such a wonderful time! Everything was excellent! The only cons were cable in bedroom near driveway did not work and bathrooms needs some TLC but all in all great property and will be renting again! Thank you very much!

We have stayed in Sue's lovely home many times, while visiting my mom in Ocean Pines. From her birthday to Mother's Day, to Thanksgiving & other various times, we've always loved our stay, with just the two of us, to having one or both of our adult children, visiting with us. We've made full Thanksgiving dinners with no problem. There's a fully++ equipped kitchen, with more than plenty of pots, pans, casserole dishes, baking sheets & pans, etc etc & plenty of room to prepare a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings to dessert. Always feel so blessed to be able to come to Sue's home & visit with my mom & our children's Grandma. Open space, full of natural light, very comfortable beds, lovely screened porch for morning coffee & relaxing. There are also decks overlooking the canal & neighboring boats. So beautiful & peaceful. The neighborhood streets lead to a park with the local pool & small beach area. Beautiful walk, anywhere you go, in the lovely quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Can't say enough about our stays at Sue's. Always a joy.

Good location on the water. This is a rental, clean but somewhat weathered bathrooms and low lighting. Great parking for our classic cars, very little overhang from trees. Nice, quiet neighborhood and well kept.

Layout of home was good. Comfortable beds and AC good. Well stocked kitchen and newer appliances. Downside for us was hard to find parking at the beach. A hose or outside shower would be desirable. Gas grill a plus.
