Great location right across the street from a beautiful beach. Nicely appointed villa that was comfortable for our family of 4.

The villa was clean and spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. It was well stocked with the essentials. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Bio Bay and El Yunque. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved staying at Cristina's place. Our only complaint was not being warned about the construction which was a bit of a hassle, but didn't really have a major impact on our stay. The condo itself was very clean and there were tons of extras we didn't expect like all the beach equipment including a cooler, the huge drying rack which was great for all our wet clothes, the games (the kids spent hours playing monopoly). Great restaurants within walking distance and only a few miles to kayak the bio-bay. The pool was slightly smaller than expected from pictures, but rarely busy and kids loved swimming at night when the lights changed colors. Highly recommend Pirate's Snorkling shack about a 1/4 mile east. Great location to explore El Yunque as well. We definitely plan to be back. Kids loved the place we stayed in Marco Island last year, but all want to return to Cristina's place in Fajrado the most. Jose was also very responsive when we called.

We’ve been traveling to Puerto Rico for the past 25 years for family vacations and we have stayed all over the island. This was probably our very favorite spot as it is close to everything that we love to do. The condo is clean, spacious, bright, and very well stocked. We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating before our son and his fiancée get married in May. Such a wonderful bonding time and a wonderful condo. The location is perfect! We will definitely be staying here again as this will be our new favorite spot ❤️

Property was fine. Lots of room. Everything worked I think. I did not use the TV.

We loved our stay. Location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the beach and snorkeling near by. Pool was great as well. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony.

Great location on the east side of the island. Close to beaches, El Yunque and restaurants. Spacious, secure and clean property.

We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic.

Very clean close to the beach we went multiple times a day. The only downfall was 1 key for the walking gate in and out and 1 clicker for a car in and out. We had 3 separate groups and couldn't separate too much as we would be locked in or out. Perfect for a family!

The property was very nice and as expected. Location is in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants walkable, but there is not a nightlife to speak of. We went in early November and it is still somewhat the off season. Not all recreation and areas are open at this time (or maybe pandemic still) overall a good place to stay. Only bad thing was getting the a/c to the right level was a little tricky. Not a big deal though

We spent two weeks in this condo and it was perfect. Everything was clean, working properly, and the bedrooms and living area were awesome. The best of all is that you are literally a 4-5 minute walk from Seven Seas beach. We spent almost everyday there. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance. Perfect vacation indeed! We WILL be back!

Check in process was easy. Apartment is big and gave everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. I will definitely stay here afain when I get back to PR.

We loved all the space, the beautiful pool, and the location. Owners are helpful and responsive!

We had an amazing time staying here. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. Palma Vista is in a great area; across from beach and near many great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is by far underpriced considering the proximity to the beach, ammenities and appointments inside the condo. The unit itself is very spacious and has everything you could ask for. The owner and property manager make you feel at home and respond within minutes to any questions. This was a fantastic experience and we cant wait to go back.

Loved the property and location. Walk across the street to the beach:-) We also rented a car to explore! The beach chairs, boogie boards and games were wonderful! My family loved every min!

The condo was the perfect place for us! Great location, clean, wifi, decorated and well stocked with all the essentials for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Received with a bottle of wine. The space is very large and accommodating. The three bedrooms are all comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach and a nice pool for relaxing. Is also less than a mile away from excellent restaurants. Jose and Cristina were very responsive to any questions we had. We are planning to stay there again.
