You can't beat the location if this condo! Easy walking access to everything Breck has to offer. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the bathtub drain, but the owner took care if it right away. We would stay here again!

Such a wonderful place for my family’s ski vacation! This was one of our favorite VRBO’s because the inside of the place was beautiful and sunny from all of the windows. The layout was very efficient and the amount of seating in the living room area made movie nights so cozy. The condo was clean, and the extra spices and condiments were extremely nice to have available. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the ski in! The walk to the gondola in the mornings with 3 children and ski’s was short. Communication with the owner was also very timely. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Check in and location was good. Condo was not clean. My first concern was the smell and throw up in upper bedroom carpet. Looks as someone threw up on balcony also. Messaged manager and got no reply from him. Couch was worn and had trash all in cushions. Counter tops had not been wiped down. This was very disappointing and scary due to Covid and not being cleaned properly. Damp wet towels in basket in closet. And still no reply after a week from management as to why.

The property was great and the location was perfect! The fireplace we used a lot which made it real nice with the cold weather as we had plenty of snow. Marc the owner was so easy to reach and responded quickly. It was loaded with plenty of items needed for cooking as well! It made our stay in Breckenridge great. Thank you!

Property is everything it says it is. No problems The whole stay. Very clean and spacious living! No more then a 3 minute walk to the main gondala. And the views of the mountain from the master bedroom are absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend

Marc's condo is conveniently walking distance to everything you need in Breckenridge. We walked to the BreckConnect Gondola and later snowboarded down the 4 O'clock run to get back to the condo. Not having to deal with finding a parking space was a plus! The condo itself was spacious and cozy for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, spices, and plates/pans/utensils. I highly recommend Marc's condo. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife, two adults sons, and I stayed here this past week. This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and this condo was a gem. The location was perfect -- just one block from town and from the gondola to peak 8. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. We especially appreciated the wood-burning fireplace and ample supply of firewood in the parking garage. Note that the second bedroom (with the full bunk bed) is a loft that you must walk through to get to the master bedroom. This was no problem for us as our adult sons slept there. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great stay- great location. Accommodated my husband and I and our 5 kids! Kitchen had everything we needed- we cooked most of our meals at the condo! We would definitely return!

The condo was as advertised and perfectly suited our needs. The location is absolutely perfect, easy walking distance to the Gondola and very close to Main Street and all the Breckenridge has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place! Clean, well kept, and extremely close to everything. Our family stayed over the Christmas holiday and thoroughly enjoyed this adorable condo!! We love to ski so being close to the lifts was a real plus!! A very short walk to catch the gondola in the morning and at the end of the day we could ski almost right to our door -- less than a 1/2 a block walk and we were there! In the evening we usually walked to town, but there's also a shuttle stop just steps away which did come in handy one evening. The condo's kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, and the community grill just outside our door was a real plus. We loved the wood burning fireplace and were provided an endless supply of wood for it. There were a couple of washers & dryers in a separate room outside of our unit, but it was only a few feet away and on the same floor so it worked out perfect! Beds were extremely comfortable and provided a great night's rest! Our sons thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which also was within steps of our door. Marc, the owner, was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to be sure our family had a great time. He was super easy to communicate with and promptly responded to any inquiries we had. THANKS for a great stay and a wonderful place! We'd definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Great location for skiing! Condo was well stocked with toilet paper, spices and lots of other things to get us started. Slept 8 of us without a problem, ski locker available and nice hot tub. I also loved the laundry facility to do a load of towels half way through the week. Very convenient and cozy.

We were unable to stay at this condo for our trip. We arrived at our check in time, 4:00pm, to find the condo dirty and un-cleaned from the previous guests. Dirty towels, linens, food all over the counters and sticky kitchen floors. We understand that the owner lives out of state and gave him a call, he in turn got a hold of his cleaning service to find out that someone had surgery and no one came to clean his home. Now we tried to give him time to fix the problem and he told us 45 minutes someone would be there to clean up the mess, we waited for over an hour, by this time we sat at the dirty condo for almost 3 hours with tired, hungry, and upset children, we decided to leave. We were lucky enough to find lodging nearby but it was not the trip we had planned for. I reserved this home in January, paid for it in full by February, very disappointed. I understand that things like this could happen but somewhere along the line the owner, Marc Monroe, dropped the ball, as well as his cleaning service..... This should not have happened, no one pays money to stay in a dirty place and just accepts it. We did receive a full refund but we would much rather have had the family trip that we had planned the months prior. I would not recommend this condo to anyone, with the poor suggestions and comments made to us by the owner we left disappointed and disgusted.

We had a terrific time at the Marc's condo. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. Easy access to the lifts and to the town. We plan to recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay again. Colleen and Kevin

The pull out couch needs to be fixed because the springs weren't working and the bathtub drained slowly.. I let the owner know. Other than that, it was accommodating and comfortable.. We were never bothered by noisy tenants in the area.. I loved that all the kitchen staples, condiments and utensils were available that I didn't have to go out and buy anything except for my main meals and snacks..

Would stay again. Pro: The best equipped kitchen that we have seen for a vacation rental (immersion blender, crock pot, plenty of dishes) Great central location in Breckenridge Free fire wood Great value Be Aware of: The master bedroom and the loft with two bunk beds are upstairs along with one bathroom that has two doors, one to the bedroom and the other to the loft. The second bathroom is downstairs with the living room and and kitchen. We had two people in the loft and two in the bedroom, the people in the loft used the downstairs bath, meaning a trip up or down the spiral stairs to get from the sleeping area to the bathroom. The loft is between the master bedroom and the stairs, so the people in the master go through the loft to get from the bedroom to the living area.

The condo was excellent. Short walks to the gondola in the morning, from the 4 o'clock run ski-out in the afternoon and to the village so no need for a car. Nicely equipped including a wood burning fire place and access to a good hot-tub for the building. Lots of good tips from the owner and the condo was as advertised.

We were very pleased with the condo! The location is great for both skiing and walking around the quaint Breckenridge shops. The owner suggested stopping in Frisco to get groceries on the way in (GREAT suggestion by the way), so after we arrived at the condo, we never used our car. We couldn't believe how close we were to the slopes. It's not ski in/ski out, but it's the next best thing. After a long day of skiing, we could ski an easy green to within 1/2 block of the condo. It was awesome! The gondola, which takes you to the slopes, is about a block away, and there are also free shuttles within close walking distance that will take you to the slopes. As for the amenities this place has to offer...everything we needed was there. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc, and having a second full bathroom was an added bonus. I know some of the reviews said this place was "cozy", which it is, but we had our two tweens with us, and found the place to be just the right size (there were 4 of us total). There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and two full beds (bunk) in the loft area - all very comfy. We didn't think we'd use the hot tub since it's for the whole condo complex, but we hardly saw anyone else around and the tub was too tempting (it was commercial grade like you see at the health clubs, very clean). There is a ski locker or you can keep your skis in the condo - it's so convenient. It is truly a good ski condo, but also good for just visiting the town of Breckenridge. Communication with the owner was better than I have ever experienced. Overall, good value for the dollar. If we are fortunate enough to visit Breckenridge again, we will definitely try to stay in this condo again. Thanks for sharing your home!

We couldn't have been more comfortable on a month long stay at Marc's Ski Hill condo. It's just a block from main street so we could walk to everything. We especially loved the two big leather recliners! During an extended stay its great to have a nice kitchen with everything we needed. Love the pantry for storing groceries. The high ceilings in this loft unit make it feel even bigger. Lots of light comes in through the wall of windows. Ceiling fans add to comfort when needed. Its also nice having an elevator when bringing in groceries from the garage. We could see the fireworks from the balcony on July 4th! The only draw back is the street noise in the summer with the windows open but we adjusted to it and didn't notice it after a couple of days. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for the beauty of brekenridge !! The property worked great for us !! Full kitchen was great, the view was nice ! Close to down town which was great no need for a car !

We enjoyed the coziness of this condo with all the amenities provided! It had a great view and everything was within walking distance. We were there for Octoberfest and it was a blast to be so close by. The only thing that I would recommend is that both bathroom air vents were very loud and possibly could be updated with ones more quiet. Also, the bathtub could use some fresh caulking, which would make the tub look cleaner. Other than that, it was a delightful stay and many memories were made there ("Free Bear Hugs"!)

Wonderful place close to everything!! The condo really has one bedroom and is great for a family or girls weekend because the sleeping for 8 is not private. The two full bathrooms are wonderful though. Just FYI on that sleeping issue. The parking is very convenient and elevator is close. The spiral staircase might be a bit challenging for some to get luggage upstairs. We had a GREAT time in this cozy place, however, and the kitchen is well stocked! Everything in town is within walking distance and lots of nice details! Fabulous owner is most accommodating!
