I had to wait more than 15min to check in and check out. Not enough staff available/present. several lights in the bedroom didn’t work. Hair drier didn’t work, I asked for a replacement and never received one. I payed for breakfast using Booking.com ($30+) and when I got there they said I could only get a hot meal + cold drink or cold meal + hot drink. Toast counted as “hot meal”, so they wouldn’t serve tea with it. Complete rip-off.

Accommodation was fine, very clean. Staff was very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The rooms were very hot and we could not seem to control thermostat.

it’s a nice hotel. newly renovated and very clean.

we stayed for 5 nights in 2 rooms and they only cleaned our rooms once. and that was the last day.
