The place was super clean!! The location was perfect for low key vacation. The condo had everything we needed. The property owner was great with everything!! Sent his cell phone number if we needed anything, gave me some tips for places in the area!! We were super close to other locations along the gulf if we wanted to go anywhere! Most restaurants were within walking distance!! There were beach towels, chairs, and toys if wanted or needed!! It was a quick week, but amazing!!

Weather was very mild thus year - the pool and hot tub loved by my family- and other guests very friendly - some didn’t follow the rules too well but that’s society as a whole these days it seems.

The beds were too hard. It was like sleeping on concrete! There were no extra blankets to use when the air conditioning made the unit too cold when left at 73 degrees. Other than that it was a great location, excellent views and easy access to the beach!

Wonderful vacation.

This property was perfect! Clean and spacious. All the basics plus more amenities available for us to use. This is the second year staying at sunset paradise and we will keep coming back. Location can’t be beat.

We had an amazing time together. My brother and his family got a unit in the same condo. The location and sunsets were perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We caught flounder and snook right off the beach. There were some very minor inconveniences (the dryer kept shutting off before our clothes were dry for example), but otherwise it was great. I give it 4.5 stars. We would definitely stay again. The red tide had mostly been pushed out and did not slow us down.

The location of this property was great. Right on the beach with a heated pool down below. Close to good restaurants and shopping. But the unit itself was sadly lacking in care. Doors hanging on hinges, bathroom fixtures falling off, furniture scratched, dirty and kind of cheap, broken window blinds, hard beds, suspicious stains on one of the only 2 beach chairs. And it needed a thorough deep clean. I had booked the place for myself and four friends and was somewhat embarrassed. I will definitely not go back. There are other rentals in the same building that looked kind of nice if you can figure out which they are.

Location and views are amazing. Was, at times, noisy from the guests in the above unit. Pool and hot tub are used by all 17 units. That being said, it can get quite full. The unit itself, was large and very accommodating. Cannot beat the ocean views frim the balcony.

Things that we really loved about this property: 25 yards to the beach, beautiful beach views from the 2nd story, overlooks the heated pool and hot tub, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs/toys/gear, spacious layout, easy covered parking, walkable to several eateries and bars. We also were very pleased with the checkin/checkout process — host was responsive when we needed help accessing the unit. There were very few negatives; but I appreciate honest reviews so I’ll provide them here. We had very noisy upstairs neighbors, and we could hear every footstep they made at all hours of the day and night. We also found all of the beds to be uncomfortable; very very firm and pillows were lacking fill, as well. Our four adults took turns sleeping on the sofa for comfort. All in all, a very pleasant week. We would rent again if the beds were upgraded!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in IRB! The condo was immaculate! Anything you could think of you might need was there. The views from the balcony were spectacular even during the tropical storm. Amazing sunsets at dusk! Can’t wait to book another trip!

We’ve stayed In this building before, but this was the first time in this unit. The condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous and the weather was perfect. My only suggestion would be to replace the round dining table with a rectangular one.

Condo was excellent. Location is really perfect. Food options close by (within walking distance or short drive) are great, really some of the best overall mix of food and atmosphere we have had in many years vacationing all over FL. Pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the beach access convenience is hard to beat. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. Rooms well setup, comfortable beds also. Plenty of chairs, coolers and beach items stocked for use. The only one negative we had was the dishwasher broke and we were down the appliances. The property management tried to resolve during our stay but given the supply-chain crazy world that was not possible. Outside of their control, still 5-stars.

Amazing property! Clean and quiet. We enjoy ourselves every time. Only complaint is that at least 3 nights of the week teenager's who clearly were not staying on the property came in and crowded the pool and hot tub until after midnight.

We have stayed all over the gulf coast of Florida as we go every year, and this was one of my favorite places we have visited. The complex is so convenient and the beach is beautiful. The kids loved the pool on the hot afternoons. The condo was well appointed. My favorite feature is the long porch overlooking the beach. I actually tried to rebook right away for next year and it was already full- not surprising for this gem! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

My family loved everything about our stay! The condo was very clean and obviously well maintained. The kitchen was great. We were pleasantly surprised to find a functional ice maker. The unit was within walking distance to several restaurants and a fabulous bakery for morning pastries, We spent an equal amount of time at the beach and pool, both right outside our balcony. The view was amazing.

This was our 1st time visiting Indian Rocks and it was perfect! The condo Smelled, looked and felt clean. Loved that they had beach toys, beach chairs and the kitchen was well stocked. My family really enjoyed our time here. We will be back! Thanks!

The VRBO was better to me than what the photos showed. This place had the most amazing views! It was perfect having the gulf, pool and hot tub all right there! We also loved Guppy’s restaurant right down the street!!

We had a great stay. Property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Clean, roomy and a beautiful ocean view. We would stay at this property again if we return to Indian Shores. Restaurants within walking distance, beautiful sunsets, lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas supplied. Recommend highly!

Not only was the beach right there but there was an area that you could walk to.

First time the six of us traveled together for an extended time. We had a great time at the Condo. It is well stocked and clean. We never felt like we were in each other's way. We love to play Domino's and I asked Cameron if there was a set in the condo and he said no----so he went out and bought a set! The pool is kept clean and we used it every day, along with the pool noodles! We would recommend trying the Sweet Sage Cafe in North Reddington. We had no problems on our girls trip and would definitely recommend this condo.

This place was amazing! Such a great stay! Our family had such a wonderful time and we will definitely book here again when we’re in the area!!

This place checks ALL the boxes. It is clean( I mean that). There are no surprises. It has everything there is to need for a week at the beach and then some. It is in a perfect location. The grounds and pool were cleaned daily as were the common areas on each floor. You can drive if you want but, if not, you can also walk to a number( perhaps 8 or 9) of restaurants, a city park, a small nature preserve, a fresh fruit and vegetable market, gift shops and farther( a mile or so) to a CVS. The beach is clean and ......oh that balcony and those sunsets!! Best of all the rental agent is one of the nicest people we have encountered in a number of years. He will return texts, calls and is prompt in sending all the info you need. Old fashioned customer service....yes folks it still exists. He is an asset , the condo is great and we will come back....again and again.

Clean and as advertised
