We enjoyed the property although the alarm on upper balcony needs batteries and our early risers didn’t dare use the balcony in the morning for fear of waking the others. A few other things: Fan in bathroom at top of steps doesn’t work Microwave doesn’t work or needs to have directions Upper oven does not run to temp Corn hole has only three bags Need another ping pong paddle Hot tub not hot Gave a good review though as is a beautiful place. Would love to have it for three nights next January but looks like only five nights are available.

Perfect Place to Stay for a large group in Ana Maria

We had a great time! Enjoyed the hot tub every night and the children swam during day time hours. The beach and shops are very accessible. Magical Sunsets on the beach. Special time for 15 to be together!

All was great

We loved our time on AMI. There were three families with 5 kids total, ranging from 18 months to 8 years. The house has a great setup for us and we loved the location (close to multiple restaurants, cafes, general store, ice cream shops and beaches.) The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, dishwater, bowls, pots/pans, etc… Only two complaints: 1) The floors outside by the pool were dirty and could use a good cleaning, along with the garage floors. 2) We had an issue with the pool and while it was solved within 20 hours, I never would have known as there was no communication from the rental company. I had to follow up about 8 times to receive a plan and communication. We will go back to AMI! We may consider looking for a different place next time but would be happy here again.

We loved the house set up, the decor, nice pool and guys loved the putting green. The only complaint was lack of basics like hot pads, throw rugs, kitchen utensils, etc. great place for a big family though!

The only downsides were a few important things broken like the Clothes Dryer and Pool Skimmer among a couple other small things. The property managers were so fast to fix things and respond. As a house get used and older, things break and no one probably owns up to it - I don't blame the owners. :) We would definitely come here again. There was exactly enough room for all 11 of us. My son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach and fun was had by everyone. Lot's of walkable places to go or drive 10 minutes to another restaurant. The pool was great. Not sure all the jets were working, but at least we got a new pool skimmer to get the bugs out. :) I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was lovely and clean and looks just like the photos. The kitchen had basic necessities (silverware, dishes and glasses) but was otherwise very bare bones. There were no serving platters or cooking basics like salt, pepper and olive oil.

Wonderful, beautiful & perfect for our group.

First time visitors for large family vacation. This home had lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The outdoor living space was nice: lots of lounge chairs, pool toys, and grill. The pool was pretty warm (over 85 degrees) but we did like that it was a shallow water game pool where most could reach. The only downside was the patio and balconies were pretty dirty. ..and that made it hard when there is white furniture. The kitchen and dining room were open and inviting. We did lots of cooking there and the double oven was helpful. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived but fixed mid-week. We walked to the pier, ice cream store, and the convenience store. We found a local playground for the kids and the beach was only a few blocks away. Holmes Beach was great and we went there most days. The summer concert at The Center was really loud. It was just across the street and went until after 10:00PM. This wasn’t so good for small kids that go to bed early. It was very busy, lots of lights and very loud. We had a great week here and enjoyed exploring the island.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place! This house was so well equipped for our family of 10. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us with bunks for the younger children and larger beds for the adults. The children especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was equipped with enough plates, cups and silverware for a large group. There was also plenty of seating for everyone to congregate in the living room. The decks, especially the one overlooking the pool got lots of use. The adults could comfortably supervise the children while in the pool. The outdoor living room with the furniture groupings, bar and television by the pool was so comfy! The only things that I will mention were dishwasher and the cleanliness of the floors. I wrestled with the dishwasher all week. It was exceptionally difficult to push the bottom drawer in, and at the end of the week, it was giving me an error code. I washed all of the dishes by hand before we left. The floors of the property weren't cleaned really well. After a day of bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were black. Despite these small inconveniences, this was a wonderful stay for us. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

The house and location were amazing. It is walking distance to the beach, lovely cafés, stores shops and rental areas. We rented a golf cart and bikes and use them every day. The pool area was amazing and so much fun. Plenty of room for two families! The kitchen, family room and eating area had plenty of room for our gatherings. I would rent this home again.

This house was big and beautiful! We had several families staying and it fit us all just fine. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. All of the bedrooms are amazing and the floor plan is awesome as well. Both master bedrooms are fit for A king and queen. We rented golf carts and we didn’t use our cars again until we left. We did have an issue with the “warming pooling” as we were told it was called. The hot tub never got hot. They sent someone out to look at it and we were told it would heat up in 45 minutes. It never did. We asked the (not so polite) pool lady the next day and she said it was working. . . It stayed as cool if not cooler than the pool. So we never did get to enjoy the “warming pool” our entire trip, That bummed us out. This 7 bedroom house with no carpet also needs a bigger broom. The broom is about the size of a kiddie play broom so sweeping was a chore that took a little longer than it should, and the dishwasher was not great. The house is about a 3 minute walk to the Bay side of the island and maybe 7 minute walk to the beach side, but if you can find parking on the beach side again the golf carts are a great way to get around the island. Check in was as simple as it gets! You’ll get the door code about a week in advance. Over all the property was great for a large group, ample parking, plenty of space inside, no view of the water but not a far walk either way to get to some. As advertised A great house and layout for us. Ice maker and grill not working properly.

Love this place. Felt like home and it was very clean. The dock right behind the unti is always a great thing with kids.

This house would be great for large groups or families. It has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. They pool is perfect size and we enjoyed the hot tub. You are a little further from the beach but we always rent a golf cart when we visit the island. It's truly the best way to get around. The master bath was wonderful! We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the property and enjoyed our stay. Have been coming to Anna Maria for 15 years, and it is a pleasure staying in some of the nicer places.

We had a girls weekend in this house and had the best time. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the outdoor space (pool and multiple decks) were just what we needed to relax and enjoy each other’s company. I would highly recommend this property - it’s close to the beach and the town of Anna Maria is simply charming. We are already talking about coming back!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and the location great! There were several issues with our stay. We were given the wrong code to enter our home. There was no running water for several hours when we first arrived. The hot tub was broken and was not fixed until the end of our stay. Finally, the morning we left with 13 of us trying to shower, there was no water pressure to take showers. We were hoping to receive some compensation for our stay, but were told our complaints to our manager Kiri, were not made in an appropriate manner and were told if our review was negative it would be removed. I guess that is why there are only positive reviews on the property. Disappointed with their response.
