Patricia & Marvin have put so much thought into this vrbo rental. The pool, house, & landscaping are all so beautiful. Patricia reached out before, during, and after our trip to ensure that everything was perfect. She arranged for airport pick-up & drop-off, had the rental car ready for us, and gave us a personal tour of the property and it's amenities. My family (me, husband, children - ages 8 & 11) had the most amazing vacation in TCI & we would recommend this property to anyone considering travel to the island.

Great communication from the initial booking with prompt responses to my various questions and fantastic recommendations to help us plan prior to our arrival. Patricia arranged our pickup and drop off at the airport and met us at the villa for a detailed tour. Everything was sparkling clean, well organized, and even more beautiful than the photos with lots of personal touches to make it feel like home. We were 2 couples traveling together and found that we had plenty of space to hang out together, as well as enjoy our personal space. The villa is perfectly situated with easy access to Long Bay Beach a few steps across the street and most other attractions within 15 minutes. We also utilized the rental car which was very clean and in great working condition. While the home is beautiful, Marvin and Patricia are so warm and personable that they really make you feel like family and we can't wait to return!

The vacation was wonderful and staying at this beautiful villa was a highlight. Patricia and Marvin are first class hosts, and they have thought of everything you will need at the villa. Additionally, they are available 24/7 for any special requests, transportation, chef, etc. It is clear that they take personal pride in ensuring their guests have a great experience. They treat you like VIP's. Highly recommend!!

Patricia and Marvin were wonderful hosts. Trying toNavigate and help us thru our several flight cancellations. We were so relieved to be there. The home is a wonderful place relax and was stocked with everyone needed.

Although we travel quite a bit, this was our first visit to Turks & Caicos. Patricia and Marvin are both beautiful souls and really made this trip to Paradise as comfortable as possible. The property is gorgeous, clean, & equipped with everything you could possibly need. Patricia obviously thought of every little thing from a safety gate at the top of the stairs to bug spray and pool/beach toys (which our 7 year old son enjoyed). She was very attentive and gave great tips for local eateries & other beaches to explore. Poor Marvin had the unfortunate task of hosting us on the Love Buggy Tour (which I highly recommend). I started out terrified, but he was very reassuring. After I got over my fears about driving on the opposite side of the road, I had the time of my life touring the island. . The island has the most beautiful, crystal clear beaches I’ve seen. The water was calm enough to relax and marvel at the surrounding beauty. There is a beach within walking distance, but we fell in love with Grace Bay Beach which is also not far away. If you too wish to avoid the communal living and hustle of the resorts, this is the perfect alternative. We will definitely return in the future. Enjoy!

This was by far the best vacation that my family and I have been on. The clear water, white sandy beaches, food, entertainment were all more than we expected yet the best part was this villa -Turks Haven Villa(home). My husband and I wanted to do something different for our daughter who is leaving for college in a few weeks and we only booked 5 days because we thought she would be bored with us but none of us wanted to leave! Patricia and Marvins villa is top notch! We had everything we needed in the villa & Patricia ensured we received a detailed tour of the home upon arrival and also gave us tips on the best food spots and excursions to partake in.. The pictures they have online don’t do this place justice; it’s immaculate and only a short walk to the beach. I could go on and on about this villa (the outside shower, the cool night breeze, the peace, serenity, perfect pool & privacy)so if you are “thinking” about booking; don’t wait because this will not stay vacant long. We are planning our second trip now! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but this place is truly amazing. Thank you Patricia for everything-you made us feel like family. ❤️

My husband and I just returned from the Turks & Caicos. The best part of our trip was staying at Patricia and Marvin's Turks Haven Villa! It was perfect in every way. Modern, clean and new. An absolutely perfect location. From the wrap around second balcony you can view the amazing sunrises and sunsets the island offers. It was incredibly peaceful. It's a short drive to Grace Bay where you'll find all the touristy shops, restaurants and large grocery stores. It's also a short drive to the ferry if you want to venture over to North & Middle Caicos. Every imaginable item you may need is included in the villa. Patricia thought of everything! The beach is a very short walk down a nice sandy trail. The beach... the clearest and most turquoise water you can imagine!! We did spend a good portion of our days relaxing in the pool at our villa though. We couldn't resist the secluded and peaceful R&R we wanted. Besides being an absolutely amazing place to stay, Patricia is the dearest, most genuinely sweet person you'll ever meet in your life. She truly cares about her guests and will go above and beyond to make your stay one of the best vacations that you've ever had. Like me you may spend days researching hotels or homes for your vacation. When we were there, we drove past other places I remembered considering. I am so thankful we chose Turks Haven Villa!

The hospitality of the Patricia and Marvin was beyond my expectations! They treated us as family and helped with more than just the usual host stuff. The house was the perfect place for our whole family to relax and enjoy the island. There was space for everyone with a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and gadgets that we could cook and make meals that we all enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the pool patio was our favorite place to gather, where we spent so much time enjoying the Caribbean air. The beach was lovely and not far from the house at all. The trail is a shared with a horse tour so you need to watch your step but the sand and water is worth it. The location is super close to Grace Bay and activity but is far enough away to be quiet and secluded. I can not recommend Turks Haven Villas enough! We are in love with this place.

This was my 1st experience with VRBO and I must say that Marvin and Patricia have really set the bar high. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to take full advantage of our trip. Marvin met us at the airport. They have arranged everything for our rental car which got our trip off to a smooth start. Marvin escorted us to the home where Patricia was waiting to give us a tour of the home. It was truly our home away from home. They spared no expense and the house was absolutely fabulous. The swimming pool was perfect, the 2nd level had a wrap around balcony with a hammock and a patio set. Laying in the hammock in the evening was heavenly as I looked up at the stars and enjoyed the cool breeze. I can't begin to say enough about their home and all of the amenities. We ventured out every day but we really enjoyed our time at the house. We will be back before the end of the year and we will stay here again and again. What a spectacular home and two of the most gracious, attentive & sweetest hosts we have ever met in Marvin & Patricia! From the moment we stepped off the plan Marvin was there to greet us with cold water and his infectious personality. Marvin took us to this incredible villa and his wife Patricia was there to greet us. They showed us everything about the villa and the villa has everything, including a gorgeous view of the ocean. They helped with any excursion, restaurants or places of interest we wanted to visit. We asked were could we find sand dollars (they have a special meaning to us) without leaving the island, we ventured out to no avail, however; the next day Marvin brought us 7 sand dollars he obtained via one of his many friends on the island. My wife & I were touched by his genuine and warm gesture. It is that type of personal care, attention and heartfelt kindness that Marvin & his wife Patricia gave us, which was unprecedented in all of our nearly 20 years of booking homes on VRBO. Their villa is definitely one of the nicest, classiest and comfortable homes we have ever stayed in. The sunrise balcony to the sunset balcony to the amazing pool & everything in between - this villa is a beautiful paradise!!! When we return to the Turks, we will be staying at the Turks Haven Villa again and again. The personal touch coupled with the magnificent villa is a rare gem that we hope you have an opportunity to experience, enjoy and explore! We have already recommended this villa to friends and family.
