Had a wonderful time in Kihei for a friend/family vacation! The property was very nice and the property manager Barbie was exceptional! She was very prompt with retuning calls or texts. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall as expected - condo is a bit dated but that was clear from the photos and descriptions. A/Cs take a while to get cranking/cool down the place but would stay again. Host was very responsive and provided everything else you could need for a good stay. Remember to pack your own toiletries as shampoo, conditioner, body wash are not provided.

Overall met our basic needs for accommodation. Good location. Across the street from small beach, perfect to watch sunset. Appreciated availability of beach gear and cooler.

This condo was great for our family's 10 day stay. It is roomy enough for four (2 adults / 2 teens). The he condo is centrally located between Wailea and Kaanapali and is across the street from the beach. The beach directly across the unit is a little rocky, but it was a nice place to sit and watch the sunset. Barbie is a great manager who responds quickly. Everything you need is provided (kitchen cookware/utensils, beach gear). It worked out great! I loved having my coffee on the lanai. Thanks Barbie!!

We had 4 adults and 1 toddler on our trip to Kihei. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Barbie is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responds quickly to any needs or concerns. The umbrella was broken and she brought us a new one the next day. With our toddler we had a few extra needs that she was able to help us with as well. There are beach chairs, beach toys, towels and a boogie board for use. The home fit our needs well, and provided a wonderful place to stay, rest and eat some meals. The kitchen has everything you would need. The barbecues worked great for a few meals. My husband even did some remote work by the pool. The grounds are beautiful. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There isn’t a better place for the price and this was right in our budget. Yes, the home is a little dated, but everything is functional. The floors are pretty dusty, which was more an issue due to our toddler crawling around on them, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it’s not easy to keep floors clean when you’re so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom has lots of closet space, but not much drawer room. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. As such, our au pair decided to just sleep on it as a couch and was more comfortable that way. The location is nice enough, but it’s not walking distance to any of the beaches that Kihei is known for. All in all we had a wonderful time on Maui and are grateful to have found a place for such a value. We would stay here again, although I think we would still look to see if there was somewhere else available in our budget closer to Keawakapu beach.

Lots of space in this condo. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook and serve meals. Property manager very welcoming.

My family and I had the best time in Maui. The condo was awesome and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Barbie our host was wonderful and any questions we had or anything we needed she was so prompt! The trip was amazing but the condo and all its amenities made our trip so easy to enjoy. Thankyou 🙂

This space worked great for our group of 5. Beach amenities were awesome to have for us, and Barbie was extremely responsive. No issues and would stay here again!

Wonderful stay for a family with 3 teenagers. Great central location to tour the island. Resort property was beautiful and the unit had lots of space and all of the kitchen and beach equipment we needed. Super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything worked great.

My family travelled to Maui to surprise my daughter who lives on the island. It was a total surprise for her and thanks to her husband for making it happen. The condo offered a great location with easy access to all the attractions on the island. The beach access was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The accommodations were clean and quiet with beautiful landscaping.

The condo itself was nice and comfortable for us 4 adults and infant. It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach which was so nice! One complaint is that the beach across the street is not that nice. It's just a little lagoon and beach access areas next to it are very rocky. We preferred to drive further down to better beaches.

The place was great, well equipped for the whole family. There were beach tools for the kids, snorkeling gear and beach chairs for the adults. The condo is a little dated and could use some remodeling but everything worked inside the house. The host was great and the communication was on point. Super easy to find the place, check in and out. I liked the fact that it is close to the beaches but will need a car to go to some of the nicer beaches and in to town for restaurants and shops.

Excellent 2 bedroom and location. Pullout couch is a usual poor mattress so plan on getting a mattress supplement or is adequate for kids. Well stocked for extras. Grounds are beautiful, peaceful and quiet.
