The Diplomat is an older condo complex but this recently remodeled unit covered all of the bases. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Midway between beach and pool. Host is very receptive and all info was given to us in a timely manner. We will rent here again.

Very cozy little place,perfect for family of 4. Very close to the beach only like 2 min of walking to the beack,has everything you need for beach chairs,umbrella,cooler and sand toys for kids over all nice plays just little dark as the windows in shade so we wanted more sun light and i wish the beds where softer as I sleep on medium firm bed at home other then that everything alls was great for 10 day stay…big plus to have loundry in the unit and also the complex have the public tennis rockets with balls and other stuff to play games,over all we would stay in the place again

A two minute walk to the beach. Several very good restaurants to choose from that are walkable. The pool was a good size and kept clean. The only thing that bothered me was the unit could have been cleaner for my taste. Closets were a bit messy. I like organization. It makes me feel comfortable. The building itself is dated. I would prefer a newer modern condominium building. People were friendly.

Really close to a nice beach. Many beach toys available. Really quiet complex. Stocked kitchen. Unit had washer, drier and dishwasher.

Wonderful Condo only 100m from beach. Nice and clean Pool Area. Aircond.way too noisy, especially at nights but you get used to it very fast. Check in Information were given via phone call , that was a bit hard to understand @airport with all the background noises. Would be bester via email :-) thanks so much, we enjoyed it a lot

I really enjoyed my stay in Karen & Anthony's lovely condo, communication was great, check-in was easy and it was clean + comfortable with lots of amenities..beach chairs/toys etc. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything! Highly recommend!!

Perfect location in Cocoa Beach: quiet stretch of A1A, halfway in between the traffic of Ron John’s and the bustle of “downtown”. Literally steps from the beach with a private gated entrance. Complex management is super friendly, pool is well kept, parking is readily available. The condo had everything we needed and wanted, including beach toys, lots of towels, kitchen ware, Washer and dryer, comfy furniture and accessible technology. Anthony was GREAT with communication and check-in. Can’t wait to come back!!

Bought home in Merritt Island, needed rehab. Stayed 30 days, worked out well. Great location, well furnished, clean, overall great experience.

I absolutely loved our nearly 4 week stay at this adorable beach condo. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The condo complex has a terrific pool for relaxing, swimming laps, or meeting other tenants. Also has a tennis court and shuffle board. This two bedroom unit was cozy and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our long term stay. My son and I felt safe and at home at this well kept condo complex. I highly recommend a stay at this condo while you enjoy the best of Cocoa Beach.

The weather worked for us, Sunny. The condo's secure beach was wonderful for 2 teens and family. The beach wagon filled with chairs, boards, umbrella, mats, towels made for perfect days at the beach. The condo was clean, secure and very homey. TV, wifi, and house instructions were clear. The washer/dryer combo was nice to have- small loads could be completed without leaving the unit. There were enough supplies for use until we could get to the store. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was available close to the unit. We would have stayed longer than 2 weeks but another family was booked. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful - as was the Condo owner. We hope to be back.

Easy to book, easy to contact owners and check in at our leisure, using the code for the lock box. This is not a state of the art, all new amenities and furniture, etc, kind of condo, but this IS a great little getaway which comfortably accommodated my family of four. There is one bathroom, two bedrooms, two TVs, easy access to pool and beach, all was as described and as pictured.

Few things need work ceiling fan in living room doesn't work only the light,ceiling fan In bedroom very noisy on high speed, the beds are very uncomfotable ,clock in living room doesn't work , dust bunnies under beds cleaning lady could definitely do better job.,. Just letting you know what I found was a great place to stay just a few things could use attention. Thank you.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay at Karen and Anthony’s place! There was so much to do around the complex and the condo itself was equally distanced between the beach and the pool which we used everyday! We loved the privacy of the gated beach and loved being so close to everything! We did so many things while we were in Cocoa Beach and we would still be able to find new things to do when we return! It really was a great trip and having a nice condo to enjoy while we were there made it that much nicer! My only complaint was there were no screens in the front door or the sliding patio door and a couple of days it would have been nice to open those for a cross breeze rather than running the a/c. But really everything was great other than that!!

We had a wonderful time once again at the Diplomat Condo. We have stayed several times now and have never been disappointed. This was our first time staying at Anthony and Karen's. We owned a condo in Cocoa Beach for many many years until it started not to make economic sense for our family. My aunt and her niece from Germany just spent the entire month of April at your wonderful home and had a fabulous time. Convenient to just about everywhere ... they thought it was like coming home. Thanks for your gracious hospitality.

My condo was very nice and clean. It had many extras as well. Very clean complex Even though it was a bit chilly out the heated pool was wonderful. This unit is also in its own little corner for privacy!.

Owner was accommodating with any questions or concerns. It is easy access to the beach. It is also on main level, so no stairs to deal with. There is no dishwasher, but on the plus it has washer/dryer in unit. We enjoyed out stay.

We loved our stay at the Diplomat. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, including a nice, new washer and dryer. It's a short walk to the beach and the weather was sunny and about 80 degrees every day.

The property was so nice. Our condo was on the corner so it was very private for us. My wife and I and our two grown children (22 and 18) stayed here for 14 nights. The location was so good and the property has its own gateway to the beach. It is centrally located to many local shops, restaurants, and Cape Canaveral. We spent two days at Universal Studios and it was only 50 minutes to Orlando. I personally bought a 7 day fishing license and we were in close proximity to many of the public fishing areas. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. My only suggestion is to stay away from the Cocoa Beach Pier, very pricey and touristry!

The condo is clean and well kept, with comfortable beds. It has a large patio area where you can sit outside and enjoy the warm summer evenings. It's just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and not far from the clothing stores. We really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I needed a place to stay while we searched for a home in Cocoa Beach (found it!). We were lucky to come across this listing on VRBO. I had several conversations with Anthony before the stay and he was helpful and welcoming. The condo is very clean and cheery and the location right at the beach is perfect. To top it off there was a surf competition going on - great show! Anthony and Karen take great pride in this unit and it shows. Cocoa Beach is an amazing vacation destination for people who want to have FUN - the Pier, the shops and restaurants the nearby Space Center and cruise ship port, and so much more. To top it off the price is a fantastic value - much less expensive than a hotel and much more comfortable. Why would anyone stay in Orlando?

Nice end unit with mostly shaded patio. Unit was clean and quiet with easy private access to a very nice beach. Well stocked movie collection. Convenient location very close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. This was a very good value. I would recommend it to a friend.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was great for day trips into Orlando and close to the space centre. It had grocery stores and dollar stores right across the road. The building its self was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, clean and very enjoyable. Overall we were very happy with our pick.

We were so pleased with our stay at this Condo. Anthony & Karen were very helpful prior to our stay with all the needed information to make our arrival flawless. Their property was clean and spacious. This is so much better than any hotel stay we have had in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the huge selection of DVD movies they had available. The beds were very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Easy access to the beach and the environment in and around the complex was quiet and peaceful. Also, other residents and guests were extremely sociable and friendly. We will definitely stay there again. This is a hidden jewel in Cocoa Beach!
