Great Location and great property management.

Great location. Steps away from ski rentals, gondola and village restaurants. Overall, Very comfortable. I would recommend replacing the pillows and adding TV’s in the bedrooms. Very happy with our week and would stay there again!

Main strength of the property is location! Wonderful direct access to the Lionshead lifts and immersed in Lionshead village with easy access to everything! Unit is in good shape with all the amenities despite being an older building. Owner was responsive and communication was great. Highly recommend!

Awesome location for the $$! We had a few hiccups but they took care of them pretty quickly. It wasn't as clean as I would like it to be

The colors in September are awesome, this was our first trip to Vail. The condo was close to everything and my wife and friend went nuts shopping.

We very much enjoyed! Host was helpful and very generous with supplies, which enhanced our stay! She was also helpful when another car took our spot. Parking spot was very convenient! Excellent location, but we gave 4 stars because it’s hard to find the entrance. The host provided good directions, which helped us find it. However, we ordered a food package (that should’ve lasted us 3 days) but the fedex driver didn’t deliver because he couldn’t find the entrance. As you can imagine, it was very disturbing.

The place was clean and welcoming! The proximity is unmatched to the lions head gondola, shuttle and all the lions head restaurants! It was a great place! The building is very old but the unit is nice! We would love to come back!

We were a family with young children, the convenience to the ski school, ski rental & gondola was perfect. Around the corner from the bus stop to bring you into vail village. We met some friendly neighbors & loved the place.

This condo is just lovely and comfortably accommodated us and our teen daughter. The unit is as advertised. The owners and manager were extremely helpful in their communications and accommodated our check in and out needs to their fullest ability. Check in instructions were clear and detailed. The couple of questions we had after check-in were immediately responded to by the property manager. The unit was stocked to a level that exceeded expectations. We had brought extra toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap, baggies, and laundry supplies and discovered that all were stocked in abundant supply in the unit. We even found sunscreen and bandaids. 😊 It is really nice that the owners/manager/housekeepers allow guests to leave behind extras for the next guests. In many VRBOs, everything is cleaned out and everyone must shop for the same staples. Accordingly, big THANK YOU to those involved for allowing your guests to benefit from each other's unused items. There is no guarantee you will find each item listed, but it was so well stocked that we would suggest holding off on shopping/bringing until you inventory the unit. We did buy Duraflame logs ahead of time and really enjoyed the fireplace. This unit was really well situated both to the lift & to the main Vail Village. A walk to the main village was about 0.5 miles and there were multiple walking paths. We highly recommend this unit. One last tip is to bring a couple of rolls of quarters for the washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The ease of walking with all your ski stuff to the gondola was fantastic. The condo is nicely appointed & the property manager was amazing. To access the unit you have to climb stairs, was not an issue for our group but something to be aware of. Great stay.

Very close to the lifts and right in the middle of lionshead village. Unit was as advertised, well equipped, and perfect for our family group of 4 adults. Communication was excellent.

Our 2nd annual trip staying in this condo again met all of our expectations. The condo is a 50' walk to the lion's head lifts. The kitchen has every cooking amenity needed to feed a family of 6 . The TV has hundreds of channels and there are plenty of games for family evening entertainment. This condp perfectly fits our family vacation needs. Thank you to the hosts for another great vacation!

The property is in an excellent location. It is close to the gondola, equipment rental companies, dining, shopping and even ice skating. Katie was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions. My only complaint is having to supply our own Duralog for the fireplace. Duralogs were not available in the village. We had to get them at an off site grocery store. Come prepared.

Super convenient to the slopes - literally a hundred steps! Loved this remodeled condo. It had everything our family needed to enjoy our time in Vail.

Location can’t get any better. Condo was nicely updated and spotless. Note that you have to bring your luggage up two flights of stairs, so you may have to make a few trips to get all your stuff up. Only disappointment was no windows in bedrooms to enjoy the cool crisp summer night mountain air. But overall 5 star.

This property is in a perfect location in Lionshead. Everything is steps away. All of the finishes have been upgraded and it was all very clean. Lots of supplies were provided too. Only complaint is that the balcony is not very private with your neighbors very close. It was a fabulous stay and the manager was extremely helpful and responsive.

The picture shown in the listing is the place across from the balcony. The actual property dark with no windows, one doorwall that accesses a 3 x 8 foot balcony. The rear is in some odd hallway with 2 door walls, that no one would leave open as anyone could walk in. The place is pseudo updated but you have to be athletic to get in the on suite shower, about 30 inches high, then step into a normal tub about 15 inches down. The other shared bath is similar but not quite as high and is a shower. Great location, what it’s all about, but a bit deceptive from the pictures.

Great little spot. Had some trouble figuring out parking. Master bed is a double. Love the AC units in rooms—nice and cold. Lots of nice little touches. But no coffee!
