First of all, I just don't quite understand why there has to be a six number entry code. The entire stay I had to make sure that I had my phone on me so that I could pull up the app to look at the six number code. I'm going to start from bottom floor and work my way up. The bedroom to the left as you enter the home , the ceiling fan was missing its cord so the ceiling fan was inoperable. There was a continuous rattling noise coming from the air conditioning vents. My dad and his girlfriend slept in that room and they did not get any rest the entire trip. Kitchen, who puts a coffee maker that does not have a automatic shut-off button in a rental house? Living room, the rug , oh the rug, just throw it away. It had more stains than a stained glass window.The couch, My daughter sat on it Tuesday and was not found till Friday!!!! Literally pathetic!!!! Don't think about taking a bath because neither one of the tubs would hold water. Found pills on the floor in the children's bunk bedroom , along with a hair bow and a necklace chain. There is a outside grill and trash can. The trash can was full from previous renters. I'm doing this review in hopes that future renters will not have to experience this and I hope that blue swell or the owners of the home fix these problems.

I will say this is a great location and a great experience with the company I booked with. The downfalls of this property is the property itself. For the amount of money you pay and my family has stayed in five different homes in this neighborhood over The Fourth of July. This property needs a lot of work, The furniture was highly worn out, there was no water hose to be able to rinse down your belongings from the beach, The first night we use the oven and the whole downstairs got smoked out due to the oven never been cleaned. Once again this Property is in highly need of a renovation.

The blinds in the living room and master suite were all broken. Trying to sleep in the master with the street light shinning into the room was next to impossible. Pots and pans were not clean. Very limited selection when it comes to kitchen utensils. No plastic cups, Bowles, ect..etc... No lights in car port. Very hard to see at night especially trying to load/unload vehicles. Would NOT recommend leaning on deck railing. Not safe. Every night we saw cockroaches.

A perfect house just far enough from the busy strip. Grocery and other stores within minutes. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

The house is nice with a good layout for all ages. We had from ages 6 to 80, and no difficulty. The living room furniture needs replaced or repaired. It is uncomfortable and broken down springs wheb you are stuck on those rainy inside days. Otherwise, the home overall was nice, clean, and had what was needed for a week vacation. Convenient to grocery and other shopping needs. The check-out process was unclear, or is actually non-existent. I replied to one of the texts I received from Blueswell when we left, but I don't actually know what I was supposed to do, if I was to do anything at all beside leave. The neighbors are also very friendly.

However, by day 2 it was resolved. The AC wouldn't come on but Blueswell had a tech out 15 minutes after my call and got it fixed. This unit needs a lot of work. The carpet is in terrible shape and smell. There are marks, scratches, and what looks like crayon markings on the walls. The furniture was in bad shape. The unit had a stale smell. There was also a hole in one of the bedroom doors. On the balcony, the fencing is about to fall off. This is dangerous for guests. While we had a great time on our vacation, the unit we rented was not worth the money we paid. Blueswell did leave us a gift card for a turkey on them for Thanksgiving. WHich was nice. I just wish they didn't enter the property while we were gone to do it. A little unprofessional in my opinion. Blueswell should talk with the owner about doing some major upgrades. No issue with Blueswell the company. The property was just not up to par.

Loved the stay in this property. Very clean, and comfortable. Beach was within walking distance. And didn't have no problem.

House location was great. Close to the beach and grocery stores, etc. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture was uncomfortable because the seats had hard lumps and sink holes.

Even though the property is further away, it’s close to grocery stores and you’re able to access back beach rd easily. The walk to the beach was just steps away and the beach area is not crowded at all! Everyone was able to space out. The house was a great fit for our growing family and everyone had their own space. Only complaints would be the router and lamps were unplugged when we arrived, so we had to move furniture to be able to plugs the necessary lamps in. The couch and love seat could use some updating, you just sink in them and it’s hard to get back up, especially for older people. The railing on the back deck was wobbly, we were afraid to let the kids go out there. The A/C vent in the downstairs bedroom made an awful noise when the A/C would come on and it would wake you out of your sleep when it did come on. A little disappointed in the “wash off” area outside. It was just a spigot, could use a hose or maybe a shower head. All the solar powered lights that light up the stairs outside didn’t work. Other than those things, the house was a perfect fit for our large family and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was good. The only issue we had was the kids room did not have cable, which we were unaware of. I had 4 teenagers with us, so that was rough. View from house not as good as expected. The house was lovely though and we had a great time.

My only complaint is that they charged us for a coffee pot after we checked out. We never touched their coffee pot and never even knew they had a coffee pot. I emailed them when we first arrived to let them know of a missing kitchen cabinet door and window louvers, but I never thought I needed to double check everything in the house. I've had phone conversations and emails with the company, and I still haven't received a refund. I wouldn't let this be a reason not to stay because the house was perfect. This is just a warning to double check everything in the house so you aren't charged after you check out for something you didn't even know existed.

Walking distance to Publix, Waffle House, and Dunkin donuts. House is very dated with furniture, so don't expect luxury finishes. Could definitely use new couches and carpet. A few maintenance issues on arrival, but most were fixed the next morning. The only big issue was they never fixed the ice machine so we were stuck buying ice every day. The only reason why I wont give it a full 5 stars on everything. Overall I would stay here again.

A cabinet door was missing, blinds were missing off windows, the toilets were running, carpets were dirty and there was very rusty patio furniture on the porch. The first night a street light shone in our faces all night because of the missing blinds. Luckily, when I contacted the management company they came to fix some of it. It was close to the beach, but you can not see the beach from this house. If I came to this area again I would not likely not stay at this property again.

Only thing was it was cold in Florida and there was no heat. That’s the only thing. Place is lovely and really clean. Will use again.

Overall the house was comfortable. There were some minor imperfections, but nothing that caused any issue with our stay. It just needs to be refreshed while not occupied. The grill was not usable in its condition and I let them know that. On check out day the cleaning crew showed up an hour early and the door code stopped working at 9am instead of 10 so we had to make sure to leave the door open while packing and loading our cars so we didn't get locked out. Our trip was great and the management was quick to respond and check in on us, so I would definitely rent from them again.

We arrived at 4 for check in. The house was HOT. Tries to call the number listed on the ac unit and received no answer. Woke up the next morning and it was almost 80 degrees in the house. Ac guy finally answered and said I would have to call ANOTHER number to place a maintenance request. Was told someone would be out shortly. Within 15 minutes my daughter brushed her teeth and the water came out brown. Flushed toilets. All brown water. It was gross. 5 minutes later. NO water at all. Called the maintenance number AGAIN. Was assured maintenance would be there as soon as they finished another property. I shared with the lady on the phone that I felt it was only fair that we be compensated for a miserable first night and no water, etc. She stated she would submit my request but it would have to go before the review board for further discussion but that someone would be contacting me. That had yet to happen and we are now checked out and heading home. I realize these type things can happen anywhere but you would think the AC would be checked more frequently to make sure it’s up and running ESPECIALLY in the middle of summer.

This house was right across the street from beach access which was really important to us. It had plenty of space for our group of nine. I would’ve liked a few more amenities (chairs, games etc), but we really had a great time.
