La Vista Azul accomindation,were absolutely gorgeous and very private ! We loved our location and nearby beaches around the area including our visit to Grace Bay .We would highly recommend visiting La Vista Azul , because we certainly enjoyed our 9 Days visit, and we plan on returning back next year for my Birthday.

The studio is immaculate, updated, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was really nice! We enjoyed swimming every night in the pools and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything about the property is really wonderful. I would not recommend staying here unless you are going to rent a car. I think the walk to the beach is just too difficult. We had a car for the 10 days we stayed and it was reasonably priced ($462) from Grace Bay Rentals. I would definitely stay here again, it was heaven!

The apartment was nice. The use of the bikes was a plus. Beach was in walking distance. Make sure that if you take a taxi, the driver drops you off in the back of the property, otherwise, you will carry luggage up a lot of stairs.

Good location and the kitchen has anything you'd need. Keyless entry means you don't have to carry around a key everywhere. Woukd definitely stay here again

Took my daughter to the beautiful islands. Lucas and Aurelia place was perfect all around. The reccomendations they gave were spot on. Looking forward to going back.

Property was great & spotless. 2 Pools on property and convenient - few steps away. Property owner, Lucas, was terrific and incredibly responsive with my questions. Location is terrific too - walking distance from beach and restaurants. Beach is incredible - soft sand and pristine waters that were fantastic to swim in. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great - within walking distance to some fun bars and restaurants (Magnolia, Mango Reef, Simone’s) and a nice beach. Short cab ride to the Grace Bay beach area. Pool area was great and steps from the unit which was very clean and had everything one would need for a pleasant stay - washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc. There is also a nice coffee shop on the property that makes great breakfast sandwiches! Highly recommend booking a snorkeling excursion as well as a tour of the mangroves. There are bikes available although we did not use. We relied on taxis to get around the island and stuck with one driver the entire time. There is a super nice market that has all the essentials (including alcohol). We walked there which took about 25 minutes and took a cab home. Highly recommend this place - we had a blast!!!!

The condo was better than advertised. One of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Very quiet ,nice pool,very easy 10 minute walk to beach with very few people. Good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Rent a car for a few days to see the sights then return to condo for remaining time Highly recommend...

This spot was exactly as described. Lucas was extremely helpful and responsive. The condo was a short walk from the beach. It was a gated complex so we felt very safe. The inside had everything we needed- I cannot recommend enough!

Although you need a Car/Scooter/Bicycle is needed in my opinion for a stay in this beautiful property/, you may find it very comfortable, close to the beach and totally equipped. We have rented a car and have there unforgettable vacation week

I would definitely recommend Lucas’ place. Great locations. The little books of past visitor suggestions is great. Lucas’ suggestions were great. I did not want to leave.

This is a lovely condo, super conveniently located to the pools and the parking lot. You’ll need a car to get around and the beach is a bit of a hike, but you can walk there or take the bikes. The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need and the patio is private and cozy. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return!

Property is in an ideal location close to restaurants in Turtle Cove and Smith’s reef nearby. Room is really well set up with bikes, beach chairs, snorkelling equipment and beach toys for the kids.

Great place

This was a cute little room, would be perfect for a couple or a couple friends. The resort was quiet. Super easy access to the hot tub and pool. Public beach access at the end of Coconut rd. Room had washer and dryer which we loved, air conditioning, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc. would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, beautifully maintained multi-level resort is where you will find this gem of a studio; the apartment is nice and well-equipped. Although there are no beach views from the garden patio, the pool deck steps away provide them in abundance. Regarding amenities and previous posts, guests must know the following: First of all, do not count on the bikes, beach chairs or snorkeling gear. While the bikes were good ones when purchased some years ago, they’ve been left in the elements and the chains and gears need maintenance as they are corroded and rusted. Please do not heed the host’s advice to ride bikes to the IGA for groceries and alcohol - Leeward Hwy is treacherous with no bike lanes or even shoulders to ride on safely. We know this from having started a bike ride through the not-gravel but concrete debris dirt road (Sunburst), the rusted gears randomly changing over chunks of concrete, and ended up ditching them (chained to a palm tree) on Richmond Hills to complete the trek on foot. The beach chairs are very handy with spacious zip pockets for your stuff, the bottom one being insulated - however, one of the 3 has a rusted out tube and is unsteady if operable at all. Pack your own snorkeling gear as there is no functional snorkeling gear at the unit - the 1 face mask’s straps are busted and don’t tighten to adhere. The apartment is just right for 2 and perhaps small kids. There are 8 flights of 10 stairs/per to get to the ground/beach level and no elevator - hard to manage for anyone with ambulatory issues. Make sure your ride from the airport drops you in the back of property or you will be hauling luggage up 84 stairs. There is no cable which is fine with most when traveling to paradise but if you have a sports fan in your travel companion (like I did for NFL playoff games) you are SOL. Finally, the hosts are non-responsive - messages posted on the app and emails to host’s personal address went unanswered.

Clean and comfortable, near pools and hot tub. Simones restaurant was down the stairs with good food and service. Appreciated the security gate and indoor garage with elevator was available as well, if needed. It was disappointing to find out the Thursday fish fry had been canceled since covid. Make sure you try and book scuba and other events early due to the small amount of staff. One scuba place went from 5 dive masters to 1. After driving the island was grateful for our location. The condo gives limited supplies on like toilet paper and garbage sacks so may need a grocery run if staying passed a few days. They provide wonderful beach chairs that we used daily but a small cooler would have been nice as well. The roads are not great so we never used the bikes. Was glad we had our rental car or would not have enjoyed the trip near as much. Great island but was sad to see so much trash when you were not in the nicer areas like where we were. We explored the island from end to end in about 7 days.

They provided snorkeling equipment and beach equipment.

I liked that it was centrally located and that it was secured. What I didn't like was all the stairs in order to get to the beach. I also didn't like that I would have had to leave the unit open in order to get to the pool because there was no access through the middle of the building. I could only go by going through the front door and around the building. Finally, the building is not good for the elderly or handicap.

The property location was perfect closed to everything very clean perfect view. The owner provided a lot of information when we rented the place out so it was very helpful.

The hosts were AMAZING! Everything was there for us. Tons of recommendations on where to go! Best stay I’ve had!

Absolutely stunning resort and location, a 2 min walk to the beach.

We loved our stay in this clean, beautiful studio apartment. It is perfectly located away from crowds but close enough to shopping, dining. beaches, etc. We rented a car as we wanted to tour the island, but there were bicycles available to ride to beach, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next visit to this beautiful island. Lucas was readily available when we needed him. Wonderful host.

First off, Lucas is wonderful. When I was booking, I mentioned that I needed a place with a grill. He did not have one, but procured on one advance of my stay. He was also extremely helpful with important suggestions (where to grocery shop, etc). This is a small studio - make no mistake. It is not on the beach and is far enough away that I closed the glass sliding doors at night to ward off sound. If you need to hear the ocean at night, this isn't the place. Also, the unit is on the first floor. Even though the building is on top of a hill you don't have an ocean view. All that said, the management staff are great. There are two pools (one heated!) and a hot tub that gets drained and cleaned every night. The best after diving!! There is a decent bar/restaurant and a great gelato place on the premises. Provo Turtle Divers is about 200 yards away and they are the ones to dive with. Great folks. There are a handful of terrific restaurants and bars on the marina behind the dive shop. Quiet, friendly, and all good. A dive for jerk chicken in front that's awesome and cheap. This is the quiet part of the island north of Grace Bay, which is walkable down the beach or a short drive. Smith's Reef is a good snorkeling spot, 1000 steps (I counted) away. Or a 3min drive. There's parking underground below the unit. Note, it's many stairs from the condo down to the restaurant, etc, below. But the pools and hot tub ate just outside the unit. Condo has everything you need, now including a grill, except for a blender. In fact, all 3 people I talked to who were renting at La Vista (different owners) lacked blenders. So weird. That said, the island has no local produce at all. I lamented this aspect of Caicos. I rented a small car from Avis. For Christmas week, when I often travel to the Caribbean, this was the most affordable place to rent a car. All else on the island is a fortune. Beware. And....I recommend a 4WD if you are an adventurer. By far the best snorkeling maybe anywhere I've been in the Caribbean in the last 5 yrs is at Northwest Point. It's deserted up there. Literally. A one-lane sandy road takes you there; I got stuck twice in the sand and had to push out. Entirely worth it! But if it's snorkeling from shore you are after, you need a different island. Caicos is for diving or beach going. For that it's ideal - long sandy beaches and none are private. You can plop down anywhere! Thanks Lucas!!! I had a blast. A+++

We enjoyed our week in your condo. It was very comfortable, clean, and a great location. The only suggestion I have that will make a nice vacation rental better is that you get a good floor lamp for reading. Thank you for being a gracious host.
