Absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay - Edgardo’s place is spacious, super clean, and had all that we needed (and more!) for our Rincón vacation. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. Stunning sunsets from Black Eagle Beach every night! Instructions were clear and our host was very responsive before & during our reservation. Highly recommend!!

Communication with the hostel was excellent, very attentive. The place is very clean and organized and its surroundings are very quiet. Very close to everything, great location.

The best location! We had the best trip. The gated community was nice. Pool was good size and well maintained. House worked out well. Would stay again.

Great place for a small family! Nicely equipped! Walking distance to Black Eagle Beach and short drive to Domes, Marias, and Sandy Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Edgardo's house! The house was perfect for us - 2 adults & 2 kids. The location was awesome, so close to everything! We loved the pool, the neighborhood, the amenities, and Edgardo is a very friendly and welcoming host. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great

Very convenient 2 Bdr./2 Bath house with AC in the bedrooms, big fridge w/ice maker. Washer/Dryer did not work which were inconvenient but did not represent a big deal as we were there just 2 nights. It has very convenient sunny and shaded areas for you to choose were to have your meals outside enjoying the breeze. Condo pool is right across the street. Well priced for the amenities offered. You can book it with confidence.

Rincón is always da place to go for a relax stay. Sunny and breezy days along with a variety of cool places to go will make your trip worthwhile.

We loved staying in this super clean home in a small gated community in a very quiet area near Rincon. It was wonderful having air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. No air conditioning in the bathrooms or living room and kitchen areas, so we stayed in the bedrooms a lot of the time. There was a box fan in the dumpster when we 'checked in', but apparently it had 'checked out'. A pool is right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk out of the gate. Plenty of towels available, good washer/dryer combo too. There were even a few beach toys to keep our toddler busy. Just needed a hammer to crack coconuts lol! This was the vacation of a lifetime for us! Thanks so much!

We loved having the pool right across the street :) The kitchen was fully stocked and we so appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella :) We will definitely come back and encourage others to visit the Beach House GRACIAS, EDGARDO!

Close to beaches. Had everything we needed plus a a few extra things. Beach chairs, kayak boogie board and surf board. I will recommend this property to my friends going to Puerto Rico.

I had a very good time at this Ensenada house. It is located at just one block from the beach, so it was extremely easy to go back and forth with no need of using the car. The area has great restaurants: I highly recommend Copa Llena for its food and great terrace overlooking the sea; Shipwreck has also very good food and a friendly atmosphere.; El Ancla is literary on the beach, is very casual and has good food (but they have erratic hours, open late for lunch and close early for dinner). There's a forth restaurant, Barramarina, and a juice bar, The Juice Box, that I did not have time to try. The house itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. It's well equipped and the owner was very expedient when I had to contact him (I did not have the code to the development gate). I highly recommend this place.

Took the family here for spring break. This is a great location right next to the water and all the activities that you could want. Did diving, snorkeling, and surfing. We took daily walks at sunset along the water to view the great tide pools and enjoyed the slow pace. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Right next to the downtown area that we walked to along the beach. We will be back again!

The property and the location very nice. The cleaning horrible, especially hairs all over the place like inside the beds, floors, bathrooms, etc. the communication with the manager very bad, never answered my phone messages and my emails answered after 6 hours later. But the location and the development great. I will stay again but with the property clean.

The property location is the best, super convenient location in Rincon. Steps out the community gate away from shipwreck restaurant which I highly recommend to everyone for dinner, great food and service. Beach is also right there, but this specific location in front of the property is kinda rocky so I didn’t enjoy it much. House is located across the street from community pool and the kids enjoyed it very much. 10 minute walk to the center plaza of Rincon, be careful though barely any sidewalks. House was comfortable with stocked kitchen, satellite cable, WiFi, bedroom ac units, paddle board and cooler. Taking a shower was a bit annoying as water kept going under the shower curtains and wetting the whole bathroom floor. Suite bathroom door knob needs replacement, my kid got stuck in there and I had to open it from outside. If you do get stuck inside, push In and turn knob. Overall location excellent, property and amenities good. Cleaning lady not doing the greatest job but at least beds were clean. I would recommend on location alone, I hope owner can make some improvements to the property to make it even better.

Cool place to rent

The house is perfectly located in Rincon. I loved the decor and layout. The beds and the bedding were great. It was very comfortable and roomy for 2 adults. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The neighbors are friendly. It is a short walk to the marina, bars and restaurants. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay at this home again if I am in Rincon.

Owner should consider installing AC in living room it was hot, futton uncomfortable, needs another TV in masters room. Lawn was not mowed. Quiet neighborhood and centric, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great location, this is our 4th time in Rincon and by far our favorite so far. The condo is clean and comfortable. The owners are very responsive and were awesome to work with.

Owners are responsive and fabulous. Home is equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

There were two ceiling lights burnt out and as the ceilings were 10 to 12 feet high we couldn’t replace the bulbs. There are no dressers in the house, so for a stay of one month it was kind of hard keeping our clothes in our suitcases. The location of the house is great. But some of the surrounding houses rent to what looked to be surfers which like to party and were quite loud. You could walk to multiple restaurants and the beach from the house, in that respect it was terrific. But in our four years of staying at various rental houses/condos in Puerto Rico this one had the least amount of amenities. There was one spatula and one large spoon for cooking and a large frying pan that had Teflon peeling off of it. I left a note for them to throw that one away. The washer and dryer were wonderful, new and did a great job. Refrigerator has an icemaker which was great. Countertop is chipped in the kitchen and there is really no where to sit besides the futon in the living room which wasn’t very comfortable. The house was clean when we got there and there was an area to sit outside but it was directly in the sun so you couldn’t sit out there for any length of time. The house is right across from the pool which I enjoyed a lot. We met some very nice people there. There are plenty of beach towels and regular towels and washcloths but no hand towels and no dish cloths to wash dishes with. The house really is very conveniently placed although in a noisy area. The second bedroom only had a ceiling light and no bedside light which made it a little difficult having to get out of bed to shut the light. We had to tie cords onto the ceiling fan chains so we could turn the lights off and just have the fans on during the daytime, 2 in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The chains that were attached to the fans were too high to reach otherwise. Mattresses were good but when we took the sheets off to change the bed the mattress pad was grayish brown where people would have been sleeping, I have no idea how long they had been on the bed without being washed which I then proceeded to do. Also, the pillows are stained which you don’t know until you take the pillowcases off to wash them. I put clean towels over the pillows just for an extra layer between me and the stains I did email the rental company to tell them all these things and they said that the house has been rented constantly and they had no knowledge of all those things.

Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and well priced . House clean & maintained. I'm a little particular, only thing I would say is update pillows and towels. A bit worn, but would stay there again. Ray R.

Our family of four stayed in this home for 3 nights in Rincon. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the beds were comfy, two bathrooms was a big bonus. A/C in the bedrooms worked well and we used the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the pool and lanai across the street. We bought groceries at a grocery about a mile away and ate breakfast and lunch at the house. It was about a two block walk to the beach and we enjoyed snorkeling at Steps Beach which was a five minute drive. There are new homes being constructed next door, so there was some construction noise, but that will be temporary. Edgardo was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
