Great layout with a lot of space. Patio was large and beautiful and the landscaping was amazing!! Will definitely stay in the future.

Between two living areas and an outside dining table, there is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and enjoy themselves. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood and easy access to grocery, etc. Owners very responsive.

Had a great stay in the house. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice patio to sit on in the morning for coffee in the sunshine! Cute and tasty coffee shop around the corner and minimart across the street. We walked to the beach from the house.

The house is perfectly located for a family vacation. There was ample space for 7 adults and three children. Great backyard space to hang out in between sight seeing. And, the owners are friendly and responsive to questions.

The Crown Point Beach House was perfect for our family. The space was incredibly clean, the location was perfect, and the host was responsive and very helpful. The high chair and pack & play provided were especially helpful as we were traveling with infants. We loved getting to walk on the bay each morning and evening! Would definitely recommend

We took a short family trip to San Diego (our first time visiting the area!) in Feb, and this place fit our needs well. We traveled Mom & Dad, our 3 year old, plus Grandma. The bedrooms worked perfect for Grabdma to have her own space and bathroom, and plenty of seating in the living room to watch a movie together in the evening. We never even utilized the second living area, but loved it was an option in case we wanted our own space. Location was central to anything we wanted to do, property clean and just as listed in the pictures. Appreciated plenty of towels and extra toilet paper etc. A suggestion would be to have a few kid friendly plates/cups/etc. Backyard area was beautiful and also perfect for a kid since it was enclosed. We enjoyed our time :)

Great location! We enjoyed our stay over the holidays. Lots of room to move around and enjoy time together as a family. Private patio out back was wonderful for morning coffee. The only negative was the cleanliness. The kitchen needs a deep clean. Easy fix for sure. We would definitely come back.

The beach house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The back patio is a plus; lots of room to hang out, enjoy coffee in the morning, and cocktails at night. The location is perfect, just around the block from the bay. I'm going to try and make this vrbo a yearly family event.

We had an amazing time at Eric and Yvonne’s place. The home was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being just a few blocks from the beach. It was just the right size for our family of 10. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy with this vacation rental! We stayed there with our family and a friends family. The location was amazing, it was so close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and there was multiple recreational areas within walking and bike riding distances. The hosts were awesome. They communicated very well and were extremely helpful. The check in process was very easy. There was plenty of parking which can be rare in SD. The home was beautiful and spacious and was literally everything we could have hoped for. We are definitely going to come back and stay here again.

We rented this property for a family birhtday party. The location was perfect for us and the property itself could not have been more condusive. Open spaces indoors and a cute private out door space. Hosts were very helpful and cummunicative through the whole process.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Point Beach House. The house is spacious and was very clean when we arrived. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short walk to the Bay. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas that were provided. We look forward to staying here again!

USMC Bootcamp graduation brought us to San Diego. This house provided our son a great place to relax and decompress and we got to enjoy our first couple of days with him in the peaceful neighborhood. Price is absolutely worth it.

Beautiful house, perfect for our family. Great location. Only complaint was the sprinklers going off at 6am. Very loud, woke us up like an alarm clock

Our family enjoyed staying here. Had lots of sleeping options for 2 married couples and several teens. We utilized the backyard, table and BBQ which was really nice and peaceful. Also enjoyed having access to bikes (wish we used them more). The family utilized the kitched to cook meals together. Overall worked out perfect for 10 of us.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. The home is very spacious and is in a wonderful neighborhood very close to a lot of different restaurants, the beach, the bay, etc. Eric was very responsive to questions and check-in was extremely easy. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you have the opportunity.
