We found the house and facilities to be just as advertised; quite.spacious, very well appointed, with a completely outfitted kitchen, and a beautiful outdoors. The property is a short drive to fantastic golf courses, restaurants, and shops and stores, including COSTCO. We're already discussing our return for next year.

We had a great stay. PGA west was awesome!

Everyone had their privacy, but we also had alot of room to share together time

This was a beautiful property located on the 5th hole of the PGA West stadium course. Rooms were spacious, massive master bathroom, great kitchen and outdoor area. I had 2 complaints, first was the garage door wouldn't shut full and the opener for the car didn't work, then secondly the thermostat in the main part of the house wouldn't drop below 75 degrees which made things uncomfortable when trying to escape for the 100 degree weather.

We love this house.. First time we travelled with our dogs and the house was perfect! HAs great side yard with grass for them fully enclosed and and inside atrium so we could leave them to play golf without worrying.. House has great TV's, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds as good as any place we have stayed. Has 2 large patio areas to sit out in the morning and enjoy the view with our coffee as well as grilled one night..Look forward to coming back...

Good location, size, room sizes and generally nice appearance. But - carpets need cleaned (numerous spots), cobwebs on ceilings, etc on arrival were extensive, master bed uncomfortable/not firm, barbecue frame and door broken and cover dirty, garage dirty and cluttered, flowers/landscape overwatered

We have stayed at this rental several times over the years and will definitely continue to use this property. This is a wonderful place that holds our entire family. It is beautiful and well-kept. There were a few lights that did not work this time, but other than that, this property is lovely.

3 gents in our 60’s out for some golf. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the A/V easy to figure out - he even has golf channel! Thanks for a nice stay.

We had hoped for more accomodating arrival with everything done so we didn't spend our time getting everything updated. The following is what we had to ask for in order to enjoy 3 month of comfort: Tree in back had to be pruned to keep bird poop off sidewalk and allow some sunshine to give plants nourishment. All bedding was washed and sterilized.Vacuming was done under {pet poop was discovered.Windows were washed squeaky cleanthe entry in the Avery was cleaned ,tree pruned, fountain repaired and restored to working conditionthe main floor grout was hand cleaned and scrubbed.We did all this exept for the tree pruning outside.Your crew was able to plant some pretty flowers that we enhanced with topsoil.Leo was very helpful in fixing the barbq, and ordering the fan to be fixed in one bedroom and the tv update in the 2nd large bedroom. The couch has broken legs in the middle so we put wooden 2/4 to hold it up. Unsightly but better than caving in the middle. These things we mention are what helped have a comfortable vacation. The view the location our neighbors were all enjoyable and Kit&Mary Carson can verify our work at your location. This is a beautiful house with many aspects that make it special but we feel doing what we did should already have been done. We thank you for the accomodations and perhaps the owner can do a little updating that goes a very long way. New bedding would be helpful as well. We love Laquinta and this location We would love to recommend this to others but would want the above done previous to arriving. Hopefully we can work again with you in the future. House worked great for our family of adults especially good beds and one room have low bed level so easy for older adults to get into .

The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all comfortable, the location has Southern views of the mountains, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ducks and geese in the lake, and the golfers teeing off on hole #5 of the Stadium course. The property manager provided good customer service.
The property was as described and everything was in order so we didn't need any assistance from the manager to fix anything. Flat screen tvs in each bedroom and in living room worked great. We are golfers and there are multiple excellent courses in the immediate vicinity to play.

Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Wonderful for guests. There were a couple of glitches early in our stay that required maintenance, but the property management company was very responsive and solved the problems in a timely manner. Only downside is that the PGA West location is a little further away than we would prefer from our favorite restaurants, golf courses, etc.
