This was a very nice condo in a small complex. We loved how quiet and calm the area was compared to other Myrtle Beach condos we have stayed in. The beach was not crowded during the day at all. The condo had everything we needed and fit our family needs well. The owner called to check on us the very first night to make sure everything was clean and ready for us. Overall a great experience. We have already booked again for next year.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room. We loved spending evenings on the covered balcony and had a fantastic view of the fireworks on the pier. Condo and common areas including the pool were well maintained. Thank you Stephen for sharing it with us! Would love to stay here again!

Stephen, the owner, was very helpful ahead of check-in and during our stay. We usually always rent a house, but this condo had every kitchen, laundry, linen, beach, and play "need" we could have thought of...from providing all linens, beach towels, beach chairs/toys, kitchen cooking amenities, the perfect beachfront covered balcony with couch/chairs, and sunning balcony. The location to all you need is easy. We had the entire 7th floor to ourselves. The only small downside was the twin bedroom was hot at night and had to buy fan and 1 of the beach chairs was broke...but overall it's certainly worthy of a 5 star review and to repeat rent again.
We highly recommend eating at The Boundary House, Boardwalk Billy's, Melt (homemade ice cream), and The Shack. Keep in mind it's the beach so allow an hour wait time anywhere after 330pm. We also had a great time at K1 Karts.

We have stayed in this condo before and hope to return. Beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you might ever need to make the perfect vacation. Gorgeous views and easy access to beach. The covered deck was our favorite area. The furniture is so comfortable, I fell asleep on the outdoor sofa the first night there and woke up several hours later! Very calming and peaceful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Unfortunately, the cleaning team are not doing there job. Dust was bad on plants, accessories, baseboards And walls. Cobwebs in master
Room in the corners.
Hopefully that will be resolved with a new cleaning. The gym is awful and building needs some TLC.
HOA need to step it up.
We enjoyed our time and felt safe.

This place was wonderful.
We are a group of five women on a beach quilting retreat. We are indoors mostly except for walks on the beach and staring at the sand and waves from the balcony. The amenities include everything you could want (except bath soap). It feels like you are in a friends very nice home. The beach views are incredible especially the sunrise. There are two great balconies; one large and covered and one where you can get some sun. This unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. We hope to go back.

Idalia hit us on Wednesday, and it caused a tornado that also hit us (shook the building and did some minor damage to the façade). Checked that off our bucket list!

We’ve stayed in Cherry Grove many times and we started to find it hard to fit our growing family. This place was beautifully decorated and right on budget! There were plenty of rooms and places to stay for 9 over 13 years old! It was great having there full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. It was great to find a place that had linens and towels already available and they could be left behind for house cleaning. We can say so much more about this penthouse, but the view of the ocean tells it all! Enjoy your stay!

This was our second time staying in Steve’s condo. It’s perfect for us. Just enough space in dooms for a pack play and a blow up toddler travel bed. We so enjoyed the balcony from sunrise to sun set and beyond. My favorite part is the easy access down to the beach. No steps. Just a wooden walkway to sand. Love the decor. Nice furniture. The only thing that was an issue at first was kitchen food storage space. With three families plus 3 kids takes a bit of room. Eventually we figured it out. Well stocked kitchen. We will be back next year.

First time renting with VRBO. The process was so easy! We loved our condo. The layout was perfect when us grownups wanted to get away from the kids. We don't spend much time in the sand so the private balcony was perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sun. Condo was clean and had everything you could need, except a pizza pan and cutter but we made do. Loved this condo and would love to rent again! It was home away from home. All the homey touches. Perfect!

We had a lovely week and really enjoyed our stay. Barefoot landing and Broadway at the beach had quite a bit to keep us busy on the cooler days and the beach was great on the warmer days... Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, not having to pack linens, the beach towels provided for us, and especially loved not having to pack a door key. The only fault I could find was the bed in the master suite just wasn’t “my bed,” but that’s anywhere that’s not home. As I said, we had a wonderful stay!

This property was by far the BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED in Cherry Grove! The master bedroom is Awesome! You can lay in bed and watch the sunrise (in Oct.)! The outdoor covered area is Wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there! The kitchen is SO well stocked with anything you could possibly want for making meals and just overall convenience! The views from the balconies are surreal! The unit is very well stocked with games and puzzles! The game room was perfect for the grands! I just absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place!! Steve is an Awesome host and so good to work with!!! I hope to return here year after year! As my title says “The Best yet” 100% for sure!!!

Beautiful property! Plenty of space for everyone to visit together and have their own time alone. Excellent hosts provided lots of great information about the area and a lot of homey touches. We had a great family trip!

Perfect Beach Stay
Lots of space, great beach towels, easy access to beach, kitchen well stocked. We were there 4th of July week and while the beach was crowded we hardly saw anyone in the complex. Stephen was great to work with.

Beautiful Condo
Usually pictures of rentals are better than the actual unit. Not this time! This unit is immaculate and well decorated. Location was perfect for our reunion and the views were beautiful. Kitchen was stocked, lots of little extras like beach chairs and beach towels. It felt like home. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful property. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Great access to the beach and parking was not an issue at all. The covered balcony was lovely. Plenty of towels and lots of board games that my kids enjoyed. The pool was closed by SC Dept of Health which was concerning but my kids had so much fun at the beach they did not care. The wifi was spotty at times if you need constant access to internet. Overall we loved this property and look forward to coming back.

Stephen was a great host and had everything completely prepared. The condo is good size and the patios are amazing. These views were awesome!! Condo was clean and well kept. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool is on the smaller side but otherwise I’d highly recommend!

Generally very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated but more room on table tops etc would be better for our stuff. Shower curtain in primary suite was moldy. The couch was very dirty under the cushions. Some wall repairs were needed, property owner did inform us of that.
Overall, we all enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful view and great location in Cherry Grove.
This was a very spacious and well furnished vacation rental. The master bedroom is beautiful with a spacious sitting area, private balcony and large bathroom. They were plenty of towels and bed linens were provided and very comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and there is a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony off the living room is spacious with seating for six. We really enjoyed our stay in your condo.

Loved the condo and Cherry Grove
Property was fabulous. Loved the two different balconies and the location was perfect. Stephen is a fabulous host. We will absolutely stay again and would highly recommend the condo. It was like being in a home away from home. The only disappointment was the pool was under construction - but it didn't slow us down in the least.....
