The elderly couple who are the owners live downstairs and did everything they could to make us welcome and resolve the small issues we had . The location is absolutely awesome .

The very poor internet connection, , no washing machine as advertised , the booking agent was completely incompetent .

The location of the acommodation is quiet, not far to the centre of Karlobag and also close to the bay with calm water and slow access to the sea, which is fine for families with kids. This appartment is situated at the very end of the narrow street, righ at the sea coast. The house itself consists of 4 appartments on the 1st and 2nd floor and the proprietors live on the groundfloor of the same building. It was very pleasant, that the host enabled the earlier check –in and also let us stay longer at the end as the weather was tempting then. There was a very nice terrace right at the sea used by the guests of the house only. It was only pity that the deckchairs were not cleaned after winter storage. The access to the sea was nice but could be more comfortable let us the hosts go through the garden, not around the house.

The appartment is small and cosy with the terrace facing the sea. Unfortunately there is no sun in the morning which might be disadvantage at the beginning of the season. The kitchen corner is only suitable for preparation of some simple courses, not much utensils to be used and a rather limited space for preparation of the food. Also no detergents weren‘t there. The host seemed quite suprised that we arrived three, the room was only prepared for two, eventhough we got the voucher with the clearly expressed number of visitors and paid the whole price almost two months before the planned arrival.
