The bathroom remodeling upstairs was really impressive and well done! New carpeting also very good addition!

Location was great, very easy to get to the beach and attractions. Wifi was a little spotty at moments and I would recommend bringing your own trash bags and toilet paper as well as the required linens and towels. Overall pleasant and enjoyable.

Felt very comfortable in this rental. The home was well decorated and relaxing. The owner was very communicative and responsive when necessary. Would absolutely stay again!

We had an awesome week in Rehoboth and this house was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great and having a pool right there was the best! We hope to return again next year!

The property looked like it was recently renovated, it was very clean and well kept. You could not tell that pets are allowed as the house was very clean. We were very happy with the home and location. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Honestly, I feel like the photos don’t do it justice. It’s brighter and rooms are larger than they appear. There’s everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. The patio made for a pleasant spot for morning coffee and an evening meal. The location is steps from Rehoboth avenue and a 15 minute walk to the beach. (We drove to Deauville beach each day to take advantage of the tennis courts as well as the surf. The parking passes provided made the beach parking free and the lot is steps from the beach.) The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. My only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi signal in the master bedroom is very weak. To be fair, I didn’t reach out to the owners for a remedy because it wasn’t a big deal to us. There may have been a quick fix. A signal extender might be a good idea. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again, if we return to Rehoboth in the future.

This home was absolutely gorgeous. Pretty sure it was decorated by an interior decorator. Just lovely! The home owners , provided so much. We had the worst weather ever, but we didn’t care. The neighborhood, patio and garden were just beautiful. One of the best properties I’ve ever rented. I would come back many times.

We really enjoyed this unit. The proximity to Rehoboth Ave, cleanliness and decor are great. We had a problem with the Wifi but Stewart responded straightaway. The outdoor space is lovely. It’s a small but beautiful, reasonably private patio with comfortable seating and grill. The only thing I would caution future guests about is the circular staircase. It was no problem for us but could be for people less steady. Great spot. We would definitely love to return.

We have stayed in Rehobeth many times (6 or 7 summers) and not only was this for first unit we ever stayed in, we have continued to rent it when it is available! Kim and Stewart are a pleasure to rent from. They are friendly, responsive, and very welcoming. They are quick to handle any question or concern you may have! The condo is nicely equipped with just about anything you’d need, however, you will be given a list of things to bring. The condo is clean and well furnished. The location is just perfect and we love the “secret passage” to the strip. A dog friendly unit, yet you’d never know it as there is no lingering animal smell or animal hair. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental!

We had a awesome time ! Right behind dogfish head went to several great restaurants… back porch, The oyster House, Salt Air. We never got in the car everything is in walking distance. The saltwater pool is open in the community till the end of September used it every day !

The two-story townhouse is just the right size for parents with oner child. Both bedrooms are well-accommodated and there is a connecting master bath. The laundry is convienantly located upstairs. The downstairs is wonderful with a well-appointed kitchen, attached dining room and a good sized living room/den. The is access to a patio as well and a powder room on the first floor. Another great feature is the pool that is within a few steps from the front door. The location cannot be beat. Close to main street and all the restaurants and shops. Yet also separated by large fencing that doesn't allow for transient traffic. The beach is within relatively close walking distance, equal to about four blocks. We also loved the location for getting out to the coastal highway quickly for groceries, the outlets and great restaurants. We have rented twice and will probably keep renting . It also comes with 2 parking spaces and a guest pass for parking on the street. It's a great deal in a wonderful spot.

We had a great time staying here. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. The pool is very nice and just steps away and we could walk to Rehoboth Ave. (near Dogfish Head) in just a couple of minutes. Walking to the boardwalk was also easy, and parking passes were provided to allow us to park very close to the beach in the morning. Overall it was a great experience staying here.

Great in town location- quick walk to the best restaurants. Clean, comfortable, updated and plenty of space for a father and two teenage daughters. the pool was much better than expected!

the codo was exactly like the picture on line. we were very surprised by the back patio and gardens. it was amazing a little piece of heaven. The pool was excellent. The host were very friendly answer emails immediately. definitely recommend .

What a great house! Of course, there are those stairs, so be careful with older folks. We were a bunch of 50 (ish!) year old gals and we did just fine on them, but we were certainly careful. The kitchen is one of the most equipped I've been in, and I've been in a lot of rentals. The backyard patio is great, and the living area too. The bedrooms are quite large, enough that we put another single inflatable bed in one of them instead of using the fold-out couch. The bathroom situation is ideal for groups - a vanity adjacent to each bedroom, with a toilet/tub/shower in between (so each room can brush teeth, do makeup, etc while someone else is in the shower). We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner while there and Stewart was right on it, always in communication. OH - and the pool!!! Stellar!!!!! It was only 78-82 degrees out while we were there but sunny sometimes, so we sat at the pool a lot. The water was warm and wonderful! We can't wait to stay here again!

A lovely property, very well cared for and in a perfect location right off the avenue, close to the beach yet quiet and private. Easy parking. Hosts really think about the guest experience with all of the conveniences provided. Highly recommended.

The property was lovely and the location hard to beat. We were steps from the beach and from local restaurants. Despite its proximity to everything we wanted, it was quiet and restful. We definitely will look to stay again. It felt like or home away from home.
