Terrific spot for skiing

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Private and secluded enough from the busy part of town but close enough for the convenience. Great way to explore the Nevada side of Tahoe too. Host is amazing too. All around would recommend highly! :)

We spent a week at this property for skiing. Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable bedding, kitchen has everything needed for cooking, Great access to Stagecoach and Boulder lifts at Heavenly. We've stayed at plenty of VRBOs and this is exceptional for location, kitchen prep, and overall accommodations.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this condo. Plenty of room for the 4 adults in our party. Kitchen has what you need to cook for 4. Beds were comfortable. Clean and the heat worked when we returned from skiing. Slopes are close. Buses run just like the owner says they do. Very convenient. Sheryl was very responsive even before we arrived. We had a good time. It was a pleasure for us to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay outside of Yosemite. The hot tub was a real treat after a day of hiking in the park. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. I recommend this house to anyone.

The jacuzzi and the fireplace were amazing! The kitchen was stocked well. I loved that there were an assortment of condiments so that we didn’t have to buy all our seasonings and stuff like that. The beds were comfy and a little tall but they give you a stool if u need to climb in. It was in a nice location too. Not too far from stores or local shops. They had some games as well that I was excited about! I hadn’t played backgammon in ages! The only thing I think I would ask for is extra towel’s especially for the pool and hot tub so we didn’t have to use our bath towels. All in all I would definitely come back and stay there again! Already planning a trip back with friends next year.

We have stayed in lots of VRBO units and this one had the best appointed kitchen of any. The unit was perfect for the four of us and is definitely worth renting again.

The condo was exactly what we needed for a week of rest and relaxation!!! It is close enough to everything in South Lake Tahoe but far enough to get you away from the touristy part of town. It was also the first time I’ve ever stayed in a VRBO that includes laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and all paper products which is a huge savings and convenience!!! Thank you Sheryl for sharing your home with us!!!

This is a great little property for a couple people that want to explore Tahoe! Location is fantastic, the unit itself was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay and the condo

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and absolutely loved our stay here. It’s so cozy & clean, has a gorgeous view, and is located nearby anything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We really enjoyed our stay and Sheryl was very helpful and accommodating. We were there during one of the BIG storms and it was difficult to get to the slopes and, especially over to the California side of Heavenly. But I suppose that is what happens when you get 3 feet of snow in a day!

The owner was extremely responsive, gracious and thoughtful. Although small and compact, the place was cozy, was in a great location, and we’ll stocked in the kitchen and entertainment. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Adorable condo with everything we needed- we had two couples in the condo. Great spot in summer with a pool close by and not far from town. Enjoyed the seating on the balcony playing games. Great places to eat close by and lots of exploring options around the area. Loved our time here!

We loved our stay in this property over the July 4th holiday. It was a beautiful property with plenty of space for my fiance and I on our romantic weekend getaway. It would've been more than enough space for another couple too. The location is in a gorgeous area up high at Heavenly with beautiful views of the valley below. The in unit jacuzzi was very nice and there was access to a shared hottub and pool we didn't get a chance to use. I'm a trail runner and there were some great trails less than 1/4 mile from the door that networked all around the area. This review would be 5 stars except for the fact that many of the surrounding units were very noisy. There was tons of foot traffic outside of our house and on the floor above us by a group that seemed to be about 10 people strong. They were incredibly loud the entire time and it seemed that while we were in our unit there was never a moment of quiet. One morning I woke up to someone in the unit above us have their phone alarm going off for 30 minutes. It was easily heard in every room of the unit (Unit A) that we stayed in. Additionally, the stairs outside of the unit have a view into this unit and no blinds to shade or have privacy. Whenever groups would enter the unit above ours they'd take a peek in our unit to see what was going on. It didn't bother me but it did both my fiance and I would imagine might bother most people. I would recommend staying here as the location, deck, jacuzzi, parking and host were all wonderful. If quiet and privacy are a high priority to you then another unit (top unit) might be better during peak visit times to Heavenly.

We loved our time in Tahoe Village! Our host was wonderful about providing information concerning the condo/check-in process as well as great restaurant and activity recommendations. She also included grocery information as well. So helpful!

We were looking for a nice small place to use as our “base camp”. Our husbands were playing in a golf tournament and we wives enjoyed just relaxing and doing nothing! Sat on the deck and read books and took naps! Enjoyed listening to the breeze through the pine trees. Nice serene moments!

The condo was a great location for us to see the breath taking beauty of Lake Tahoe. Sky Cabin was perfect for 2 couples with 2 bed/2 bath and the kitchen was adequately stocked with what we needed. Fireplace and balcony were a nice touch as well.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Lake Tahoe Luxury Alpine Cottage. Sherry filled us in with helpful tips about the area prior to our arrival. The cottage was quite pretty, thoughtfully decorated with attractive and good quality pieces, and lots of beautiful wood paneling and flooring. The kitchen had multiple staples, such as spices and rice. I was especially appreciative of the great quality pans, cooking utensils, and chef's knives which made preparing meals so much easier. The best part of the cottage for me was the gas fireplace. After a hard day's skiing, it was so lovely to relax and enjoy the fire.

My family and I had a great stay. The location was very close to Heavenly and decor was so cozy! We initially booked because of the community hot tub but unfortunately it was closed due to COVID. We weren’t aware of the situation until we got there but Sheryl compensated us for it which was the right thing to do. She was very professional and responded quickly. Other than that, great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

There was a snow storm. Car got snowed in. Got yelled at by some old white guy who was awful. I will never go back there, just because of that dude! He was so angry, not just at me but other people there. That guy needs to retire!

Had a wonderful time. Very close to the lifts (not walkable) but an easy drive to ample parking at Stagecoach lift. Well outfitted kitchen worked perfectly for us.
