Spacious living room, large deck for bbqing, great hot tub, comfortable beds, good bike selection, the list goes on. . .

We liked it a lot. Made most of our meals together. Many comfortable spaces for large and small conversation groups.

The house was immaculate. Clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Could have easily fit more. The layout of the house is great with no bedrooms sharing a wall and plenty of privacy. The atrium with the hot tub was what sold us and it didn't disappoint. After a day of skiing on Mt. Bachelor, it was the perfect recovery spot. The location is great and centrally located. 30 min to Mt. Bachelor, 20 min to Bend and 45 min from the Redmond airport. Can't wait to come back here in the summer or fall to explore all the hiking and biking trails!

Great place. Very clean and neat. Hot tub is great for whole family. All rooms are very comfortable. Customer service is also very prompt and friendly. Strongly recommended.

It was big enough we could all spread out, but also had several large areas where we could hang out together. The hot tub room was a hit. The big deck with seating and a huge bbq was great for our birthday celebration.

This place worked perfectly, especially after a 7 hour drive, to detox from the stressors in life and connect with your fellow travelers. The hot tub was the perfect temperature to wind down in and the SHARC is super fun to visit. The one hurdle we faced was the fridge freezing everything, but at least it’s better than the latter potential temperature! If you’re thinking of visiting here, this house is perfect for almost any occasion!

Huge house, lots of room for everyone! Very quiet and peaceful spot. Ping pong, basketball, foosball, and bikes were lots of fun for everyone. Loved the sunroom with jacuzzi! It was nice and hot with good jets. We bbqed on the back porch. Books and board games were a nice touch. Plenty of towels and other necessities like laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Our king master bed was comfy and supportive. The AC throughout the house worked great. Short distance to convenience store (easy bike ride), and about 5 min drive to the Shark center and shopping. Fred meyer delivered our groceries for $9 (much cheaper than shopping in Sunriver!) No complaints. Will come again!

12 Poplar turned out to be the perfect place for our family group of six guys to get together for a long weekend golf trip. The downstairs family room and outdoor deck were great spots to hang out, the spa a perfect spot to soak the aches away after golf. The kitchen is very well stocked and the outdoor grill worked beautifully. 12 Poplar will definitely be on our list for future trips.

Beautiful home full of everything a family needs including space and privacy! Home is surrounded by endless activities and wildlife....

We truly loved everything about the home. It was clean, spacious, enough bikes for all of us and just felt so comfortable. We loved the board game variety and the little reading nook. We look forward to booking this property again and highly recommend it.

This house had it all! It was great for our family, easy to be together or spread out. They had bikes and ping-pong ready to go, and a kitchen with all the tools. The hot tub room was a quirky and cozy surprise. Close to hiking and biking, too.

Great house with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Sunriver! Although the house is located further away from the Village and SHARC than others, there are bikes in the garage so you can have a nice And easy ride to either. Great floor plan with lots of room for many people. We were a group of 8 and there was ample room and could have accommodated more. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use for big meals. One note is that during hot weather, the upstairs rooms were very hot and stuffy making it hard to sleep up there. The downstairs has AC so no worries there, but the kids complained that it was stifling. We were there during a heat wave, so it’s not typical to be that hot, but adding more fans and perhaps some skylights to let the hot out would be helpful.

Quiet cul-de-sac, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, indoor hot tub, huge deck, quiet neighbors, lots of deer passing through, well appointed. Great option. Would consider it again

This is a great house. We have rented it for our family reunion 2 years in a row. The kitchen is well equipped as we planned to cook meals there for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days. We love the inside hot tub room. It's a great place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night before turning in. The back deck is big enough to accommodate a large group comfortably. There are plenty of bikes and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We will try to rent here again.

Honestly the most ideal spot for us! Everything was thought of and the layout allowed for everyone to have their quiet space (which you do on a family holiday). Ping Pong table came in very handy as well!

The house was ok! It was clean and nicely located. The house didn't have enough linens for the 10 of us, and when we asked for them, we were not given any. The kitchen was great. The rest of the home was a little outdated.

We had four "families" stay for three nights during the summer. There were enough bedrooms, linens, and the kitchen was well appointed as we planned meals each night. Three bathrooms seemed adequate and everyone enjoyed the back deck and hot tub room. Would book again.

The kitchen was well-appointed. The piano was a fun touch. The hot tub was a treat. We enjoyed dinners on the deck in the cool of the evening. The bikes were a real plus.

Location of the house was nice. Lots of amenities and things to do in and around Sunriver. Perfect for families. House was a little outdated and the air conditioning was likely undersized for the large house. Upstairs was very warm.

Our big family had the best time at Poplar 12! We loved the hot tub room, and the layout of the house worked beautifully for us (those with young kids were able to get them to bed while others were able to stay up - with enough separation that it wasn't a problem). The kitchen is nicely updated and we enjoyed taco nights together instead of eating out. It was the perfect fit for us and we'd stay there again (and hope to!). (Review by Megan)

The rather plain exterior of this home belies the hidden gem inside. This was a near perfect home for an extended Thanksgiving with adult daughters, their significant others, and multiple grandchildren. Before the suitcases hit the floor, the grandchildren had claimed the beautiful solarium as their exclusive space. A very well equipped kitchen was a real plus! I brought a small Sonos speaker to meet everyone’s need for music. (The only slight blemish was a very dirty grill with leftover beer caps strewn around on the generous porch. Obviously an oversight on the part of the cleaning crew.) No worries—we loved the house and highly recommend it.
