This is are third stay at this beautiful home.the whole house is spotless. It smells as clean as it looks. Love this home you can walk to Patties in minutes gift shops .you can drive to lake's both ky.lake Barkley. There's a swing on front porch andon back deck you can watch wildlife deer foxes off the deck .I love love this home Cant say enough how lovely this home is.beautiful lights at night.

Well maintained and furnished older home with all the typical amenities. Beautiful deck and backyard area with view of plenty of wildlife (10 deer plus 3 foxes the first evening). Location is just minutes from downtown Grand Rivers without feeling like you are “in town”. We rented a golf cart and used it for transportation around the town which the kids loved. The whole family enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful back deck to enjoy morning coffee! Saw a doe calmly crossing and spent every morning listening to the crow family discussing daily plans. Hosts are quick to respond. Decor is spot on and comfy. Wish the bathroom was centrally located but hey...we made it work and the bathroom was well appointed. Will definitely stay with them again!

Very nice people to work with. House was very clean and had everything you would need. Property was close to a number of things to do yet at the same time it where the house was located it was so peaceful. On the back deck you could enjoying watching the deer, rabbits, squirrels and birds. Would highly recommend this property>

Had a great stay! Checking in was seamless with the smart lock. Place was very clean and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to Patti’s Settlement and surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Property was very clean and comfortable - seemed like home away from home. Much more enjoyable than staying at a motel. All amenities needed were provided and many thoughtful ones added. Property was close enough to "town" that we were able to walk to most functions without having to bother with finding suitable parking.

We loved our stay at this cute little house. Truly your home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Nice little touches like a basket of blankets to snuggle in while watching tv on the nights it got cold. The owners have really tried to anticipate things you might need. There was even a karaoke machine!

The house is comfortable, clean and met all our needs. It is exactly as described and the owners are very accommodating. This was our second time staying and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

When I book house it had listed that it had a hot tub. When I contacted owner they said the did and it was a mistake on listing. The layout of kitchen is bad can not open dryer door very much because frig is in the way. The frig sounds like it is about to die. The microwave is straight out of the 70s. The King bed only had 3 slates under it and it kill our backs.
Went to take a hot bath and there was not enough hot water to fill tub.
The house is quite and it is within walking distance to Patty's. Just a little disappointed in the house in general. Text owners they said they were sorry and that's all I hear from them. They did change listing to where a hot tub is not listed.

Great location, very well appointed accommodations. Throughly enjoyed our stay. We would definetly stay again. Hosts were excellent, checked with us to see if we needed anything. We had no problems, enjoyed seeing the deer in the afternoon.

This residence was absolutely perfect for a week long fishing trip. Plenty of space for boat parking and even a carport to keep you from having to cover your boat every night. Owners are super friendly and more than willing to help with anything that they can. Multiple TV’s, wifi, hookup for boat charger, and plenty of deer roaming in the back yard in the evenings if you’re into that. Close to multiple restaurants, multiple boat ramps, etc.

We enjoyed eating dinner out on the back deck with the local wildlife. The back yard is like a state park; beautifully kept with wild animals constantly in site throughout the mornings and evenings. The covered front porch also has wicker chairs and swing that are delightful with a good book or cup of tea/coffee.

So, so, so clean! We had an awesome stay and communication with the property owner was perfect. Wonderfully close to Patti's 1800's Settlement and we loved seeing all the deer on the backyard. You should have no hesitation in booking this adorable property. 5*

This is our second stay here at the cottage. The first thing you notice is that it clean from top to bottom. It have everything you need wi-fi tv.and and a complete kitchen. Laundry. Grill patio. Table, chairs.And a great swing on front porch. It in the center of everything Patties they have everything dining, best dessert pies.ice cream,my granddaughter had a birthday they gave her a cake and sang Happy birthday. boating, fishing lots of shopping .and our cottage was in walking distance. We will be back, and we loved our stay.

This adorable cottage was the perfect home base for my daughter and I this last long weekend. Downtown was a short walk away and the Land Between the Lakes a short drive away. The house is super clean and has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The back deck overlooks a beautiful green space where we watched deer, a family of foxes and hummingbirds come and go. The hosts were super helpful and gave me some suggestions for places to go before we even checked in. Then called our second day there to make sure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the area!

We were two ladies in our 60's, in the area for a quilt show. The house was totally comfortable, charming, clean and well appointed. The surprise was Grand Rivers, a remarkable destination in itself. Our hosts were attentive and helpful. I will recommend this house to my friends. We had a great stay.

Fantastic, very impressed. Wish we could have stayed longer. When we were out exploring we would tell each other we couldn't wait to get back home. Thats what we called the rental. Host were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we injoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Rivers and exploring the area around Land between the Lakes. The house was a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking and biking. It looks even nicer than the photos. Great place to stay!
