Great house, many good spaces inside, lots of decks, well equipped kitchen. Walkway to beach. all the things you would want in a beach house.

The pictures truly were spot on. The home was well equipped and we'll maintained. The hosts were readily available for questions. They provided essentials such as toilet paper soap and paper towels. They provided a list of restaurants with reviews. Would definitely stay again

We had the best family vacation. All the kids (ages 3 - 40) had a great time. They played games, swam in the ocean and pool, went fishing and did so sight seeing. There was ample space for all. Our host Laura checked on us to ensure all our needs were met. Communication before and during our stay was great. I would highly recommend this house for friends and family future vacations. This property was one of the nicest houses my family has ever rented. The house is very spacious and in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. The balconies give you a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, towels were plentiful, and they supplied toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The Publix is an easy across the street, and there are several restaurants nearby. We all enjoyed the pool which is shared with a few houses, but it was never crowded. We would highly recommend this house as a rental.

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. the house was perfect in every way, from the location to the floor plan. we had three family's to include 2 children under 2 YOA and everyone had the space to stay without knowing anyone else was in the home. the common area, kitchen dinning room and living room accommodated everyone at one time. Host went over and above to make this a perfict vacation.

We so enjoyed this beautiful home! Plenty of space for all 9 of us inside plus the balconies outside.....Beach was clean and beautiful and we were blessed with fantastic sunny days !

This was a very large house, beautifully decorated. Acomodated our needs nicely. Only problem was the room normally used for children had very uncomfortable mattresses. Had to buy a foam topper.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The only criticism I have is that the Bar B Que Grill was too dirty to use which was disappointing because we had planned on doing a lot of grilling.

Close to St Augustine. We had 7 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach. We will definitely rent again if we are down that way. The host was great to deal with. Great house!

Perfect location for our family Christmas. Convenient to Jacksonville airport (1 hour). Well appointed, plenty of everything. Owners were very helpful and caring.

The hosts made this an easy experience from start to finish! They were always available for questions, and prompt with responses. The home is fabulous! Lots of quality in this home… luxury hand soaps and lotions, nice towels and linens, multiple living spaces , lots of games, books and magazines for all ages! The kitchen is better stocked than my own! The art work is unbelievable!! The owners supplied plenty of beach chairs, a brand new umbrella, and boogie boards. The chairs and umbrella were light enough for us (ladies in upper 60’s) to tote. 😀 Also supplied and greatly appreciated was the updated list of restaurants and reviews. The walk to beach was a short easy stroll. The views of beach from the houses’s balconies were pretty, although not as wide open as we inferred from the VRBO picture. We would all return and will recommend this to others. Location could not be be better. Easy zip into St Augustine, or to the several good restaurants on Vilano Beach. Thank you for a great time!

I will start this by saying that we did not want to deal with people coming in to fix things while we were there, so we did not contact the property manager while we were there. We had four real issues: mold on vent and shower curtains, no hot water in the master shower, ants in the kitchen, and one smoke alarm going off at 3 am three nights in a row. There were some other minor things like unbalanced fans, squeaky beds, and slow WiFi (sometimes?). Also, the beds are hard, we didn't mind but others with us did so just a heads up. I think there were better options and we will not rent this property again. That being said we loved Saint Augustine and we had a good time.

Had a great stay at Jeff and Laura’s home. Literally steps away from the beach, pool and Publix! Perfect house for families or close friends. Will definitely look to stay here in the near future!

This is a great home that worked very well for our extended family vacation. It is in a great location directly across the street from the Publix grocery but with a very short, easy walk to the beach. The house was well-stocked with everything one would need to cook, sleep or go to the beach including chairs and a nice 13x13 canopy. This was a big plus since we flew in and couldn't bring as much stuff as when we drive to our vacation destination. The owners were very responsive to any issues that arose. We would definitely stay here again if we came again to St. Augustine/Vilano Beach.

This house is perfect for a large group it’s in a great location and just steps away from the beach. The kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home! We will stay here again!

This was the second year we stayed in the Vilano Beach house. The house is beautiful and owners are very accommodating. It is also convenient to the beach and Publix and the kids loved the small pool which is used by only the houses surrounding it. Our whole family really enjoys staying there.

We had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home. The lay out was very helpful for a large family. It was extra clean and so well stocked. Several of us flew in and it was so nice not to worry about beach towels and linens. Another nice touch was the supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. We literally only needed to purchase our food. The location is close to quite a few places of interest. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to Publix and the pizza place. The communication and responses from the owners were excellent. Our family highly recommends this beach house!

This house is a wonderful place to spend a beach vacation. Prime location and fantastic owners. Clean and spacious interiors that are decorated beautifully. Just a short walk to the ocean which was convenient for our aging parents with bad knees. There was nine of us that stayed and it never felt crowded. Fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, plenty of seating in the common area. We loved that they provided a canopy and numerous beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. Beds are firmer that I prefer but not bad overall. It was a wonderful place to make memories with our family.

The home was absolutely perfect for us. So clean, right across from Publix . The owners were extremely responsive. We loved all the separate decks and places to hang out, and even enjoyed a game of Scrabble on the wall board. The home was endlessly stocked with everything one might need. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location near beach, Publix and all the sights in ST. Augustine. House had a well stocked kitchen for cooking for 12 people. Lots of places to sit outside. Owners were fantastic to work with being very responsive to questions. Went out of their way to supply poolside table covers and a pop up. We were able to supplement poolside seating with our own. Would totally rent again if ever in the area.

Our family has grown. With only two kids, our parents have taken us everywhere, and air mattresses were us kids accomodations & we were OK with it. Well, now we also have kids....ranging from 23 down to 3 months, so a larger space was needed to make for an enjoyable weekend getaway. This home fit all those needs! The older and younger teens had "their" own space. (very nice space might I add....TV, own bed, bathroom, game room, toys, etc.) As adults, we loved the large dining table that we all gathered round telling past memories of trips, etc. The home has MANY special touches, like....good T.P. (appreciated by several), and bottles of after sun lotion, and moisturizers on bedside tables. My mom loved the Paper towel option in bathrooms for drying hands. We ALL loved the game room. So many games to choose from to connect & re-connect with each other. The only complaint was the twin beds on each floor and how much noice they made when moving during the night, but I had no complaints with my queen bed directly beside the game room. (Hubby might of lost some sleep, since we stayed up SO late playing games, hahaha). This home is spectacular and the walk to the beach is nothing. The stair entry was a little difficult for the grandparents, but not to much for the rest of us. The community pool was nice, but could really use furniture updating. Older teens felt "grown" by going to Publix, Pizza Shop, etc. Right across the street. I would love to stay here again in the future. Beautiful VRBO!

This was a great property. It was clean and comfortable. The house was bigger than I expected. Short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. A short drive to historic St Augustine.

This is the perfect spot for a family getaway in every respect. Jeff and Laura could not be nicer or more helpful. The location is perfect-steps from a great beach on a private walkway and a nice pool and steps from a good supermarket and restaurants. The house was spotless and well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the large balcony and deck, the many board games and books and the multi channel tv's.Great large kitchen too. Near all the attractions of st augustine too. Really, all you could want.
