Such a wonderful beach house! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and right on the beach! Would definitely rent again!

As someone who’s rented from VRBO and not walked into what the pictures looked like, this was the complete opposite. It was nicer, cleaner, and more perfectly ready for relaxation than I’ve experienced before. Now when I look at the fact that all of the ratings for this house were 5-star, I 100% agree, support, and recommend this rental. Tony’s place is immaculate, well stocked, and perfectly situated for a relaxing stay be it one day or one month (that’s what my kids asked for while we were there). We will definitely be back!

Having stayed in the Topsail/Surf City area multiple times in recent years, this location was the best without a doubt. Oceanfront, plus walkable to almost everything else we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrapin Station is truly a wonderful home to stay in Surf City. The location is fabulous and the home has a perfect layout. The owners have everything you need in the kitchen for utensils and dinnerware. Nothing beats the sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep

The house is laid out to give every guest privacy and the gathering areas are roomy and comfortable. Beautiful views and the ocean setting make this a perfect spot to land for a family gathering. We spent lots of time walking on the beach and then prepared our meals together with lots of laughs.

Refreshing home, that demands a moment to sit back and breathe, taking in oceanfront scenery from all bedrooms and both decks. A home large enough to house, day of wedding bridesmaids with bride, as well as bedrooms with restrooms to accommodate the need of several bridesmaids to get ready at the same time. Step off your own balcony right on to the beach. Dont get any easier to gonfor that morning sunrise beach run or evening stroll. All n all if you want space, & oceanfront with amazing views, this iwont disappointment an iur family with friends will definitely be returning.

You’ll never find more gracious hosts! Great communication and super helpful. We’ve stayed in a good many properties over the past 50 years, but Terrapin outshines them all. From a fabulous view, to great kitchen appointments, to so many more. Including dolphins with your morning coffee.

It was a very relaxing week. The house was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We throughly enjoyed our vacation. We have reserved it for next year!

The beach house was perfect. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need to cook. The bed was very comfortable. The owner contacted us several times to be sure that everything was going well. The deck furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of deck chairs and tables. In all, it was great staying here for our vacation and we would come back again.

We had a wonderful week in Topsail at Terrapin Station! The house was perfect for our family (3 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, everything was nice and clean. Location was perfect. Loved being able to step off the porch onto the beach! Short drive to restaurants and the mainland for groceries. Overall, great experience!

The house was beautiful, right off the water. The decks were amazing to sit on, especially the upper deck early in the morning and after the sunset. All the rooms had a beautiful view of the water and the sand which made it calming. There was sun light all through the house, the kitchen had all updated appliances and lots of room for a family of 10 to sit and enjoy their meals. All in all it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation with your family.

This was my family’s 1st stay at Terrapin Station. Over the years we’ve rented at many locations & from many renters. This home is perfect in every single way. There is nothing negative to be said. The owner was easy to reach & check in and out was simple. The house was CLEAN. So clean! And let me tell you…this is a major issue with most rentals, so seeing how clean this property was as soon as we got there was exciting. Views are spectacular! House is stocked with anything and everything you’ll need. Location couldn’t be more perfect and if you can’t tell we cannot wait to go back. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs. The gates on both decks are a wonderful added feature & allowed our dogs to lay outside whenever they wanted. If I could give this property & owner 100 stars I would!

Very impressed with Tony and his home. Location is amazing! It was super clean, extremely well stocked - the “replace what you use” system is obviously honor-based and great! Communication with Tony was easy and very prompt. I see many repeat customers and I can see why!! I’ll be joining on that list!! 5stars!!!!!

The location of this beach house is perfect ; right on the beach!! We did not hear any noises from neighbors, the owner kept in great contact with us, and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of beach toys to keep our 7 year old entertained and it was great using the covered lower deck for shade. Kitchen was well socked worth dishes and utensils, and both a keurig and coffee pot as well! 5/5 rating, we will be back!!

Clean, spacious, and felt safe. Lots of windows and multiple access points to decks. Views were fantastic. Especially enjoyed the comfortable Captain chairs on upper deck. Looking forward to gathering here again!

This was our second time at Terrapin Station and we're already planning to come back next year. House has plenty of room and is well furnished throughout, including the bedrooms and kitchen. View of the Ocean from every room is the best part. Can't wait to go back.

We have been traveling frequently to the Surf City/Topsail Beach area for 11 years, and we always rent an oceanfront house when we visit. Out of all of the places we have rented, this house was our favorite! Tony was a great host, and personally checked the house before we arrived to make sure everything was ready for us. The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a mile from the Surf City bridge. The view of the ocean from the many windows in the living room was beautiful — keep an eye out for dolphins swimming by! The kitchen was really well-stocked, and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. Every bedroom had an ocean view and its own beach access through a sliding glass door. There was enough room for everyone to spread out while still feeling cozy. It was perfect in every way, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

The layout of the house is fantastic. My husband and I were there with his mother, sister, and her husband, We all had our own bathroom and access to the deck. The house has everything that you need. Just show up and relax. Thanks Tony!!!

We spent two wonderful weeks here, thru Christmas and New Years! The home is clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the ocean from every room. We woke up every morning watching the waves roll in and every evening on the balcony watching the sun set. We saw dolphins every day passing by. We spent hours walking on the beach, day strolls and night strolls. The pier is within walking distance and we enjoyed several strolls on it. We spent time in town, which is also within walking area, enjoying a few shops and eateries. Enjoyed a day trip to Wilmington. So much to enjoy at this home!

The house was just as listed. Great location right on the beach. Walk out the lower deck and boom, we were walking on the beach! Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here. We will be coming back!
