We had a great time as a family spending a week at the house. The house is in a nice neighborhood and in a great location for our family. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Wayne and Rob were very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. I would bring my family again.

Easy check-in checkout process. Property manager, Rob was very attentive and polite. Wayne, the owner lives nearby and was more than happy to be helpful if needed.

15 minutes from everywhere. Golf resorts, beachs, multiple quality restautants. The best time was when we didnt go anywhere. All the facilities, a great outdoors with pool, first class kitchen, and all the room needed for private time as well. On my list for another stay.

Location, neighborhood and communication was very good. The pool area was lovely. A outdoor dining area would have been useful. Amenities and finishes were somewhat lacking. A professional cleaning service would be recommended. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay with a total of three couples.

Rob was very attentive to any matters that required fixing, and the owner Wayne was responsive to all texts, questions or concerns.

We had a great time, the host was very prompt in answering questions. We had 6 guests total and had a very comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The beach, a variety of restaurants, and shopping were only a short drive away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Our family wanted to get away from winter for a month, the house and pool were just what we needed. Perfect for any family wanting to be together and enjoy the house, pool and neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at this property back in 2018, and decided to book again over Christmas this year. The place was fantastic once again. It's very spacious and clean, and located in a friendly, upscale neighborhood, with a park/playground just a few minutes' walk away. Wayne's pool is gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time soaking in the hot tub. (There's a nominal fee for heating it, but totally worth it.) The place is a10-15 minute drive to great beaches to the north (Deerfield and Boca) and south (Pompano), and tons of good restaurants and other amenities within a 3-5 minute drive (including Walmart, Target and Publix). Wayne and Ron were very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. We'll definitely plan to stay here again when we're next in the area!

The house itself was very nice and so is the neighborhood. We were disappointed because it didn't appear that the house was thoroughly cleaned or sanitized as stated it would be. In addition, it was advertised that bath towels and pool towels would be provided and there were no pool towels at all and all the towels provided were hand towels not bath towels. Also, the blender had no lid and the pots and pans were damaged and no lids for the pans a couple of lids for the pots. The dishwasher was useless since even after rinsing the dishes before loading them into the dishwasher, they still came out dirty. The house was cozy and great for being close with family. The dining room table was also large enough to accommodate everyone.

Family from near and far gathered to celebrate uncle Lou turning 90 and his granddaughter turning 30. The house was perfect for our weeks stay and our Saturday gathering to celebrate the birthdays.
The layout of the house was perfect and the kitchen set up was perfect for multiple cooks to do their thing.
Overall it was the perfect setting great house thank you Wayne we would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house was nice. We had to get gas for the grill but we got paid back, some confusion about the hot tub being heated costing extra but luckily it was in our fees we already paid. Property is nice and not far from the beaches. A home welcome manual would be nice to tell you about the place and how to use the pool lights and hot tub jets. We still had a great time regardless. And the house fit all our needs perfectly… loved the layout of the place… lots of room.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. The open floor plan made it feel like we were together the whole time. Another great feature was that linens and towels were supplied.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving for a week. I liked how big the house was with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of four. I really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the little table outside to eat on. Since we were coming from the West Coast I also appreciated how dark the rooms were able to be so that we could sleep in and attempt to stay on our time zone.
