Our stay at this home was very enjoyable with everything we needed readily available. The owners were very responsive to our needs and we recommend this rental.

A cozy home with all the amenities you would want. The neighborhood was great and the location was convenient to beaches, restaurants and town. The hosts were gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to renting again next year.

Great stay! Clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, well stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware. 2 bikes to use, community pool, hot tub, tennis. Very helpful owners. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

3 bedroom home completely stock to move right in with your suitcase.
Enjoyed our 2 month stay. Venice has a nice downtown, beaches, jetty and many walking preserves nearby.

First off, the owners are fabulous. They were always quick to reply and were very thoughtful. We stayed here during our moving transition, and fell in love with the area. The location is great, neighbors are so nice, and the house is fully stocked and clean. I can't even begin to say how thankful we are for the owners allowing us to stay in their home and for being so helpful.

It had everything we could want - WiFi, grill, screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen, even bicycles. We highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive when we needed them. Wish we could live there!
It felt like home. The beachy decor and soft color palate created a calm, relaxing place to be at the end of the day. It was such a pleasure to come home, cook dinner, and spend the evening chatting with the neighbors or unwinding on the back patio.
The neighborhood is quiet, and close to shopping, dining, recreation, and about 10 minutes from Manasota Beach.
We have no doubt you’ll enjoy your stay there as much as we did.

This is a fabulous rental! Great neighborhood - SO convenient and without the hassle of the usual Venice traffic. The house was spotless, charming, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything we could possibly think of was provided for our convenience - cooking utensils, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc. Last, but not least, our hosts were terrific and very responsive. This place will steal your hearts.
