Loved this rental, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Comfy beds, plenty of space, lots of great amenities - checked every box we look for (King beds, games, extra living room, ice maker, pets allowed). Unfortunately we lost power on day 2 due to an ice storm. Owner was immediately responsive to help troubleshoot, and house had plenty of flashlights and a lantern. Gas range was a lifesaver! We’ll definitely be back!

My family, which includes young adults (22-32 y.o.), thoroughly enjoyed this entertainment-filled home! Our diverse group found something for everyone within this lovely place and the hot tub was on-point. There was plently of comfortable seating including a large dining table and everyone was happy with the variety of sleeping choices (all beds were also comfortable). The kitchen is well stocked and the size worked great for our large group. The "kids" loved the easy, close walk to the beach and the covered front porch made cleanup before entering the house easy peasy. And the hose on the back porch made beach dog cleanup smooth and painless. We would happily recommend this home to friends and family!

Home is spacious, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen is the best I’ve had at a vacation rental, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time!

A beautiful home with lots of room and lots of amenities. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to tidepools at Seal Rock. The house has an RV park behind it so not as private as we anticipated, but we still enjoyed our stay.

It was a great time. The house was spacious enough for everyone & was really comfortable. The hot tub was a huge hit, and it was great being in just walking distance to the beach. The Crepe restaurant was really good as well and just in walking distance. Everything was in close proximity to us and was super easy to travel too. The pool table and the air hockey table were also a huge hit. The only issue was the dishwasher not wanting to turn on, even when flipping the switch underneath the sink. Would definitely recommend.

The house is beautiful. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the gas grill and hot tub was a huge plus. Just a short walk to the beach!! The neighborhood is very pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The Lincoln Beach neighborhood is beautiful and so wonderfully accessible to lovely Bella Beach. This home is beautiful, perfectly-located, and very well-appointed ... very comfortable for our family of four. Such a bonus during periods of rain to have the basement game room too. Royce is incredibly responsive.

We had a great time, home is very comfy and nice living room, dining and kitchen areas that we can all visit together. Very nice linens and towels, etc. House is decorated nicely. Down stairs had no bathroom, that was our only problem.

Had a great time in this beautiful home. Short walk to the beach, out of cities, but close enough to run to either Lincoln City or Newport. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The stay we had at this property was by far the. Eat we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect. We had one small issue with the dishwasher and was offered someone to come over immediately. My teenage some loved the entire downstairs of pool, air hockey and video games. And I absolutely loved the fact that there were to rooms with king beds. We absolutely will be staying there again.

Great property- better than expected and we had expected it to be good. The flexibility of sleeping arrangements let us sleep grandparents, parents, and children comfortably with some privacy when needed- old people and little ones need naps. Open main floor made group cooking and eating fun. The games and hot tub were big hits with the kids.

The house is gorgeous, very spacious, the host is very quick to respond, although there wasn't much communication needed as everything was very straighforward. I appreciated that the essentials were taken care of, there were basic condiments in the fridge, there are plenty of outlets and powerstrips around the house, so no having to bring my own or figure out how to keep phones charged and such. Also appreciated the pool table and air hockey downstairs, those were great to have!

The whole family was very impressed! Cons: wanted to stay longer but couldn’t. Pros: Everything!

This property was perfect for my family. We had family in from Minnesota, Arizona.and Washington. We spent our Christmas enjoying all the eminities available! The kids (young and old) were entertained with the games, pool table and air hockey! The well stocked kitchen made meal preparations a breeze. The walk to the beach was only a couple of blocks away and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host, Royce, was always available to answers questions! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends.

Boy does this place have it all!! I brought my son here to celebrate his 12th birthday and we were blown away by all the extra special touches. Initially drawn by the game room with pool table and air hockey but discovered that it also had a Wii console with all the best games AND a karaoke machine. We barely wanted to pull away to see the beach.. which is down the way a bit on a little trail through the beautiful neighborhood. Everything was gorgeous!! The house had nice, high end furniture and we even slept on a king size Tempur pedic mattress!! Overall, we loved it so much and want to come back with friends asap!!

Spacious house that was a short walk to the beach. On rainy days there’s plenty of activities at the house to keep both adults and kids entertained. Great time was had by our party and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was thought of at the property-from deck shoes to the hot tub down to stair gates for little ones. It was very comfortable and stocked well with everything you would have forgot- enjoyed our stay Thank you

This beautiful house has it all! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning on coming back in the very near future. We’ve stayed in several other beach houses before and this house has been the best one by far! Not only did it have everything we needed, it exceeded our expectations and was very clean.

Great property! Loved our trip

The three floor living arrangement was perfect for our us and our two adult daughters and four grandchildren! The basement provided a great play area and the upstairs bedroom and loft were perfect for our introverted daughter. We enjoyed the primary suite. Lots of games and activities for all ages are provided! We loved the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and not yo far to either Lincoln City or Newport.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Great communication with our host. Plenty of room with four private bedrooms and lots of games for entertainment and hot tub to enjoy. Easy walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sand and find sea creatures in tide pools. Make sure you take the time to go into Depoe Bay and enjoy the area. We were able to see several whales which was a highlight of our trip. Definitely recommend this host and the location.

The location of this property was awesome! It was perfect for our large group and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The beach was super close and easy to access.

Great experience! We gathered at this wonderful home for a family beach vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was stocked with everything you'd need and more. We enjoyed pool and "wind hockey" as my son kept calling it. Location is perfect; Right in between the playground and the beach! Great little Cafe and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay with multiple ages and has everything you need. I would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of two couples and one teenager and could clearly house larger families. The living, eating, and kitchen areas are spacious. There is a master suite on the entry level and a second bedroom and bath upstairs which can act almost like another master suite. There are more beds in the lower level, as well as air hockey, pool table, karaoke, and a large TV with family movie DVDs. The house also has a gas barbecue and hot tub on the deck. It's in a really lovely neighborhood and just a few minutes from the beach. The only drawback for us was that the walk to the beach was down a steep hill and then some steps which were inaccessible to the members of our party with mobility limitations. The house doesn't have any ramps but it has a broad hand rail to go up the front steps and good hand rails for the interior staircases. There were no grab bars in the upstairs bathroom shower. We had some trouble with the cable and Royce was instantly available to help us troubleshoot. My only recommendation is to include some spare AAA batteries for the remotes. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay at this house again.
