Pasamos unos dias muy hermosos en familia. El hotel es tal cual las fotos. La comida excelente. El paseo en bote y las cenas al aire libre. La atención del personal. La tranquilidad.

Las habitaciones hermosas y amplias, con una vista inmejorable. El desayuno es bastante completo y permitieron la excepción de que mi hijo autista pueda desayunar tranquilamente en la habitación. En todo momento muy amables y atentos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y bien tratados!!!

La vista en todo su alrededor... SUBLIME!! Paz total, contacto con la naturaleza y montañas increíbles rodean este hotel. Volvería muchas veces!!!

Fantastic location, views, and things to explore on the property and nearby.Small lakes, farm animals and wildlife. Lovely room with huge window to admire view. Great building and lots of space. Grateful for the provision of birthday cake in the evening, which was yummy!. . Evening meals were tasty.

We stayed 2 nights, and put out sign for maid service while we were out. It wasn't spotless when we arrived, hairs in bathroom. Disappointed this did not occur, especially given asked to put toilet paper in bin, not toilet. Not hygienic, pleasant, or good value given expense of accommodation. Coffee on one morning was not hot. Breakfast limited to mainly sweet options. Loose tiles and grout crumbs on floor.

The view from the huge window in the room was absolutely amazing. The food in the restaurant is of high quality and the portions are big.

The hotel is a bit far from the main road (2 km) and the road going there can be tricky when it has been raining.

The view from the room and swimming pool was amazing. The staff arranged horse riding which was a nice adventure and took care of us during breakfast. The wine yard is close, you can walk there. I would much prefer this secluded hotel over staying in Cafayate center, personally.

We had some problems getting our tax exemption, but in the end it was sorted out. The hotel is not completely waterproof, so with big storms you can expect some puddles of water in the hallway.

Beautiful surroundings, nice pool and volleyball court. Incredible, unbeatable views !!! Very large rooms.

Meals are more complicated then necessary — as it is the only place to eat unless you want to drive into Cafayate. Breakfast was late and we needed to be on the road.

The quality of the restaurant is very poor. You have to order at least 1h in advance. Nevertheless the dishes came late, not at the same time and uncooked. At least we were not charged for the unbeatable dishes. The machine to pay by credit card didn't work and we had to go to another hotel to pay (no other alternative offered).

Nice and quiet location near Cafayate, with a pool and horse riding. A small vineyard in the backyard with an amazing view of the mountains. Good dinner menu available

Very poor breakfast, dinner and motivation staff below par. No management at all. Bad smell in bathroom. Hopeless Wifi.

The setting is absolutely spectacular amongst the res cantor rocks. The property landscaping is fantastic with ponds and pool. The rooms are huge with a large picture window looking out on the “Castle” rock formations. The air con works well, the shower is hot and strong. The breakfast is better than standard. You need to choose your dinner menu upon arrival and determine the hour when you want to eat and it will be served exactly on time. The staff does not speak much English but we could communicate with a few words of basic Spanish and English. The hotel is outside of Cafayete proper, so best to come with your own car. Unforgettable stay for an excellent price.

The design of the building, the sceneric setting with the pink mountains, the lovely rooms, the hammock and the pool was really on point!

We struggled a lot with service at Castillos. The place felt like it was in lack of serviceminded staff that would be suiteble for the price range on the hotel. The restaurant I got some ravioli with pork even though I ordered one with ricotta and told them I was a vegetarian. When I complained about the pork they did not say anything, and I had to propose that I could have a new place with only ricotta ravioli. When I got the new plate the food was ok but not more. It was also very hard for the staff to order taxi to go in to the city.

Easy access from the road to the installation. Amazing landscape and vicinity. Comfort and cordiality is quite effective. Roomy spaces. NIce options on menu.
