The view

Door to washer dryer was broken. Ice maker had hard time making ice. Mourning doves/pigeons were not very nice. Run you off balcony.

I really enjoyed that the property was as clean as it was. and that it was very comfortable with a bigger family

the only thing that was a little frustrating at times was trying to get out of the parking garage onto the strip due to traffic.

love the view and ease to the beach

floors in condo are nasty. on both occasions of staying there, my feet stayed filthy, even after getting out of the shower on the first day there.

The location was perfect and the view was awesome.

1505 needs to be updated. The couch was unbearable. The pictures on the living room furniture are fake….That is not a true picture of the couch! It felt like we were sitting on the floor. Everyone’s back was hurting. It did not sleep 8, it slept 4. The couch was NASTY! The bunk beds were broken, several doors in the apartment were broken and leaned up against the closets. Do Not rent 1505, a lot of money not to be able to sit on the couch and watch TV!

Condo being built Nextdoor and the crane was looking at us on the balcony on the 20th floor. Sounds of building/machinery all day for the whole week. Very loud helicopter sounds all day long.

Dryer wasn't working

When check into our room it had not been cleaned Had to wait 2 hours for the maid service to arrive and clean room!

Property was good

We loved the location, and how it was in the heart of everything. You could literally walk to Pier Park.

I’m usually not one to complain, BUT…. I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness. Although I know, customers don’t always treat others properties with care. The couches were old, not so clean,and sunken in. The bathrooms were outdated and could’ve been fixed up, to be more welcoming. We literally had to wipe down everything. The ceiling fans were dusty, etc…It could definitely use a deep cleaning, and update on furniture, bathroom accessories,etc… Other than that, the view was amazing. We didn’t deal with loud neighbors or anything like that.
