The view from 22 floor was amazing!
A bit dated and the master bed could have been better.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! There are 2 sliding doors that go out to the balcony to take it all in. The bedrooms are big enough and each had their own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. Washer and dryer to use inside the condo. There are condo owners living there also. They were all very nice. Its a very nice place to stay to get away from the stress. You walk right to your condo, well we were on the 22nd floor so elevator first, put your key code in, and your wristbands and internet info wait for you inside. No check in, no hassle of key cards. Its like being at home in paradise
Bed was a little hard. The door to the master bedroom had to be slammed to stay shut.

The condo bldg is in a fabulous location and parking was close to elevators. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the spacious patio.
Kitchen was comfortable and had all we needed. It is beautifully decorated. Glad we had a blow dryer, since I forgot mine. Would stay at Emerald Isle again.
Well, the couch is uncomfortable and saggy. Had to sit on pillows. Master bed is also saggy in the middle but still comfy. Beds are soft just an FYI.. Coffee pot leaks. A bath mat for tub in 2nd bdrm is needed.

No wait in line for elevators. Very convenient to get to beach. Condo very nice!!!

Emerald Isle is a great facility and the views are unparalleled. Nice having a designated parking spot. The property has been recently updated. Kitchen was great and we had most of our meals in the condo which can save you lots of $$. The balcony is fabulous and we spent a lot of time out there.
Even though the condo has been updated, the colors did not seem to go with a beach atmosphere. Very dark colors that would be better in the mountains! The bathtubs are in need of a major re-do with suspected mold in the calking. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on. The patio furniture should be replaced. Lots of rust on the table and chairs. Not a big fan of the carpet on the balcony. There are no facility-provided beach chairs provided in this rental.

Mold growing on the seam between the tub and wall in the master bath. A lot of wind noise coming from the hallway thru front door . Had to rent beach chairs.
