Location was great!

it was dirty when we got there and there’s a lot of things broken

the room was not what the picture in Booking.com shows! we had black mold and dust and the towel rack wasn’t even in the wall in our room , the guest tv and furniture was broke! the water filter in fridge was 99 days outdated, and there was blood or poop on the bed skirt! I could keep going on! we stayed in 1606 in October 2021 and was very impressed, and wanted to stay again! the room 1606 for 4 days in October (I know , out of season) was 797.00 plus taxes and fees , this stay was double that for 4 days! and we are charged a 167.00 cleaning fee , and the room was NASTY! and they NEVER ask to do anything for our inconvenience, but the housekeeper did knock and then let herself in while my husband was gonna take a shower so he was about naked! that is beyond rude to let yourself in where someone has laid there part , while their personal stuff was inside!!! no , not acceptable!!! we were VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! and then the neighbors that checked in on the same floor , got a refund but had to leave , because they also had black mold , and started getting sick! my daughter was gonna stay a couple nights with us , and she could t because she is 3 months pregnant and couldn’t breathe because of the dust and mold! and I am a diabetic who didn’t need to , but was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find another room! my heart was broken! I loved Panama!

I loved every thing about it is t was family time . We had a blast. Will be coming back before school starts back.

There was mold in both bathrooms and the toilet in the master would not stop running. Was broke. Contacted front desk showed pictures of our issues she was supposed to contact us again to solve the problems and she did not get back with us or fixed the problems we were having

I love the condos layout! I love everything about this place. I love looking up as I'm doing something as mundane as dishes and see the ocean. I'm in love. It was clean and so comfortable. I love PCB. I'm sure we could have the same elsewhere but..we usually skip around with different resorts and Steve may want to go elsewhere. I'll try to get us back there. Hopeful return asap. I'm not Steve, I'm the other person who was in 1505. I have very little negativity about SR. The parking was tight and come on, if the tire is touching the line you get a citation? That's ridiculous. No hot tub. That was a major letdown. I love to cook. The I utensils were pitiful. Truly. The knives smashed more than actual slicing my tomatoes. Now, on to what I liked.

Very convenient location! Room was clean & comfortable. Updated interior with nice furnishings. Getting to the beach was very easy & not a long walk. Pool area nice & well kept.

Wait for elevator upon arrival was around 30 min because only 1 elevator was working. The issue was fixed within a few hours. Also, there were not any basic necessities in the kitchen such as salt & pepper, spray cooking oil or coffee filters. This wouldn’t keep me from staying here just some slightly inconveniences. Overall great experience!

The view is amazing and it's close to a lot of nice shops and restaurants.

This is not a representation of the condo, but I would not book this again due to road rain water runoff draining right onto the beach (brown/black murky sludge) and into the ocean. I'm not an environmentalist, but that is nasty and do not want my kids in that.
